Redweasel Placed 4 seeds in Root Riot cubes that were soaked in distilled water mixed with a pinch each of horticultural coconut water powder, horticultural aloe powder & real growers recharge. These were placed in an AC Infinity XL Clone Dome with the light set on the lowest setting from 7am to 1am. Dome was misted with distilled water & replaced. A vivosun heat mat was placed under the unit with the probe located inside a root riot cube located inside the dome. Heat Mat temp set to 78°F. I use Kansas City Missouri tap water that is running through 6 floors of 60+ year old piping. Kansas City tap water alone tests awful. I ran 50 gallons through a RO filter system with a chloramine filter add on to fill my reservoir. Reservoir has the addition of a submersible fountain pump set by mechanical timer to run 15min per hour. Ppm-0.011 Ph-6.5

Redweasel All four seeds germinated. Dusted the Root Riot cubes with Extreme Gardening Mykos & Azoz. Transfered cubes to clear 16oz solo cups containing Build a Soil Heady Start & placed those in solid color solo cups, both cups have holes for drainage. Watered in with plain distilled water mixed with a pinch each of Recharge, aloe, & coconut water powder. The cups were then placed in the clone dome under 20 DLI & 78°F on the heat mat. Heat mat probe placed in a solo cup containing the same substrate & moisture level as the seedling cups. Remaining watering mix added to the clone tray for subirrigation.

Redweasel When attempting living soil in smaller containers, replenishing soil nutrients & refreshing biology often is an absolute necessity to keep root expansion & activity from stagnation. I top dress heavily every three weeks. Total Tent Entry Time-40 min Cover crop chop & dropped then integrated into existing straw mulch. Top dress of 2 cups worm castings, 1 cup Build a Flower, 1/2 cup Craft Blend, 1/4 cup Kashi Gold, 2 tbsp Ocean Blend, 2 tbsp Kiss My Frass, blended together & mixed into mulch/cover crop layer. 6 cups of reclaimed & re-ammended soil, with fresh nematodes mixed in, used to cover mulch/cover crop/top dress layer of each pot. Hand watered each container with 1/2 gallon plain 6.5 ph/11 ppm reservoir water, mixed with 1/2 tbsp each of Azos, coconut water powder, & quillaja saponaria extract powder. Finally, added a 3/4 inch layer of fresh straw mulch that has been chopped to 1 inch lengths, & soaked in 3/4 gallons reservoir water mixed with 1/2 tsp each of coconut water powder, quillaja, & 1/4 tsp Recharge, giving me Azos at the root zone & recharge at the mulch level while keeping them apart. Redweasel Total tent entry time this entire week was 15 minutes. Today was focused on recording data mainly. I'm giving them a weekend off before full schwazze, top dress, & flip next week. Tucked any fan leaves blocking growth sites. Worked 1/4 cup Kiss My Frass, mealworm derived insect Frass, into straw mulch top layer of each container. Hand watered each plant with 1/2 gallon 6.5 ph 13 ppm reservoir water mixed with 1/2 tsp each of coconut water powder, Azos, & quillaja powder. Raised DLI to 35. Redweasel We did a lot to these girls this morning with many moving parts, so long entry today. Now that we are in flower, & with the data I've collected so far, I'm going to need to stay on top of the stretch with bends to keep them at a reasonable height. I'll plan to access & adjust on Wednesdays & Saturdays. One thing I want to mention about my style of growing, is that everything I do is with a specific intention. It may seem complex & labor intensive, but in reality, I spend very little time actually working in my tent. I plan & research heavily before each grow & use the data I collect to anticipate plant response. I try my best to be precise & I have a low to zero entry policy. My plant do all the heavy lifting, I just intervene to guide them into a structure that fits my space. Tent Entry Time-1 hour 40 minutes Week Total-1 hour 45 minutes Veg Total-4 hours 52 minutes Removed straw mulch from each container & placed in separate buckets containing plain reservoir water. Removed all fan leaves not directly attached to a growth tip on each plant. Removed plant material salad chopped then mixed with straw mulch in respective buckets to soak. Removed Bud Clips from each main and relocated below the top node of each main branch to spread at 90° angles. Top dressed each plant, working into the top 1/2 inch with hand rake. Heavy top dress as I'm working with 7 gallon containers. -Top Dress (Divided)- 6 cups Build a Flower 3 cups Vermicimpost 1/2 cup Craft Blend 1/2 cup Ocean Blend & Trace Minerals 1/3 cup Kiss My Frass 1/4 cup Kashi Gold Each top dress capped with 4 cups reclaimed 60/40 blend of Roots Organic Original & Coco Coir Hand watered each container with 6.5 ph, 13 ppm, plain reservoir water mixed with 1/2 tsp each of horticultural aloe powder, horticultural coconut water powder, & Build a Bloom, with 1/4 tsp each of Recharge & quillaja powder. Mixed & soaked straw & plant material restored to respective containers. Photoperiod adjusted to 12/12 Deep red supplemental lighting activated to run 15 minutes before lights on & 15 minutes after lights out. Far red supplemental lighting replaced blue supplemental & synced with main light. DLI now at 28, & should raise naturally throughout the week. We will reassess Wednesday evening. Redweasel Both plants are responding well to training so far, & canopies are manageable & flat. Expression #1 is loving the training, & is naturally spreading horizontally, while Expression #2 is shooting new nodes & branching aggressively. Redweasel 3/21/26 7am Tent Entry-16 Minutes. Week Total-53 Minutes Flower Total-58 Minutes No major maintenance this week, but we did employ two significant changes with regards to weekly feeding/hand watering & spectrum. All remaining Bud Clips removed. Hand watered each plant with 2 gallons of plain reservoir water mixed with 2 tsp each of coconut water powder & Build a Bloom with 1 tsp quillaja powder. This is a significant increase, but with the dryback I began Thursday at lights off, there was very little run-off. Tray2Grow reactivated after watering. UVA supplemental lighting activated 1 minute pulses per hour in the middle 8 hours of the photoperiod. This will increase by 1 minute per hour weekly to a maximum of 8 minutes per hour. This slow increase should allow the plants to slowly acclimate to the stress of the harsh UVA without sustaining damage. I like to think of it like clouds passing across the sun in the middle afternoon. -Expression #1- LAST WEEK Height-16.5" With-24" x25" Base to Lower Canopy-10" Canopy to Light-15" DLI Middle Canopy-32.5 CURRENT WEEK Height-22" Width-24"x26" Base to Lower Canopy-12" Canopy to Light-15" DLI Middle Canopy (Now Adjusted Daily)-36 -Expression #2- LAST WEEK Height-14" Widlth-18" x19" Base to Lower Canopy-7" Canopy to Light-18.5" DLI Middle Canopy-30 CURRENT WEEK Height-20" Width-22"x24" Base to Lower Canopy-8" Canopy to Light-17" DLI Middle Canopy-32 (Now Adjusted Daily) With the weather here in KC being entirely erratic this Spring, I've set the lung room target RH to 35%, & VPD Day/Night targets back to 1.20 with a 0.2 buffer.

