Colder months have well and truly came to me here

This OGgelato is a champ! Not the heaviest producer, but its been a real pleasure and was easy to grow. No matter what nutrients I throw at her, or aggressive pruning, she bounces right back. This week I found bud rot on one of my other plants in the greenhouse but this plant has so far been resistant and is healthy. I thinned the canopy and defoliated out quite a bit to create more air flow. I now have fans on 24/7 and sprayed with a mycorrizhal fungicide that suppresses botrytis. Also this week I have stopped pulling the tarp on and off each night (for total darkness) because it seemed to trap in too much humidity at night. The humidity outside has been 80-90% for over a week! And the rain was so heavy all last week. This week is slightly warmer with less rain so hoping we can make it. The trichomes are starting to get milky. I imagine I have 1-2 weeks left but am not sure. This has been a pleasurable experience for sure, but this is stressful right now! The smell is so strong you can smell it on my block. You can see *everything* from the alleyway adjacent to the greenhouse. I'm worried about mold and thiefs and can not wait for this to be dried and in jars!

day 29 - 11/12/2025 all looking fine in the tent. didnt have time this morning to feed/water, but i will do it later today once i get home. they will take it, and leave less chance of mold. stacking nicely, i will gradually raise the light intensity as the days go, to buildup for max intensity. bless

I topped the plants at the end of week 2 veg. The plants are starting to take off. Things are looking good. Oh stable and PPFD on point.

Harvesting An ELEPHANT !!! And after 118 day from seed and 101 from wen she started her mix veg/flowering process, i cant say for sure but i am starting to believe that this auto world do veg, then veg and flower in conjunction for a wile and only after they a wile they move to a flowering stage completely but thats another post another day lol today was harvest day for this Auto Elephant from SSSC , and let me tel you she is a delight with huge fruits, so big that i normally cut and hang the all plant and for this i did not take the risk of doing that and getting bud rot , better safe than sorry, so what i broke her in smaller peaces and put it all in the rack. Now not much to do than waiting for it to get around 10/15% humidity and jar with it all. la verdad esperaba mucho de esta sepa pero aun me toca probarla vamos a ver que tal, esta sepa la tuve en un mismo armario con otras 3 variedades de la misma marca y solo con esta tuve digamos un retraso notable a su crecimiento según mi percepción es sensible a podas, es una planta bastante baja y solo esta de las 6 planta que tuve le salieron semillas en las flores de la parte mas baja, eran pura hoja y también crecieron de manera muy extraña ya que eran solo hojas como enrolladas y con un color a limón muy claro que era donde tenia mas semillas, pero lo de su parte superior crecieron bien. no se si fue un error de mi parte o no supe cuidar esta planta pero tendré que volver a intentarlo.

Overall looking good, despite the persistent spider mite problem. Spraying them with my garlic concoction for that. Having cooler temperatures now; Green Crack tends to display a show of colors when exposed to colder temperatures during flowering. I'm starting to see a few red streaks in the flowers. Giving them their last feed this week. Going to start flushing. Ordered a pocket microscope to check on the trichomes.😎

So she grew another 26cm this week!!!!!!! But that means the flowering stretch is coming to an end. Her flowers are starting to form nicely. They look really dense at this early stage. Can't wait to see what she's like in a few weeks.
