Tiny bud sites are forming all over the place now, and I’m really excited to see how the flowers will stack up over the next couple of weeks. The plants are still looking a bit limey, so the colour isn’t quite where I’d like it to be yet — but they’re clearly moving in the right direction and putting energy into the right places. My approach from here is to stay patient and not overreact: keep the environment stable, continue with mild, consistent feeding, monitor the new growth closely, and avoid making too many changes at once. At this stage, I think a calm and steady hand makes more sense than chasing perfection. If the fresh growth improves and the bud sites keep developing, I’ll be happy. Here we are at the halfway point, after the first month our photoperiodic plants are multiplying their florets and then going into flowering. Slurricane is a lady with low internodal distance. This characteristic greatly influences the application of growing techniques. In this case it is a plant that responds to topping a little slower than the others and it is best to wait for the branches to grow to avoid damaging the little ones. However, we are at 4 florets and between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow we will cut 8. My plan for photoperiodic plants is to get to 16, wait a few days and go into flowering. 16 florets as I see it is the perfect size for the 11 liter pot. Topping is an extremely delicate moment as regards cutting the tops to split them, we always pay attention not to damage the new growing branches. Topping is also a delicate moment as regards fertilization because the plant slows down and absolutely does not need all that nitrogen that it would normally need and that the producers recommend in their sheets. So you should arrive with the plant green and perfectly in shape at this moment and dose the fertilizer very well for growth. Mine came from a slightly deficient veg because I kept it low fearing this over effect during the topping that I know well and now I am a bit over. Nothing to worry about, of course, but if you do repeated topping, my advice is to use preferred soil or prepare the soil with Monster Bud Mix by Zamnesia or Plagron Super Mix, in short, enrich the soil at the start and only add nitrogen if necessary, especially during repeated topping. In any case, everything is under control and I will demonstrate it to you during the flowering phase. Wait for the Uncle BreadandBuds and see what it does to you. Remember that cold temperatures make the girls absorb food much more slowly than in summer, so be careful to give the right amount and let the plant dry in maximum 2 days or you risk imbalances. I noticed some small spots on the leaves, and they seemed to be calcium deficiencies, but otherwise everything was ok.

This plant is doing very well she was donated to a Cuban friend I have which actually has two of them and they are very well she is very tall with large branches despite being on a small pot she has been fed nutrients once a week no training has been done on her despite all that she's looking fantastic I did not want to keep her with me because I don't know if they're flowering cycle will be done by the 1st of October if not then rain and humidity is too high to be able to crop something outside in Ontario. 12/16 MONDAY!! I nearly died from all the work yesterday........ Got ALL 7 ......but... I have never put spouts in dirt before....It took 6 hours to get the new tent setup for some reason and the tails got too long on the seeds........I didn't prepare right....did everything in one day instead of....well shreck..... New tent is AWESOME, CannaKan is AWESOME.... Re-using dirt AWESOME. I might be a little retarded. 🎉👍3am!! 4am!! 11am looks good. CBD not sure yet and one other but still the best Ive done so far! I had a seed from Dark Devil Auto by Sweetseeds that also didn't lose its shell on its own. I got that one off and it grew just fine. 1217 7am Just finished SEED SURGURY!!!🚨 Successfully!!!!!!!!! removed a stuck seed AND the impossibly thin skin coating preventing the sprout from opening!!! 9am looks great. 12pm ALL are GO!!!! I didn't get Gorilla Zkittlez planted right but she's coming around. 100 per cent success..... CANNAKAN Changes everything. As I get better at this I will be able to grow more plants. I get more enjoyment from growing lots of smaller different plants, I can do that so much easier now. IMPORTANT.... I ONLY buy dirt that is sealed airtight and made for INDOOR HERB, or lavender dirt. Sunrise Soil Herb is the best, I cant find it on amazon now. So CannaKan, Sunrise Soil Indoor Herb, and the best seeds in the world....WOW!!! 2pm CBD is looking great, but.....Garlic Muffin #3 must have hit something in the dirt maybe old nutrients, but I dont think she's going to make it. Maybe though. 12/18 12 am Garlic Muffin died....... Im going to do 2 more plants today. Probably Critical Kush to replace it. 11am. They are looking great!! I only lost 1. I didn't get them in the dirt soon enough, the one that died. Lesson learned. So excited I started a new grow!!! Fast Flowers this time. The new Spider Farmer Tent will be perfect for that, CannaKan what a difference!!!!! 12/19 1am All are looking great 12/20 4pm WOW they are all doing great!!!!