Redweasel 3/4/26 7am Tent Entry-15 minutes This Week-15 minutes Total Flower-4 hours 33 minutes Structural maintenance has reached completion. We are now in coast mode through harvest. All the work we have done is now paying dividends & the plants are now in full control. Tent entry time will now be extremely limited, around 10-15 minutes per week. Increased UVA pulses to 3 minutes per hour during the middle 8 hours of the photoperiod. DLI increased naturally, so I raised the light a bit to keep it in my target range. Hand watered each container through the mulch layer with 2 gallons of plain 6.5ph 23ppm reservoir water mixed with 2 tsp each of coconut water powder, & Build a Bloom, with 1 tsp quillaja powder. Redweasel 3/11/26 7am Pretty much a rinse & repeat from last week. Next Saturday morning we will perform the final major defoilation, removing any fans, leaving only sugar leaves & leaves attached directly to bud sites. Mulch check on both plants showed adult worm activity throughout the entire top- dress layer under the mulch. This has me extremely excited for the finish! On a side note, my dehumidifier is taking in more water than the plants are currently using. My 50 gallon reservoir was topped off when I checked the levels today. Had to transfer the drain hose to a 5 gallon bucket. All measurements stayed static from last week. Tent Entry-12 minutes Week-12 minutes Flower-4 hours 45 minutes Cycle-9 hours 42 minutes Increased UVA pulses from 3 minutes per hour during the middle 8 hours of the photoperiod to 4 minutes per hour. Hand watered each plant with 2 gallons of 6.0ph, 28ppm, plain reservoir water mixed with 2 tsp each of coconut water powder & Build a Bloom with 1 tsp quillaja powder.

