Plants are looking good so far, added about 2ml/gal to the reservoir this week and plants responded well. They are all keeping short and stocky so far and should be able to start LST training in a few days I think. I also turned up the light to 750w and the air temps are now hovering between 24c-25c. Water temps are creeping up though in the 21c range, gonna wrap the buckets tonight in foil insulation and build a water cooler for this setup soon as well. Had some Ph issues during week 4 because my pen decided to go wonky. I tried to calibrate it again and had a hard time. So I busted out an older one and decided to calibrate it and see if it worked still... calibrated in a few min and sure enough res ph was well bellow 5. So water was changed as it was time anyway and ph’d proper just before lights out so we will see what happens tomorrow.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. And hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. This is my second feminised cultivation ever. First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. Filling out the trellis net. Looks like another 2-3 weeks until I flip the ladies. Using SST’s, LABS and natural inputs for this grow. I have made some mistakes in the past using Organics, but have figured out HOW to use them for an entire grow. The vegetative state, I have never had a problem with. The transition into the first 3 weeks is when I have had the most issues. After a little research and testing, I finally have a basic blue print of how to feed plants in flower for 10-12 weeks now or shorter. Mark Bowell from Perfect Gardens on YouTube and Mr Canucks Grow from Canada are my largest information inputs. Final Thank you to Mr McGooz for keeping me in the know. 10-11: yes, some of the stalks are turning purple. This is not due to phosphorus, magnesium, or any deficiency. It is due to the light being too intense for the plants. I am at the max distance and running the light at 30% ( it’s a 600 watt 🤣🤣). Soooo yeah, that purple is going to stay for a bit. Purple with other leaf discoloration or senescence IS a problem, purple stems with NO leaf issues isn’t serious issue. Cant it be fixed? We are going to find out….Photosynthesis Plus will be on hand in the next 5-6 days. This permits the plant to USE more of the photons ( yes, I have carbon in my media). This should minimize the purple and allow me to UP THE WATTS 🗣️🗣️ 10-14: spoke to my “guide” and we made the decision to go ahead and flower these ladies. We saw how much stretch there is to be had and realized we are currently filling the trellis by 75%. We are estimating the entire 4x4 area to be completely filled. I defoliated and pruned the smaller sites off the lower areas of the plant. Not quite lollipopping, just selectivity choosing sites to keep and bones that will get in the way. For transition I am using a ratio of 1:1:1 on NPK’s to ease the flip. The ppm’s will be between 750-800. Once we reach early flower, we switch the NPK’s to 1:3:2 ( flower girl by Dr Earth OR Fish bone meal and langbenite). I switch each feeding between the two for 5-6 weeks. At week 7 we switch to 0:3:3 ( seabird guano and Langbeinite) at 500 ppm’s. Week 8 the same feed. Week 9 kelpseaweed/water Only ( these are 10 week cultivars). Yes, normally one freaks out 😂😂😂 The slight deficiency is a sign that I can go ahead and start: The Flowering Cycle. When using Organics, you have to use your eyes because nothing is specific. Meaning: you have to see when the amendments are running out to A: Top Dress B. Make compost teas. We are going the compost tea route for flower. I made a video showing exactly what I use. The ratio is 5-5-5 ( yes earlier we were going to use 2-2-2, but we found out there is no calcium or magnesium in the all purpose mix by Dr Earth…another reason to learn to read your plants).

arvest Report – Orange Apricot Glue XL Auto The grow is finished. The Orange Apricot Glue XL Auto had a tough spot right from the start. Growing in the shadow of the large Black Muffin photoperiod plant and getting only 12 hours of light instead of the usual 18–20 hours for an automatic, she couldn’t fully unfold her potential. Still, she pushed through and developed a nice layer of trichomes. The buds smell and taste great, offering a smooth mix of citrus notes and sweetness. Considering the conditions, I’m happy with the result.

