Flushing 💧

Humidity has been the biggest struggle. The dehumidifier I bought was complete useless only moved RH 1% down. Tried a couple different things to try to combat the excessively high RH (75+%) openings up extra flaps in the tent didn’t work so I decided to turn on my carbon Filter fan. Which seems to be maintaining it at 55%, however prior to me being able to start my fan I had to clear the water out of my exhaust ducting. It had accumulated at least 1/4 gal of water, this to me was a clear indication of my humidity problem. Another thing I want to rant about is PH pens I haven’t been able to find a pen worth a damn and yes I have been properly handling them. My first one died on a watering day and I didn’t have a back up so I ordered two more off amazon which don’t seem to be working well either. I ended up doing it the old school way with the drops and shaking it in a tester. Oh I also gave nutrition a break past two feedings I had a slight burn on the tips will probably do one more plain water then put her back on nutrition. Went back to nutrition early then I intend due to a slight nitrogen deficiency I don’t thing it’s gonna be a big issue just gonna continue to monitor.

The harvest is coming soon also for Strawberry Gorilla and Orange Sherbet, news this week the strawberry pie has grown, who knows if it will make buds full of resin or seeds, maybe both? We will see! the story continues...

Week 13 started Sunday June 19, 2022 PPFD is around 900-1000 umol/s/m2 and from 16" to 13" inches away (two massive colas on right side) its over 1200 at 13" so I am worried about bnding those down daily She's fully back from her flowering transition and now putting energy into the colas. She has greened up, cal mag FTW. I have been running a diluted combo of Mad Farmer MOAB, don't ask, I just do it by gut feel and I read the label EVERY time I apply this. Running a little of Tiger Bloom in there, super weak amount. Hygrozyme now that the res has been up and clear for over a week holding Ph well, and no drama. AutoPot is performing better than I had hoped given the lack of parts, now fixed thanks to AutoPot support. Great team over there BTW. The valve is pulling water in just when the roots have been "exposed" for a short while (this is inside the pot so obviously blacked out). IOW there is a pocket with air stones that I run 24/7 so the soggy soil is continuously aerated. It pulls in my solution that is about 6.5 Ph as of this AM (Recall WW likes it a little higher). Now that I have her in flowering mode, she is wanting more heat and light so I lowered the lights and adjusted the fan to get humidity down I am ONLY running the COB LED right now because she is performing well enough and environment is pretty good Lots of airflow and she is healthy. Routine 🐛🐝🐜🐞, easily killed in one organic treatment of Crop Control and another from Dr. Earth. Fungus gnats, and a couple of other unidentified bugs Temps are pretty stable and my CO2 is high, sometimes over 1100 naturally. I do have a new Black Pearl Oyster mushroom going in the room, probably belong CO2, all air inlets into my two small cannabis tents are filtered with small particle filters and I egress hot air out of a 15 ft 6" diameter vent through the ceiling. There is also a natural vent allowing lots of fresh air into my space. It a great area to grow in. Light defoliation here and there, lots of bending and checking things, but otherwise not much to do except look for issues and maintain the environment, we are locked in for the next two weeks, just dialing in the environment and trying to get humidity down without running too much energy. 6/21 Adjusted TDS to 269 from 315 and added some Big Bloom to the mix in a super diluted form. This is prime time flower and she is feeding fiercely. I need to stack those bud site and put on some weight, so this stuff is always good to add. But always mindful of the MOAB, its a lot and I could easily burn if I goof up. *** Found that week 10 should probably be a vegetative week, so I I adjusted to represent more accurate timing. So I backtracked and fix some dates, yep I am in week three of flower not four, and I am probably on day 15-17 of flower, easily have about 40 days left. Before I posed my grow question I was guessing five weeks so I guess despite the mix up, I was thinking about the same time. Pics uploaded

Girls are developing well, i have a minor issue but is making me uncomfortable, a bug for the third time something that by research seams to be a lace bug, basically is like little drops of black oil in the leafs this develops in to a little static larvae then it becomes black, is tiny. And apparently does nothing on the surface to the plant, but man this bastards are imortal, I’m in the point of dropping a nuke or using a flame tower in the grow room. I’m deep in to flower... Besides that fir the third time, all good...