After finding a couple of unseen spots of mold while chopping I meticulously went through every single crevice of each nug from both plants and removed the few spots I found, this took about 10 hours straight (not including light trim and wash). Absolutely stoked with the results of this grow and so proud to have gotten both these girls all the way to the finish line!

So, they streched a lot, I had to bend severely. And so quick, like 5 cms in a day! They touch the light, I had no more room... I did a late FIM on 2 of them.... emergency I finally found a way to get the lamp 5 cms higher. Lukily it has stabilized but still, top of the buds are at 5 cms from light!!!! That's why I decided to drop the power at 50% and I lower the day light to 16 hours.

The ladies are still doing great and stacking very nicely! The leaves do look very very dark green with slight tip burns, so I doses down the nutrients slightly from 1100+ to 950 ppm! The grow light makes the leaves look more light green than they actually are (check the night shots) both pheno’s smell like a nice and strong gelato (vanilla/gas) 💪🏻

Her terpene profile is incredible she Been drinking 1 gal every 24h buds still developing !!!

I choose to go with lollipops technique for the small plant. I did cut a lot of leaves on that small plant, but the bud size is getting huge. For the another one, I will just continue with defoliation until harvest. And I also just bought some terpinator to give the flower more nutrients and boost the smell.

7/19: Started new nutrients today. Filled gallon jug with new nutes. Poured half of new nute mix in half gallon jug. Poured the entire half gallon jug into reservoir. 7/20: Bumped light intensity to 50% 7/21: Filled reservoir to the 2nd line today. Added a total of 1 gallon to res to get it to that line. Poured the rest of the mixed nutes for this week (half gallon) and then another half gallon of just plain water. 7/24: Bumped light intensity to 55% 7/25: Sadness today 😞.. While in the process of doing more LST today I accidentally snapped the main stem. I Panicked! Moved plant back in opposite direction to counteract the split. Will be monitoring very closely! 🙏🏾 ***** For this Grow****** “Day Air Temperature” will be the max temp of tent for the week. “Substrate Temperature” will be the average temp of tent for the week. “Night Air Temperature” will be the lowest temp of the tent for the week.

This is it for these killer kushes! Different phenos, one was ready in 8 weeks, one in 9 and this last one in 10! The quality is definitely here, it’s just the speed that ain’t 🤣! Overall I’m happy with them even though every single one hermied on me (100% my fault)! No seeds in the end though, as I kept plucking balls and nanners every day for a couple of weeks!

Since I started her on hygrozyme, hyshield and ph perfect, it's been nothing but smooth sailing! Such a relief because it seemed to stall last week. New white pistils, a noticeable chunk to the buds. I'm a happy camper now! I know I said I'd start this plant on overdrive last week, but we'll start this week instead. I'm blown away by this plant's color and smell. I mean it doesn't smell like the weed I'm used to. It's like fruit salad nested between a bed of flowers. Heavenly! Honestly, I know this plant won't be as much a yielder as I initially hoped. But the quality will surely make up for that. On top of that, we've got FIVE more banana dads to run, so I hope to get better and better with this strain in the months to come. Biggest mistake has to do with how little nutes I fed this plant whole cycle. I went the minimalist route, feeding mostly low-dose compost tea. Learned my lesson - to just use compost tea as a supplement with my grow style. Thanks again @JhindleHydro for pointing me in the right direction, you may have saved my plant, m8! Almost forgot to mention, I've added a 300w LED flower-spectrum board to help out in the flowering tent. It's no Mars Hydro - But it should do just fine as supplemental lighting.
