Look at the video Weds was an explosion of growth. I tried a higher ambient temp on Thursday to dry out the medium and see how she would respond growth seamed to slow so it's back to 70F mornings slowly bring it up to 78F-80F for mid day. Watering every 48 hours early morning when light comes on or right before, Friday was flush 20% nutes 2 gals. LST seamed to slow growth too so I just let it do its own natural thing.

Well week 5 of bloom is complete, and this week brought a few challenges. Humidity in my area has been through the roof, close to 100%. My heavy-duty equipment was struggling to bring my tent to acceptable late flowering levels, sometimes reaching over 60% RH, especially at night when the plant was respirating more. Additionally, her pale yellow color, and leathery leaves didn't excite me too much. If you remember, we had a severe heat wave a couple of weeks ago, which contributed to that. But also, since I messed up the ScrOG training, and regrettably decided not to super-crop her, a fair share of the leaf problems were due to light stress as well, as I didn't want to sacrifice lower colas, so I let it go. My biggest mistake this grow, was not paying attention to her the one day she decided to stretch nearly a foot, and was unable to be weaved into the net the next day without being snapped in half. My second biggest mistake is NOT snapping it in half, and letting it repair itself. I wouldn't have had nearly as much bleaching of leaves I think. This week, and I'm assuming because nearly all chlorophyll was depleted from her fan leaves, I didn't notice much of any change from last week. Her buds seemed to be about the same mass, and the stigmas still had the same ratio of red to white coloration. I suspected she was dead, or dying, or just...done. Not all genetics will transform all of their stigmas from white, and not all genetics will have their trichomes turn amber. So, I did a few things to confirm that suspicion. First, I looked at her trichomes on various buds closely with a microscope. They were almost all cloudy, with very very few amber. That told me that she was at an acceptable level of ripeness, even if she could have went longer, assuming she was still alive. Next, I removed the pea gravel mulch I was using in the raised bed, so I could get a closer look at the soil she was growing in, and more specifically, her roots. The soil, although moist a few inches deep, was not at the level I expected, and I think I have not been watering her enough. I don't think I'll be using a gravel mulch again. On the plus side, it did help prevent fungus gnats, as there was zero the whole grow, apart from an early week when I placed some solo cups to germinate on top of the bed, but after removing them, the fungus gnats disappeared with them. Also while inspecting the soil, I carefully dug down to inspect some of her primary roots. They were actually dry, despite the surrounding soil being moist. This could explain why she wasn't drinking much if any for the better part of the week. So, given her dry foliage, dry roots, and ripe-enough trichomes, I decided it was time to harvest her, earlier than expected. Let's also not forget that I was frightened this week with some high humidity scares, so growing longer, and possibly for no reason if she was dead or barely alive, was not in the cards. I've dealt with my fair share of bud rot before, and I would rather try what I have of her now, than to wait the extra week or so for her to be fully ripe. So, that is what I did, on the last day of the week -- I chopped her down, cut off some larger fan leaves, and hung her upside down. This, of course, was after removing the raised bed. It took me a while to empty about 45 gallons of soil so I could move it, but in doing so, I noticed a lot of beneficial critters, and nothing bad. Such critters included small centipedes, which feed on other insects, and soil mites which eat dead organic matter. I set the tent to dry at around 72F and 55 RH. And now we wait for about a week before trimming. One thing is for sure -- I am very proud of this grow, despite all these flaws. She smells incredible -- like pure citrus emanating throughout my house. This is a very strong-smelling plant. As a bonus, I've included a time-lapse video of the entire grow from start to finish in the last media above. Check it out and let me know what you think. Plants are perfect, couldn't ask for a better beginning to week 5. *Update* Easy day, end of light cycle. 3 new pics. ---- Day 30 ----- Some fun photos today for this easy day. Humidity in basement FINALLY hit 40% this morning. Within 5 days it should be 30-35% residual basement and 45% tent for a good residual humidity. The hand shot has my fingers and palm forward from the bud tip, the bud tip is actually past my hand but it's nearly impossible to get a perfect shot with my arm in the tent and my other one far out trying to take a photo i can't see. The Tropicanna Popcorn nugs are already bigger than my thumb... gonna be fun in 4 weeks to see bud finishing sizes Wedding Cake - Cherry HubbaBubba smell Tropicanna Glookies - Pink Bubblegum with a strawberry like hint peaking through. Tomorrow is feeding. Today is just emptying water from buckets from dehumidifier. *knock on wood* it's easy streak from here on out... 35~ days roughly left. here we grow!! *** Update *** Took some measurements. Wedding cake is monstrous already. Upto 1.5 inch wide, 14inch long (it was longer than the 12" ruler). Popcorn nugs on Tropicanna Glookies already 1inch wide 3 inch long at the top. Beaaautiful. Slow and steady from here on out. ----- Day 31 ----- Beautiful as usual. Fattening up nicely. 1200 ppm 6.4 pH 23 Liters If anyone is wondering why I switched to Blackstrap Molasses I put up the Nutrition Facts.. in 20 grams you have carbohydrates, potassium, Calcium, Iron, B6 Vitamin, Magnesium, Zinc.. and that's only the "significant" nutrients (Human based for that picture) It also contains micro traces of copper and more. pH is quite nice too, with the nutrient regiment i'm on, it finishes itself at 6.4pH so I don't have to manipulate it with pH up/down... Loving everything so far. Humidity in basement was 39% today, SO damn close. Tent closed at lights on (highest residual humidity point) was at 48% ... woo hoo 3% more to go!!! ------ Day 32 ------ Wow. Wedding Cake larger buds I can't even wrap my hand around.. These buds are going to be mooooonstrous. Humidity was under 40% in basement, tent was 48% this morning. Great news for me. Easy day, pretty much standard operating procedures from here on out.. feed, drain dehumidifier, strengthen stems by shaking plants, open/close tents... rinse repeat. Both plants are amazing, great genetics so far regarding bud structure building/plant size. ----- Day 33 ----- 47.5% residual humidity Fed at 1150ppm 6.4pH 23L Everything's perfect, 30~ days left. ----- Day 34 ----- 48% humidity in tent, i'm a happy camper. Everything's perfect. Bulk has started, front right Tropicanna Glookies had double in thickness and diameter top buds of most stems. Wedding cake 14 inch stem I've named Big Bertha. Excited to watch her fatten up on the couch so-to-speak. I'm now on autopilot. Fed yesterday while half asleep, didn't even remember doing it. Thank god I take pics of ppm/pH before every feeding for data. One more feeding this week before week 6 happens tomorrow. This week Liquid Koolbloom ends, KoolBloom Dry begins for maximum bulk on week 6 first feeding (2 days into week 6) ----- Day 35 ----- Last day of week 5!!! Fed at 1150ppm 6.4ph 23L Plants are perfect, humidity is great. Smell is RAMPED up now. Strong candy weed smell.

