Method 📊📊📊 She trained incredibly well and recovered faster from topping than the NL did to a fim. This grow was a slightly different take on a traditional manifold leaving the top growth tips from each 2nd node (first topping) in place. This gave us 10 main colas as opposed to eight and we also left in a few extra shoots which proved to yield just that little bit extra.😉. If we had the space we would’ve stuck with 8 monster colas. Instead, we tried to squeeze usable bud out of every square inch. Maintenance was a bit of a bitch - had to defo numerous times to keep the light penetration optimal. Which brings us to the grow light - I won’t say it was ineffective cause that’s just not true. But, if this one had gotten much bigger we’d have seen some serious diminishing returns in bud quality. The tops and middles of each 10-12” cola were dense and chunky but the lower buds on the outer branches were like giant fluffy larf pillows. Thankfully there weren’t too many of these and I might’ve been able to solve this issue with some yo-yo’s if I wasn’t so damn lazy and “😜” when work’n on the garden. So, grow light review now that we’re through a few cycles - vipar spectra gets a 6/10 from me. It will grow solid, quality bud but certainly has its limitations. Their manual says it’s 450w should cover a space roughly twice the size of mine. I disagree and actual wattage draw is more like 200w. I’m gonna try to stick to photoperiod SCROGs with it in the future. Only real way to max out it’s effectiveness. Big plus - it’s about perfect for this particular space: 1:. Medium 🎛️🎛️🎛️🎛️ Coco is now the go-to medium in lieu of soil when we grow indoors. I can’t specifically say that the growth time is sped up compared to soil because I’m always growing something different but - she did recover very quickly from her toppings and the drainage is wayyyyy better. The fact that it’s nute neutral allows us to dictate exactly what the plant receives at all times. IMO - more manageable and precise than soil. Include a regular diet of calmag and ur good to grow.: 1: Yield🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴 Oh man what a gong show😎. The book on this one says that you’ll end up having to add support for her as bud weight becomes a serious issue in late flower. RQS is absolutely right, I had three smaller colas on the perimeter stretch for the last corner of light and they just got weighed down by the bud and pretty much fell over😂. We like this. Now the numbers - i did the math twice (and while sober just to make sure😉), you don’t wanna do it, it sucked, so you’ll just have to trust me: 1:. Total dried yield for the kush alone: 3.32oz. This crushes the single plant yield for any strain grown in this cabinet to date by well over an 1oz. : 1:😎. Total harvest yield across both plants: 4.99oz. This also crushes the record yield per cycle in the cabinet by a full ounce!: 1:😎👌💪🤩. The stats say an avg. of 500-550g/m2. Based on the rough size of my cabinet the avg. should be 131.25g/0.25m2.... our actual harvest across both strains - 140.6/0.28m2. That’s pretty damn good and spot on with the specs: 1:.😎 Props👊👊👊👊👊 A great many thanks to everyone who stopped in and cared to take some interest in this cycle. Week 5: Repotting and Training Hello dear weed friends, I’m back with my fifth weekly report on my grow with four different strains: Lemon Gelato, Orange Sherbert, Apple Fritter and Bruce Banner. This week was very eventful for me, as I repotted all my plants into their final pots and trained them further. Here are the details: I repotted all the plants into 19-liter pots, as they had too much thirst for the smaller pots. The roots were very healthy and strong, which made me very happy. I covered the soil with a layer of perlite to protect it from drying out and ward off pests. I treated all the plants with LST (Low Stress Training) by tying them down. This resulted in them all having about the same height and a nice bushy overall picture. You can see that on the pictures I sent you. I ordered a special scrog net from a friend that came to my mind. It is supposed to be an innovative solution to optimally distribute and support the plants. I’m very curious about how it will work, but I will only test it in my third grow. My provisional net, which I actually wanted to use, unfortunately tore when I hung it up. That annoyed me a lot, but I quickly came up with an alternative. I used some hooks and tent poles that I had left over to make a makeshift net. You can also see that on the pictures. I’m now very happy with my plants, even the Lemon Gelato seems to regulate itself. She had some problems with nutrient uptake at first, but now she looks much better. I still fertilize according to schedule with all the fertilizers possible for me. I use all the options of the fertilizer that you can read in the fertilizer directory. Woche 7 Blüte Woche 3 Die Money Maker lässt sich mit der Umstellung viel zeit. Die Wurzeln entwickeln sich auch weiterhin gut auch wenn sie nicht Weiß sind und im Eimer das Wasser auch mal knapp wird, Sie trinkt sehr viel. In dieser Woche habe ich an der Money Maker wenig gemacht außer das ich die Dünger Komponenten auf die nächste Phase der Blüte geändert habe. Voodoo, Tarantula, Piranha und Bud Ignitor habe ich abgesetzt und B-52 und Tasty Terpenes zum Dünge Schema aufgenommen. Bei Fragen einfach die Frage stellen, genauso bei Verbesserungen und Tipps für mich. Danke und viel spaß mit euren Pflanzen.

Harvest was done on a lovely summer day. Since summer was approaching, half of the harvest was hung upside down with the classic 60/60 and rest is stored in a wine cooler for drying. There’s also an oscillating fan below for airflow!

The sticky rice is one of the smaller plants but it is very healthy I’m looking forward to how it turns out This past week was smooth sailing I topped all the plants

Alaskan purple auto is growing great under the Medic Grow mini Sun-2. She should start bulking very soon. I have not done much, but add a little solution or water at times. 🤞🏻 for some nice flowers to form. This week, the buds started slowly fattening up, showing lots of trichomes and smell nice like fresh mango. Watering got more frequent, about once in a couple days.

found a new soil bacteria product I thought I'd try out. it only contains 3 of the most prevalent bacteria found everywhere in nature. I took the min dose 2.5mg and brewed it out for 3 days with 30ml per gallon molasses. It all about the microbes.

Dealing with some deficiencies but still looking okay

14/11/22 - Removed the small single cotyledons - lower right plant seems really short for some reason hoping she stretches by pre flower - 23C @ 60-65% humidity 17/11/22 - Very light defoliation, taking off tiny nodes and small 3 finger leaves - removed some massive fan leaves off the top 2 plants to allow light to lower nodes - lower right plant really seems to be slowing down growth and just not doing anything, really hope she stretches soon as 70% of the node sites are under developed and tucked under leaves 20/11/22 - lowered light to 22” from 25” - heavy defoliation as heads are very lightly turning yellow - LST clips to allow even light and airflow to all the sites - the lower right plant is very small and the branches of fan leaves are only growing to be about 1 inch long, no idea what’s going with it - grown 3 inches this week from 6.5” to 9.5” smallest right one is 7.5”

A lots been going on 😉 Day 30 of veg for the candyman! All tops now reaching for light and filling out again 😏 I got people telling me what's the point or I'm stupid for doing some stuff I do but that's just me 🤷‍♂️🏼🤣 don't tell me I can't do something because I'll prove you wrong like I did with my last autos 😉 Pretty happy with the training this run. Will Let them grow for about another 20 days then it's flip time Update: looks to be showing early signs of sex I think it's female
