10/5/24 - Purple Punch 👊 & Green Crack 💚 Girls got a top feed of 7.3 pH, and runoffs are strong 6.4. PPMs are a little lower last dunk on the GC, so we are going to bump up her feed a little, and reduce the feed on the Purple Punch.

Doubled the nutes and the plant grew 8" in a week span and its not in flower. I may have to transplant to 20 gallons next week if it is measured around 40". I did a lot of defoliating to get rid of some huge fan leaves covering up bud sites and I also trained a lot. She is very wide and almost 3ft tall with a lot of pulling down, I'm very pleased

Hi all. Hope we are all well amd healthy. This was the last weeks veg period for the FFT crew. The poorly girls are not going to break any records for returns in the grow but thankfully the 2 that are in soil are more than making up for the miniture FFT#8. she is the right colour at least . Her size really is small which is down to the root rot issues that hit the tank hard. FFT#9 is a different game all together and is getting very big. I expect the stretch to help flatten and widen her out to give a nice sized canopy. Inner growth is getting nice and plentiful too so should be a good yielder. FFT#10 is really looking Indica leaning now with the colour of deep green all the way through. Her leaves are nice and broad for those lumens that need to be grabbed too. I would love to know what these strains are and have a few of the FFT i would vertainly purchase and grow. I think most of us testing them have a very positive experience in general Well done Fastbuds. Lets see these ladies with some stretch on next week. I will use this week to get them as lateral and flat as possible and rhen use atretch week 2 to build the bud spikes. Plan is to defoliate at around day 18/19 as they are fast flowering so should be showing some flowers forming by then. Thet are alsondue sone ecothrive charge , bio-sys and life cycle to boost them for their flowering start.

Day 99 Day 49 Flower 09/08/24 Friday (Morning) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. She's taken a full 5L with 1L run off, I shall continue to do this daily or every 1.5 days when top soil dries out. Starting her flush this week, seeing those trichomes maturing, and pistils now forming 50-60% red. Flush for 10-14 days depending on trichomes. Day 100 Day 50 Flower 10/08/24 Saturday (Evening) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. Another 5L and seeing about 10-15% run off. Not quite the 1L. Day 101 Day 51 11/08/24 Sunday (morning) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. 5L run off 10% Majority of pistils now maturing, trichomes flooded with cloudy , barely seen clear anymore, spotting a few amber's. Day 102 Day 52 Flower 12/08/24 Monday (Morning) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with flawless finish. 5L again with run off 10% Day 103 Day 53 Flower 13/08/24 Tuesday (Evening) FLUSH- de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today again with flawless finish. Full 5L again with 10% run off. All fans starting to fade now, tops all bending under the weight 🤩 Euphoric sweet lemon zest smell with a gassy slap. The FLUSH has finished!! She has developed beautifully 😍 All buds are solid as rocks. She is now entering her 2 day dark period from 10am today till 10am Saturday morning ✌️💚

So it has come to an end of the 5th week of flowering . In this week i changed my reservoir for the first time. I spend more time monitoring the change of the reservoir and found out that the ppm of it was higher than the initial value. When i premix the solution it was around 850ppm but when i added it to the medium within 2 days it jumped to 1300-1400 . That caused a slight nutes burn but it was very mild. The other thing i found out is that the ph tends to become lower when it is added to the medium , i found some deficiencies on the leaves and i knew immediately that my ph was messed up. There are three things that i don’t really understand what i did wrong . 1.The size of the buds , since it is the end of week 5 into flowering . The buds seems underdeveloped compared to others. 2. I can’t see any trichomes clearly yet (very few) 3.why do i have a lot of sugar leaves and lots of small buds instead of few big buds. 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨

NOTES: I stopped using the root stimulator as I fill the tanks, next full nutrient solution change to mid-bloom phase is at around 3rd to 4th week flowering. I'll I stop using the Grow nutrient and will increase Bloom the same amount. A lot of training on upper parts with the net and some light defoliating on lower parts of the plants. Day57 (12.12.) Day58 (13.12.) Defoliated and pruned my plants a bit more. Removed some big fan leaves covering large areas of becoming bud sites but mostly focused on lower leaves growing inwards, blocking growth, airflow etc.. Added a video afterwards. Day59 (14.12.) Day60 (15.12.) I continued doing the same as before, light defoliation mostly under the canopy. Day61 (16.12.) Day62 (17.12.) Everything looks good and my teenagers are finally beginning to flower, also no signs of any males or hermaphodites so that's good. Filling the net and keeping the tops and bud sites at the same level is a lot of work since they've stretched a lot. They've also needed some pruning and defoliating but I've tried to not remove too much before they've finished growing bigger. After that, propably on 4th week of flowering I can decide better on what to remove and what to keep for the rest of the grow. Day63 (18.12.) I started the last heavier defoliation process which includes removing around 50% of the upper leaves blocking airflow and light to the developing bud sites. I'll continue the process propably a couple days so I don't stress them too much. It's pretty time-consuming to dive in to each plant and remove anything that's unneccessary for the rest of the grow, keeping that in mind I don't even have the time to do everything at once. This includes the bottom nodes and branches that aren't going to reach even close to the net, the leaves that are blocking the light on top, and the leaves at the bottom of the canopy that aren't getting basically any light. Summertime has said in temperatures are in the 90° range this will make the tent harder to cool and I definitely need to get a bigger humidifier. Soon all the outdoor will be out of the chance describing it will go in and we will structure and get ready for flower