We are DEEP onto flower now. Buds are still developing nice and at a steady pace. I was a little worried I'd get herms since my last ILGM grow was canceled because 4 plants hermed, but so far its looking great! This puts us right around Day 30 of flower and it can't look much healthier. One of the bottom leaves looks to be displaying a small P deficiency, so we will continue feeding at 2 tbsps here of the Flower Girl. However we'll take a break on the kelp meal. She definitely needs to be watered a tad more frequently, but we are still doing at most one watering a day. Even still, she's doing well and I honestly can't complain. Hey guys, update week 2 this week I decided to do a video update to change it up, I also didnt take the plants out of the plant this week just gave water. They are all happy and grow at a nice rate, still no fertilizer just water in Sonnenerde living soil, even though the size of them compared to the pot size makes me worry a bit. Lets see what the next week has in store as we continue this journey together. I have to say I like these genetics a lot, all making nice trichomes and developing a beautiful aroma, solid plants, not one of the 4 doing funky things. Solid genetics !

Hello grow 🌎! Finally seeing signs of flowering beginning. (Branches alternating, calxes, pistils, etc.) I cut the girls' dose of gro pro which is full of N, way down amd introduced monster bloom and a small dose of nirvana. Was going to tie down branches but realized that it would make draining their buckets near impossible. So I decided to use bamboo sticks to "position" branches in spots of light and out of tge way of others.

