white runtz seems to be holding its own in the center of the tent, really impressed with how well it has responded in flower after such a difficult veg phase

At 112 days from seed, 70 days from when the lights were switched to 12-12, 57 days from when the first flowers were observed, I was seeing a few more amber trichomes everyday so I chopped her down. I was thrilled with the harvest. We'll see what the dry weight is but wet weight is 19.5oz ~ 554grams. Not a huge mistake but I wish I would have either used a scrog screen or done manifolding or vegged a little shorter and given more attention to guiding and managing the stretch. I think manifolding would have been best as she is a tall, stretchy plant. I didn't have the support I wish I did. The breeder says that she'll probably need some support and I think my consistency would have been better with a more uniform canopy height. Zero issues with mold, bud rot, root rot, pests, etc. Great plant!0 After letting her dry for 5 days, I weighed the harvest again and put it in jars. Buds are still sparkly and sticky and resiny. Not super compact, but my growing conditions were a little warm so I can't fault the genes. Dried weight is only 19% of wet weight which is less than I expected. She had a little more water weight than I thought when I chopped her down. I had my first sample of her. One good hit is all you'd want. I'd call the affect balanced. Great, strong hybrid. Somewhat in your head and up, but also a relaxed feeling in your body. I wouldn't want to over do it but a little is very nice! I'm glad I have almost 4 oz of it. :-)000

Let the girls recover, did some heavy defoilatation and put my scrog netting in. I did cut 4 clones from each plant, I did notice some differences in their growth but only during flower or at harvest will I really be able to see if the two seeds have similar traits. Fed nutrients at 70% strength and I stopped giving flora micro. Tent is filling in nicely , going to wait another week or two before flipping to flower, I still see empty space in in the two corners so I want to fill it our first. I just bought some liquid koolbloom and floracious specifically to add during flower phase. Thinking of switching to hydro from soil, my and my girl are running our first dwc and it's taking off so fast vs soil.

This week I have seen an explosion in growth, this lady is rather young and taking over majority of the other ladies, either way I ain't complaining, had a few humidity spike problems in the tent due to intake packing in, ordered a new one so fingers crossed next week is a better week for the garden.

On cruise control now, done some defoliation here and there but that's it, feeding every 2-3 days and they are swelling up very nicely. Day 78: This week I only gave them water with regulator, humic-blast and ezymen because they where ready to harvest. Those others from last week where kept inside a dark room for some days before cutting them down. By doing this, your plants will increase making thc. In the middle of this week i also putted some plants inside the dark/drying room to make them ready to harvest. These will also be in the dark for a few days before I harvest them. At the end of this week all other plants are in the dark as well for a couple of days, i will keep them in the grow room because there is no point to move them to the other room lol. Because i put them into the dark for days instead of cutting them down, I can cut them fresh and put them in drying nets instead of putting the full plant upside down on ropes. I will use a cutting machine for this.

Growing like crazy; a lot of upcoming LST to get her ready for flower tent. Did a bit of defoliation this week, all the lowest leaves of plant to clear up some space - plan to top the soil when switching to flower. Moving to flower in 2 weeks, once banana kush is harvested. I don't think she is in full flower yet but well on her way. She has taken all the lst and defoliation I throw at her. I added a silica additive since I want this lady to have superman stems to take my torture. Day 32 - She is really drinking a lot right now. I had to water earlier than expected and will also increase the amount I am giving.

Massive colas! Massive yield from KTMD8 finicky on nutrients. Not for a novice. Not incredibly hard either though very very sticky! Petroleum, gas and sweet. Grape maybe.