Had another major defoliation this week to uncover more flowering sites and to help lower the humidity, given a top dress of bat guano too and upped some of the nutrients. Still have more shades of green in there than I would like, as said before all clones from the same mother.. all photos taken day 25 of flower

Sie haben das Umtopfen ganz gut überstanden. Eine von den dreien macht ganz gut los. Die anderen beiden haben wohl noch etwas Stress durch das Umtopfen. Alle 3 sind Samen der selben Genetik aber selbstverständlich auch verschiedene Phenotypen, sie werden auf jeden Fall unterschiedlich wachsen und aussehen. Day 77-84 (April 17th-24th) (Day 78) I honestly cant believe I’ve been vegging this long. The growth for almost 80 days of veg is laughable. I’ve compiled a little list of what has gone wrong so far. - I added too much glacial moraine which made the soil too water retentive - I’ve been foliar feeding too much kelp - I gave too many bloom nutrients for a plant in veg - EDIT: DID NOT WATER ENOUGH AT ONCE The plants have been drooping like crazy this past week and I’m going to try watering in a full gallon per plant. I first thought it was from the medium not drying out enough, soil compaction ect. and I’m sure those are definitely areas where my soil mix could improve but the bottom of the container is pretty damn dry. I could actually be under watering despite soaking the top with 500ml a day. I’m going to sit the pots on some plastic sheeting so they don’t evaporate as much from the bottom and water in a full gallon each making sure I get some runoff. I was going to wait until I get my air pump but fuck it, it’s coming tomorrow afternoon. The pots are so big that they’re not fully wetting to the bottom even with a gallon. I’m going to try to water in a gallon every 4 days while keeping the top soil moist with the sprayer. In hindsight 6 plants in 5-7 gallon pots would be the most ideal. (Day 79) Holy fuck did a full gallon watering make a difference. I should have been doing this the whole time. All 4 plants are praying and stretching upward like crazy. They just look more vigorous and happy within a day. I bet they will be even happier with that supplemental air. If things stay this smooth I should be able to flip around day 84, possibly earlier. Got my air pump in the mail today. This is kind of a shot in the dark so hopefully it works. It’s super loud and vibrates like crazy. First I’m going to try running it 24/7 and see if there is any improvement over the next few days. If it does work, I’ll try running it on my humidity controller so it’s not constantly humming and will only turn on when the humidity is high. I’m going to turn the night time temps down to 70f to prevent root problems now that I’m watering much bigger amounts less frequently and it’s getting warmer during the day. (Day 81/Day 1F) Ever since I’ve been watering in the proper amounts I have seen an absolute explosion in growth. I’ve decided to flip today, now that I’m confident my soil mix isn’t completely fucked. I might run into some N/mg problems during the stretch so I will make sure to give a final foliar feeding around the end of week 1. (Day 3F) So I’m literally seeing dwc growth rates now. Plants have grown more in the last 5 days than the last 3 weeks. If I had stayed at this pace of growth since day 1, I would have an 8 foot tall plant or I would be halfway through flower already. Oh well. Good learning experience. *grits teeth* I’m going to put up the second layer of trellis before these girls stretch out of control. Bbb#3 is seriously stretchy and will likely more than double in size in the next 2 weeks. The other 4 are all quite stout and bushy. I’m giving a light, preemptive defoliation each day and picking off some of the lower sucker branches. I will do a full strip around day 21F.

I feel like I didn’t put enough fertiliser in the soil of the Morello Cherries Auto. It’s starting to show early signs of autumn colours and nutrient deficiencies. However, it has a very distinctive sweet odour.

7/5/25 plant is stretching. Not sure if its preflowering or just being outside in a bigger pot. Im just going to let her grow naturally and see how it turns out. I may end up with just one diary of each strain at the moment. But im also not sure whether im going to be doing indoor or outdoor based on personal circumstances.