I’m growing critical purple this is my second grow. I need help with how to use my liquid nutrients it’s been 61 days I just been watering with a p.h. Of 6.3. I’m hesitant to use it because I don’t know how much to use please help I’m using fox farm liquid nutrients grow big big bloom and tiger bloom.

Amazing plant, very high in thc and some very nice sweet and fruity terps, something like a banana punch strain. The buds are nice and hard and i got 2 outstanding phenotypes with extreme thc production, in general the terps are quite the same on all plants. These girls are very easy to grow and not much of expertise is needed, we just gave some greenhouse biogrow and biobloom together with some sugars and other addictives. In 7 liter pots we got around 35-40g per plant which is quite good. These plants showed good resistance to lollypop and other HST

I’m flipping 12/12 this evening. I had a little tip burn on a couple of leaves of the Fullgas. These were in the central area of the light so I just eased off a little on the light intensity and haven’t noticed any issue since. It’s also a little dark atm so will hold off adding the bio grow until next week. Update ** Ive upped the light power by 10% again and watered in 4ml of Alg a mic in 2L of water.

Ehi ragazzi scusate il ritardo di un giorno ma ho avuto problemi di famiglia. . Apparte questo la ragazza ha avuto problemi pure lei in quanto io stupidamente mi sono dimenticato per due settimane di somministrare "top Candy" il quale naturalmente era incluso nella scheda nutrizionale , ma io nn ci ho fatto caso e la piantai è andata in carenza Cal/Mag impressionante perché la sua genetica di crescita così esplosiva richiede , a quanto pare , grandi quantità di calcio e magnesio per costruire tutte le pareti cellulari di quel mostro di pianta che sta diventando... Poi nn è finita lì perché io ho sbagliato di nuovo dando il top Candy insieme a tutti gli altri più volte quando ho bagnato e mi è andata di conseguenza in overfert almeno per 3 o 4 giorni se non di più, quindi i tipici segnali che la pianta non cresce come prima etc... Allora cosa faccio?!! Chiedo consiglio ad amici e faccio un lavaggio veloce radici leggero e poi ho aspettato , ora ho iniziato di nuovo nutrienti , con basse dosi, e sembra che stia reiniziando a crescere .. mi dispiace 😞 solo che questo tempo perso di sicuro influirà sul risultato finale e sono triste ... Perché sono errori banali da principianti che hanno fretta o hanno a cui pensare e invece per queste ragazze ci vuole massima dedizione e nessuna distrazione! 😼. Apparte questo la pianta ha reiniziato a crecsere e ha un bellissimo colore viola intenso! È la prima volta nella mia vita che vedo una purple dal vivo ci credete? 🙂🐱😹 Come sempre ringrazio Mars hydro che sta rendendo possibile la crescita di questo mostro e di tutte le altre sorelle che vi farò vedere prossimamente ! Day 64 Flower (Day 106) Today is the first day of the 10th week of flower and I put on a powerful headlight and some magnifying glasses and closely inspected the right girl during the dark period, so the colors from the grow lights didn't fool me. Unfortunately, I found another couple of buds with bud rot. Soon I'll have to decide to harvest the plant now and cut my losses even though she isn't done, or I'll take my chances and let her go a while longer. I turned up my extraction fan, installed another circulation fan, and ordered a dehumidifier that will arrive tomorrow. I'm hoping that all those measures will bring down the humidity in the tent (unfortunately, I can't do anything about the temps) and prevent further rot. I will let her go another few days and see if any additional rot pops up. Fingers crossed that it won't. The left girl is just doing her thing, but it doesn't look like she will fatten her buds. I guess all that stress in the tiny tent was too much for her. No matter what the result of this grow will be, it certainly has been a great learning experience. Day 65 Flower (Day 107) Things are looking good for the right girl as I haven't found any more bud rot yet. Turning up the extraction fan certainly helped, not only with the humidity but also the temperature dropped. Not by a huge amount, but I'll take whatever improvement I can get. Today the dehumidifier arrived as well, and I put it in the tent right away. The humidity in the tent has now dropped from the high 60s to a much more suitable mid-40s, and I hope this will be enough together with additional air circulation to prevent any further rot. I looked a bit closer at the trichomes today and found that most have gone cloudy, and I finally found some amber ones (about damn time!). I'm aiming for around 20-25% amber in this harvest as I'm hoping for a relatively "heavy" smoke - one of those frying-pan-to-the-head kinds of smokes suitable for late nights. Day 66 Flower (Day 108) Still no signs of more bud rot. Fingers crossed All I did today was to mix up some more nematodes in water and then feed each girl with 3 liters of it at ph 6.4. I'm not sure it was necessary for my main tent as the fungus gnats seem to have died out by themselves. I put in a new yellow sticky trap yesterday, but it was still empty today, and many dead gnats were lying on the tent floor. I have no real idea why, as I don't use any pesticides, but maybe the gnats really don't like this new low humidity in the tent. In any case, I'm just happy that the little buggers are gone. Day 67 Flower (Day 109) The bud rot is still staying away, and I'm getting hopeful that it will stay gone. All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.4 water. She was a bit thirsty as I had the irrigation turned off for a couple of days due to the nematodes I gave them yesterday. I've now turned on the system in each tent and will just cruise along until harvest. The girls are already way over time, but most trichomes are cloudy, and I've started to see some amber here and there. Although, not much of a fade so far. Day 68 Flower (Day 110) All I did today was snap a couple of pics. It's all just a waiting game at this point, and I hope it won't take that much longer. I'm ready to cut the girls down and have some time off before the next season is here. I plan to grow a couple of photo CBD girls in my main tent and maybe an auto in my smaller tent. We'll see. But yeah, first, the current grow must come to an end. It looks like the left girl is starting to get her fade on, so there's that at least. I didn't bother looking at the trichomes today, but I'll have another look in a day or two. Day 69 Flower (Day 111) I didn't do a single thing with the girls today except snapping a couple of pics. What I did, though, was to make a smoke test of the right girl. Let me explain: Earlier this week, I had to cut off four buds due to bud rot. Out of those four buds, I saved two small tops after trimming off all rot (as well as plenty more just to be safe). I left those tops on the tent floor, where they dried in only a few days, and yesterday I decided to try a smoke. Naturally, I can't say anything about taste as this weed is dried the worst way possible: fast, hot, and in the light. On top of that, it's not cured either. That being said, holy smokes, batman! This stuff kicks like a mule, which is why I didn't post this last night already. I was too stoned to care. Precisely the effect I was hoping for from this harvest: properly stoned and incredibly lazy. Boom! Day 70 Flower (Day 112) Today was the last day of week 10 of flower. Not much exciting is happening this late in flower, so it is primarily a waiting game at this point. I did remove the irrigation system from the left girl and will hand water her instead. That cheap system I had was too erratic, and I'm better off without it. Plus, I hope that she will be done soon-ish. She will never win a beauty contest due to her scraggly foxtail flowers, but I'm still happy to get something from her considering all the stress she went through. The right girl has been doing fine all week, and no other bud rot has been seen since I fixed her environment. I rechecked the trichomes today, and still hardly any amber in either girl. I'll let them go for another week, but then it is time for the chopping block. This grow already went a lot longer than planned initially, and it is time to bring it to a close soon.

They made excellent progress this week, they grew a lot and slowly started to spread. This strain absolutely does not mind the heat, so it seems to me that it even likes it. This strain is simply a champion. I don't know why this strain hasn't won a cup, honestly, maybe Barney didn't exhibit it in the cups, but all the recommendations to Barney to force this strain in the cups because it has the potential to win some because this strain is better than most of the champions I smoked, and it's a real treat to grow, and certainly one of the easier strains to grow that I've grown, so I would like this strain to win a cup one day. :D It started raining today and it will be like that for the next few days, storms are also expected and cooling is expected, and in the next 10 days the weather will be much more normal and if this strain doesn't care, but literally. Today I added another layer of netting to this row and pulled the tops through because of these coming storms, and I will add another layer these days to grow through it(it will be in the next update). Temperatures in the shade 45, sometimes more, in the sun 60+, the forecast says 38 C lol Stay High and Keep Growing!!!
