She's starting to get taller and growing each and every day! I'm currently struggling with maintaining humidity during the night, but she seems to be holding up pretty nicely. I'm waiting for her to hit 6 nodes so I can do my first topping (doing a total of 2 toppings for this grow as recommended by the breeder). I have added 3% of silica to every one of my waterings and I have noticed a much heartier and thicker stem as well as big, beautiful leaves. I'll keep y'all updated on the next post, growmies!

Scrog is filling up nicely. This may be the final week before starting 12/12. Plants are looking good and feeling good so I think it's time to flip the switch. Just filling out the scrog a bit more. Going to defoliate a bit more at the bottom and next week is flowering. Contest Pheno seems to be the largest in the top right corner. Scrog is keeping it nice and level as possible. A bit stretchy she is. But very fast growth on her.

9/25: Harvested them, washed and hung to dry for 5 days, then alternated from jars to brown paper bags for a several more days. Final thoughts: This strain proved to be very indica in both growth characteristics and effect. I really like it as a "medicinal" variety..great for stress/anxiety or insomnia. The buds are super "greasy" and dank while growing and once dry. They didn't stretch much, and had hardly any lateral branching, unlike their mother. They didn't take up any more space than their pots. Would have been perfect for a single-strain SOG. Very heavy for shorter, cola-only plants...buds are really really dense. Plant A: 72g Plant B: 75g Plant C: 75g Plant D: 71g Potency: 9/10 Yield: 8/10 Flavor: 8/10 Aroma: 8/10 Bag-appeal: 10/10 Ease of growing: 10/10

The buds are getting bigger everyday and are spread very nicely. This strain is growing very well so far and should be great smoke

Hey two weeks ago me.👏monitor👏and👏correct👏your👏PH👏 Over the past week we've gotten our ph back in balance and have had an explosion of growth. Shes so shaggy at the moment but shes definitely enjoying all those lush leaves and the photons they gobble up. I did pick up on some red stems which led me to micro-nutrient deficiency so I picked up some Dutch Science Nutrients Cal-Mag and will be adding that to every plants feeding plan going forward. I'm gonna let this one stay shaggy for a bit the light doesn't seem to have any trouble penetrating and reaching the flowers so let her enjoy the locks while she can. Soon...... snip snip. In adjusting some LST I accidently broke a stem and topped her. I don't think it will make that much a difference at this point. At least I hope not.😎😎😎

Nutrients remain the same, and will continue so until ripening. Bulking has slowed down over the last week, as expected. I am hoping she will give me one last growth spurt, but maybe I am being wishful! Res was changed on D100, because well, yano, it was its hundredth birthday :) Pistols are slowly starting to curl, but it appears new ones are still coming through. A few days ago I managed to climb to the back, there are some heavy nuggets at the back of the canopy that I can't take a picture of, from the door. I have a feeling I need to buy some more jars 🤞

Late in the day update. Sorry, pics aren't the best. Girls are starting to spread out now that the daylight hours are nearing the 14 hour mark. Hormone change is starting to happen. The Gelato once again., what can I say. Hitting ove 8 and a half ft now. The Silver Widow is pushing up to where it always grew like a round bush. It is close to 6 ft. The Breakup Cake is going on 7 ft. Stalks are getting very large., just healthy all the way around. Thanks to all my growmies, grow um big.

Banana Kush Auto has been growing great under the Medic Grow Mini Sun-2 in the Athena blended line nutrition. I lollipopped the plant, then defoliation was done since she was super bushy. I proceeded to lst the stretching branches outwards. Her solution was also topped off with a good dose of nutrition. She is doing great at the moment. Seeds went into water on 1/20/22 and now an inch tall on 1/27/22. I'm super excited for this one because of the Black Widow!!! All the girls have names: Basha, Stefa, and Wandzia ❤️ I definitely like this new 5x5x6 tent that is not barn style, I won't worry about room come stretch time like I did last run! This week I decided to remove the LST and let her strech out as much as she wants. I lollipopped her on day 49 and cutted down all the branches that will never grow to the light. She has to strech as much as possible because there are some way taller plants under the same light. I hope she gonna produce some nice flower and will continue to strach abit. Much appreciate all your likes, follows and comments. 🙏💚❤️💜 Week 13 Jan 8- Jan 14 This was another amazing week. Girls are behaved very well. Drinking their juice like crazy. 2 waterings of 9ltrs on Jan 10th and Jan 13th. Runoffs at ph 6.2. Buds are gaining some serious weight and the trichomes development is of the charts. Girls are covered with frost. Trichomes are mainly milky now with individual ambers here and there. On Jan 10 noticed on one Athena top colas a white topped bud! It's something that has never happened to me. It may be only led bleach or it's something abnormal and phenomenal. It's white and has red and amber pistil hairs in between and all covered with trichomes. Few days after. White coulour is not spreading and not seeing any damages. The smell in my cabinet its insane. Very sweet scents. I wouldn't say bananas but definitely sweet berries and gummies 🤤 new dehumidifier doing an amazing job. Humidity when light is on is between 49-54% and 52-58% when lights are out. It's all looking that my 🍌💜👊 girls will be ladies very soon. Harvest is coming big time. Next week planning to gradually cut nutrients down and prepare for flush.