Day 74. The harvest is near. I will start with a 14 day flush this coming week. The Trikoms sparkle like diamonds on the buds and it smells absolutely magical. The harvest won't be that great but the quality of this weed will be absolutely outstanding, I'm sure 😁✌️. Day 77. The gorilla is approaching the end, The Tricoma are cloudy and are becoming more and more milky to show a shade of amber and orange-colored spouts spread across the buds. I aim to start flushing her at the end of this week, and then give her a 10-14 day flush.

Ramping up the EC continued. 1.2 for this week. It is increasingly hungry though so I need to find the balance for how much to ramp. I'd rather go a bit too low than too high though so taking it slow. Flowers have appeared and are slowly starting to develop. A subtle and very delicious smell is starting to develop. Also since last week they've been drinking a lot more obviously. Been giving around a liter a day each. Once a week a lot less to dry them out. Did some LST again as I wanted them to cover more surface. Lets see how next week goes.

The plant is developing well after pruning. its branches grew well. I removed the first node as they were small.

***May 2 The plant looks like it's either a little deficient or it's starting to go through some senescence. I added 1 tsp. extra of both calnesium and the Bloom, to give it one last push for the last going off. The nugs are all solid as rocks, and the smell is still just as strong. When touching the plant, my hands are left with a very sticky feeling. It responded very well to the supercropping last week, and hasn't shown any issues. Still a few fresh pistils coming in, so I think it's finishing off stacking and then next week I can cut the nutes back down and let it finish itself off.

Turned them 90 degrees, just like every other day, I believe the exposure of light from different directions will increase the yield in the end, so it's definetly worth the effort. Great week put them on bloom food at around 40% strength, calmag at 25% strength and pk boost at 50% they had 1 feeding of formula at 1litre per plant the bud sights are exposed too light after the defoiliation at around day 29 plant was fed just water with the transition too bloom feed at Day 34 lights are at full spectrum so red light has been introduced at Day 29 . All plants are a nice size 1 still slacking but catching up hear we go full on flower mode :)oh PH in range 6.2-6.5 threw out the 5weeKs grow.

OMG guys , won't believe the amazing progress my girl Cosmos has made in just her second week of flowering! She's like a shooting star, bursting with growth and vitality. And let me tell you, in the world of autoflowers, the second week of flowering is like the equivalent of a plant's teenage years. They're growing so fast, trying to figure out who they are and where they fit in, and just generally being a little rebellious. But with Cosmos, it's like she knows exactly what she's doing. This is 10 days after the first video in week one, 2 days since running the co2 and they started to take off in the 5x9. BTW the floraflex nute dosages are grams per gallon since its dry. ALSO notice the no calmag, have seen multiple growers using floraflex with zero calmag and ZERO ISSUES they have even told me personally that they seem to have healthier plants without the calmag which is wild to me (another reason to switch to floraflex). The 4x8 were just transplanted within the past 3 days, no co2 yet. Obviously isn't perfect I wish I had everything at the same exact stage but I had an issue with some of the clones and couldn't wait to start them over so I just transplanted some mothers I had hanging around in solo cups from a few runs ago. The small ones are the new clone strains cherry kush mints frosted apricots and Platinum Gushers. Might have some issues feeding everything evenly as the smaller ones won't be eating as much as soon as the rest. Maybe I'll stop the co2 in the 5x9 and only run in 4x8 to get everything to even out as much as possible before the flip. Next run I'll have to be more organized and prepared but I'm hopeful I can pull off some decent results on this one. The co2 in the tents is a little tricky, would like to hear how some other growers run theirs. Constant exhaust on lowest setting? Exhaust on a timer? No exhaust? Today I'm trying no exhaust at all and see what happens like a sealed room essentially but im thinking of having the exhaust on a timer to run every 2 hours for 15 mins just to refresh the air or every hour for about 5 mins. Got alot of cleanup left to do so don't mind the God damn mess mf.