Redweasel Pretty much the same process as last week. The plants are doing their thing, & doing it very well, so I see no need to interfere. I can see through the canopy at all angles, so I decided not to defoilate any further. No Structural Measurements Needed. Tent Entry-15 minutes Week Total-15 minutes Flower Total-5 hours Cycle Total-9 hours 12 minutes . Raised VPD target to 1.30 DLI remains at 38 for Expression #1 & 32 for Expression #2. Increased UVA pulses to 5 minutes per hour during the middle of the 8 hours of the photoperiod. Integrated 1/4 cup of Kiss My Frass mealworm derived insect frass with the top mulch layer of each container. Hand watered each container with 2 gallons 6.0ph 28ppm plain reservoir water, mixed with 2 tsp each of coconut water powder, aloe powder, & Build a Bloom with 1 tsp each of quillaja powder & Recharge.

Redweasel https://www.instagram.com/redweasel_kcmo?igsh=MWpuemtpbWg4aW84bw== Paloma Night Ripening Schedule Adjustment After watching last evenings DGC Happy Hour, I was intrigued, so I spent a few hours researching 11/13 photoperiod & finding a way to sync my supplementals to that schedule. We’re gonna try it out & see what happens. 4/25/26 7am Tent Entry-15 minutes Week Total-15 minutes Flower Total-5 hours 15 minutes Cycle Total-9 hours 57 minutes Placed Expression #2 on a raised SIP base to equalize DLI across both plants through the finish. Photoperiod adjusted to 11/13. Blue remains synced to Main, & Deep Red remains 15 minutes before lights on & 15 minutes after lights off. UVA pulses increased to 6 minutes per hour during the middle 8 hours of the photoperiod, giving us a total of 48 minutes. DLI average across both plants is 37 accounting for the change in light schedule. Hand watered each container with 2 gallons of plain 6.0ph 28ppm plain reservoir water mixed with 2 tsp each of coconut water powder & Build a Bloom, with 1 tsp quillaja powder. Tray2Grow was completely dry due to Wednesday evenings deactivation/dry back, so it was reactivated directly after maintenance instead of the usual Sunday 7am, & Expression #2’s base filled with 2 gallons plain reservoir water.

Redweasel Everything seems to be wrapping up rapidly. Scope of lower buds on both plants show trichromes beginning to cloud up, around 60%. No sign of amber as of yet. Projecting harvest in 7-12 days. 6/2/26 7am Tent Entry-15 minutes Week Total-15 minutes Flower Total-5 hours 30 minutes Cycle Total-10 hours 12 minutes I’m going to have less than 11 hours hands on this entire run. That’s crazy. UVA pulses increased to 7 minutes per hour during the middle 8 hours of the photoperiod. Photoperiod remains at 11/13. Worked 1/2 cup Kiss My Frass mealworm derived insect frass into mulch layer of each container. Hand watered each container with 1 gallon plain 6.0ph 28ppm plain reservoir water.

Redweasel Density Difference in Paloma Night Expressions I’m running a ten day cure comparison between ViVi Cure pouches & Grove Bags. To do so I had to weigh equal amounts into separate containers. After weighing out 3.1 ounces of each expression & separating them into same size containers, the difference cought me off guard. Both expressions are crazy dense, but #2 could take down small game if shot out of a slingshot. I’m actually concerned people are going to accuse me of using PGR’s. Expression #1 is on the right, the jar of pebbles is on the left.

@Redweasel, never heard of em and but we will see. Seedlings look good anyway and thats what matters now. What kind of end goal or effect are you interested in?

@The_Wanderer, I typically do some pretty heavy HST in the form of topping, mainline, & Schwazzing. I shoot for about 3oz per plant with very little to zero lowers. This run I'm looking for a more balanced effect that still retains some narcotic leaning properties to help with arthritis pain from a knee that needs replacing. Growers Love is a boutique breeder from Northern California & the strain is a cross he created from a specific cut of Raw Genetics Cherry Paloma & his own cut of Ladies Night from In House Genetics. Check him out. His prices are competitive & he sent more than I ordered. https://growerslove.com/seeds/

@Redweasel, i would but im not interested in polyhybrids so much, and i don't use feminized. If you are using to treat symptoms, you need a medical cultivar. The basis for medical weed is stable, predictable, and reliable. For treating body pain I would recommend looking at my diary 'Shireen'. Its an ancient medical bred line thats been used for millennia. It was documented as being used by warriors. If you read my smoke report, you will see why I say this. Its known as the 'waterfall/the flowing' (Abshar-i-Afghani) because after you exhale it feels like you are standing under a waterfall. It has a terpene profile you cant get in the commercial market genetics. It also makes huge buds. I have an informational video for it on the germination date that gives you some hostorical information. Give it a look and let me know if its something you need for the pain. growdiaries.com/diaries/296486-grow-journal-by-the-wanderer
