1/3/20 Week 8! Minor defoliation and some canopy leveling, just trying to fit it all in a 4x4 tent. The other grow will finish in a week or so and give em a bit of room. Just Bloom nuets at avg dose until these get some room, dont really want em larger. 1/9 Ending week with a foliar feed primarily on Tara as she has grown so fast she is flirting with some def. If I dont get results from the Cal-Mag I will shift to epsom salt in a couple of days. Considering upping the ppm in lieu of adding cal-mag no signs of overfeeding at all. Defoliation tomorrow to start week 9

No more nutrients, only ph corrected water. She looks okay and becomes stickier and thicker by the day It‘S gotten very hot in the tent - up to 30 deg celcius even though we have between 15-22 degrees outside if it. My filter is no strong enough to filter out the smell when my temperaturw controlled ventilation ramps up. I‘ll have to buy a bigger one.

Had alot of fun this season!Only 5g got moldy, but it took heavy rain and bad weather for 5-6 days in row. Bud smells super fruity and exotic

Been a rough week and you can see she’s struggling with the heat! It’s been over 95 degrees for a few days now and I’ve been watering the daylights out of her. Kinda stunted from the heat.

Defoliated and fully leaf stripped. I am going all out to see what happens. Wedding gelato is a fairly tall plant for my tent and future grows will have to be properly trained and tied down. Live and learn. So far happy with the results from hydro grow. Roots have worked their way into the res so I have added an air bubbler to the submerged roots.

#1 first week in and she putting on some lovely blossoms....tied down a few of her branches (LST) and she is jus spreading her wings #2 diet seemed to be a off so increase potassium looks like it balanced out..jus watching it to see....also lock off extended hours of light so she can start to get ready to go into flowering

Plants really very resistant and above all resinous.. I'm sorry not to have even posted the vegetative phase, it will be for next time.. With them I used a substrate filled for about half with light-mix cocomix perlite humus guano kalong ( bloom) mycorrhite ..the upper part only Light-mix with perlite coconut.. In the vegetative phase I gave them only the root juice the few nutrients already present in the light-mix.. The light that I used is a 205w Black-dog phytomax 2-200.. The total of the light must be subdivided as well as their two also another Peyote C. n ° 2 LSD autoflowering (for the whole first month of flowering) n ° 3Cookies Kush (in the last two weeks).. So the final weight in flowers has probably been affected enough ...but the quality is the quantity of the resin and it was really exceptional .. Vaporizer test (mighty / ghosmv1) 180/185/190 °..taste on the classic line of kush, but with sweet notes of vanilla, coffee in mix with an earthy and pungent base, but not persistent.. Very good ... Relaxing effect but not by "locking sofa".. Mind quite clear and focused..like good kush .. Of Critical has taken a lot in the structure of the plant, but also a little bit in the flavor with some fresh" notes "referable to some fruit like mango / lemon, just a pinch.. I think it is suitable for making extractions.. With secondary peaks and resin-laden leaves I will most likely make a coconut oil, to eat alone or in a mix where I happen to be.. Feb 6 They got last feed yesterday and for 7 days they will only get plain water, then chop chop Feb 6 Did some snipping of the dead leaves, just did second last water, one more in 48hrs, then 48 hrs darkness and she’s done… I’m thinking prolly 2 - 2.5 oz off these girls 🥦 PS: trying out 4 plants in 1.5 gal pots next instead of 2 plants in 3 gal. Got some signs of light stress via mid to late flower, so maybe 4 plants might help spread out the energy and increase yeild.

This week we are only in cruise control, we did the last irrigation with fertilizers and we are planning the flushing for the next week. We also had problems with humidity due to the weather. We don't have a dehumidifier, so we try other homemade techniques to solve the situation. The flowers have gained some weight and are changing the smell. We are excited for the harvest.

Still drying up from last week flush, so no ferts. Will start again next week as soon as the soil is ready to accept new water. I removed all the lower branches that couldn’t reach the light and I moved the ceramic heat lamps in the bottom of the grow box to help the drying process of the soil. But the big news is that she finally started flowering! And this was the last who still was stuck in pre-flowering phase 😃

This is my best harvest yet.

Was out of town all week and came back to find the CBD Star in my space bucket not looking good. It looks like a phosphorus deficiency but not entirely sure. Yellow leaves with brown/black spots and dark red/purple stems. I flushed it with 2 gallons 6.5 pH water, re-fertilized, put it out in the sun and defoliated. I defoliated pretty heavily since many of the fan leaves were yellowed and blocking light from the lower bud sites. The center was also getting pretty dense so I carefully removed some of the leaves to help with airflow. Despite the stress, It seems to have bounced back reasonably well. There’s probably irreparable damage given the level of yellowing but the buds continue to grow and thicken. Cheese has absolutely exploded and looks great. It probably doubled in height last week with many bud sites on the 5 main stalks. Excited to see how it turns out.

W10 - GRETA 🌱trichomes 🎍well 😊 Everything is looking good. The only question I have is: when to harvest 🤷‍♂️ What to judge on cannabis before deciding when is a good time for harvesting? I seriously flushed her a couple of days ago to dissolve any trace of fertilizer left in her and in the soil. To make her ready !!!

Lots of good growth this week. The stretch was on big time! The buds are starting to form and some are even showing trichomes. No signs of stress in the plant so I'll be bumping up nutrients next week.

Week 6 Notes & Observations: P1 is showing signs of issues. Not sure if it’s from the drying out (boron deficit) or from the mites. Wither way hopefully I am covering the situation by both feeding and treating against the mites with spinosad. P2 however is showing a better recovery from the break and seems to be on tack with new growth and training. With all 8 colas now set I just train to finish veg around new year’s day. The next two weeks will just be set up for that ***Update*** P2 lost a cola in training apparently. Upon check up today I noticed that all of the colas were aiming up except for one on the 'good' side, then I noticed that was because it had snapped in training or in the next day turn towards the light... learning a lot with this plant... VPD and PPFD: This week I will hold the humidity in the tent to about 70-75% and temps will be monitored for 70- 75F daytime and 66-71F overnight. Im adjusting my lights and look to control them at ~500ppfd max. Meaning slight increase over last week but mostly just growth increase but will also place on higher supports to increase PPFD to desired levels. Feed & Monitor: ***All feeds with nutes use either a whole ratio or combination of "Veg Mix" and "Bloom Mix" concentrates DILUTED in water until a total ppm of add-in is reached using a (Total Dissolved Solids) TDS Meter measured in PPM (parts per million). The "Veg Mix" concentrate will eventually be added in smaller ratios and "Bloom Mix" concentrate will eventually replace the "Veg Mix" concentrate entirely. The ppm and ratios of each feed will be listed when I feed. Veg mix recipe is on week 2. Bloom Mix recipe is on week 5.*** Day 49 (last feed was day 44) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, this time P1 weighed 12lbs 7oz. and P2 weighed 13lbs 3oz before feed (both plants weighed 11lbs 2oz before last feed). Each plant got 1.33 gallons of purified water with 9:1 ratio of Veg/Bloom Mix concentrates - 356ppm Veg Mix (recipe on week 2) and 44ppm Bloom Mix (recipe on week 5) with 1.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) . The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.3ph. After feed this time, P1 weighed 20lbs 5oz and P2 also weighed 20lbs 5oz (both weighed 19lbs 2oz after last feed). I got about 6 cups of runoff on P1 and 8 cups on P2 this time (both plants gave up 8 cups of runoff last feed). Runoff for P1 ph was 6.4 with 758ppm (6.3 with 906ppm last feed) and P2 was 6.45 with 729ppm (6.4 with 814ppm last feed). Top soil tested at: P1 6.34,6.31,6.35,6.33 for an avg of 6.33 (6.24 avg after last feed) and P2 tested at 6.34,6.32,6.35,6.30 avg 6.33 (6.37avg after last feed) - next feed will be 1.5 gallons of de-chlorinated water and 6.3ph as Im liking where the ph is now and I dont see any issues from feed or training. Day 55 (last feed was day 49) Tested and Calibrated my ph pens. Starting weight from each pot was 18 lbs and 8 oz, this time P1 weighed 12lbs 10oz. (12lbs 7oz before last feed) and P2 weighed 11lbs 8oz before feed (13lbs oz before last feed). Each plant got 1.5 gallons of de-chlorinated water with 9:1 ratio of Veg/Bloom Mix concentrates - 355ppm Veg Mix (recipe on week 2) and 64ppm Bloom Mix (recipe on week 5) with 1.5ml of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) . The ph on this feed was balanced to 6.25ph. After feed this time, P1 weighed 20lbs 9oz and P2 also weighed 20lbs 9oz (both weighed 20lbs 5oz after last feed). I got ~8 cups of runoff on P1 and 8 cups on P2 this time (6 cups of runoff on P1 and 8 cups on P2 after last feed). Runoff for P1 ph was 6.36 with 1110ppm (6.4 with 758ppm last feed) and P2 was 6.35 with 1170ppm (6.45 with 729ppm last feed). Top soil tested at: P1 6.22,6.17,6.21,6.26 for an avg of 6.215 (6.33 avg after last feed) and P2 tested at 6.19,6.17,6.16,6.12 avg 6.16 (6.33avg after last feed) - next feed will be 1.5 gallons of de-chlorinated water and 6.5ph as I rather see top soil higher after a feed and almost match the runoff - I dont see any issues from feed or training.

We have 3 clones, 2 just regular clones taken in veg and 1 clone a few weeks later once in the early budding of the flower. Will be a good side-by-side visual comparison of the benefits of monstercropping. They have been kept at a minimal photosynthetic rate for 3-4 weeks under predominantly blue light 💙 to try to shorten internodal spacing. (Yes it could be faster) No rushhhhh. Starting diary at week 1 germination but in reality, they are fully stabilized and at least a month old. Just to get stuck right in I decided to super crop the base of the stem early hoping it creates a strong knuckle. This may backfire incredibly, only time will tell. Also topped it too, never topped a flower bud before but oh well, if this wee plant survives it's gonna be something. Initially, I wanted to start it in a regular pot as this creates a solid rootball base before upsizing it to air-pots.
