Week 10 Update This week overall looks solid. The plant is in good health and has responded really well to the topping I did last week. The canopy has filled back out, it’s denser, and the structure is becoming more balanced. During this session I went in with a major defoliation, another topping, and some LST to shape the plant. Unfortunately, while doing the training, one of the junctions between a branch and the main stem cracked slightly. To support the recovery, I applied a small piece of tape as a bandage to help the plant heal and close the wound. Structurally, we now have four main branches, each with two fresh tops — which means eight apexes in total. The plan now is to let her recover gently and monitor how she develops over the next days. Environmental conditions are stable. Temperatures have cooled a bit, averaging around 22–23°C, with relative humidity hovering close to 70%. This range feels comfortable for the plant. Regarding pH, I no longer check the runoff in the saucers because it doesn’t make sense. Fresh nutrient solution leaving the reservoir at 5.9–6.0 will measure fine at first, but three days later the leftover solution in the saucer gives a completely different number. It’s not representative, so I just focus on locking the reservoir pH between 5.9 and 6.0. The plant seems to handle this approach very well. Nutrients remain unchanged for now. I may have added a touch of Rhino Skin, which I didn’t mention earlier in the diary, but it’s there to start strengthening the plant tissues in preparation for heavier branches later. So far, everything is steady. We’ll let her settle, recover, and keep following the evolution week by week.

Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. The fourth autoflowering that we present to you is our version or rather of Zamnesia forgive me if I start to feel at home, it is the Northern Lights. Here we are talking about a classic of classics naturally in the Zamnesia version as I said above with the right ruderalis it really promises big harvests in a short time. There is great competition on this plant and I have grown some very good ones let's see what the home one is like. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of the right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper, but not in water. - Phase 3 --- In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. In den letzten ein bis zwei Wochen hat sich unsere Pflanze weiterhin prächtig entwickelt und zeigt nun deutliche Anzeichen einer fortgeschrittenen Blütephase. Es gab keine dramatischen Veränderungen, sondern eine stetige Reifung, die uns dem Erntezeitpunkt näherbringt. Die Pflanze präsentiert sich sehr buschig und vital, mit zahlreichen dichten Blütenständen, die sich gut ausgebildet haben (siehe Gesamtansicht der Pflanze). Die Buds sind kompakt und haben in den letzten Wochen an Volumen und Gewicht zugelegt. Man kann deutlich sehen, wie die Blütenkelche anschwellen und sich zu reifen Blütenständen formen. Trichom- und Stigmen-Reife: Ein genauerer Blick auf die Buds (wie im ersten Nahaufnahme-Bild der Trichome und im weiteren Nahaufnahme-Bild der Buds mit orangenen Stigmen ersichtlich) zeigt den Fortschritt der Reifung. Die weißen, harzigen Trichome bedecken die Blütenstände in Hülle und Fülle, was auf eine intensive Produktion von Cannabinoiden hinweist. Bei den Trichomen ist nun eine gute Mischung aus milchig-trüben Köpfen zu erkennen, die auf die volle Potenz hindeuten. Erste bernsteinfarbene Trichome beginnen ebenfalls aufzutreten, was ein Zeichen dafür ist, dass der Erntezeitpunkt bevorsteht. Einige der größeren Fächerblätter können in dieser späten Blütephase leichte Anzeichen von Vergilbung zeigen, da die Pflanze ihre Energie nun primär in die Blütenentwicklung steckt und Nährstoffe aus den Blättern zieht. Dies ist ein natürlicher Prozess, der oft als "Herbstfärbung" bezeichnet wird. Wir werden die Reifung der Trichome weiterhin genauestens beobachten, um den optimalen Erntezeitpunkt zu bestimmen, der je nach gewünschtem Effekt variieren kann. Auch die allgemeine Gesundheit der Pflanze wird weiterhin im Auge behalten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie bis zur Ernte optimal versorgt ist.

Hello. This week is start of my 4th year on this site!! 😃✨🎈🎁 , also this is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. Things are going well in here. I got in here on the weekend and did a big trim/prune and sucker branch removal too. In some of the pictures you can sort of see through the plants to the floor or wall. That is just right. Not too much taken off, but the light can still pernitrate to the lower buds. The plants are in shock because I took a lot of leaves off and will need a few days to get over that and start to grow again. At this point, I can tell when they are over the shock, by how soon the resin starts to appear. They should go right into resin production after coming out of shock. I don't know if I'll make seeds this summer with the Gorilla Face males. None of these males have much of a smell with the rub test. They all have 4 inches or more of distance between the leaf sets since being repotted. Even the one I thought was going to remain short, has 4 to 5 inches between leaf sets. I might put pollen on the 2 shortest females just to see what I get. It's hard to find a good male. I'll wait another week before deciding. I put a sercuirty door/gate on my greenhouse door. I've had an open door in the summer for years and have always been worried about getting ripped off by someone walking in from the street. Now I can leave the door open and not have to worry so much. This way they have to break something to get in now, better chance of catching them. Ok. See ya next week. Chuck.

Girls officaly went into pre-flower and all are confirmed female. The Orion F1 is the strongest of the bunch. All three have grown almost double the size of the other 2 strains. Epsilon is 2nd strongest growing robust and strong and the Apollo F1 have been anything but tall. Apollo F1 is a stubby bush with almost no space between nodes. I will have to defoilate here pretty heavy over the next week or so and hope the stretch comes on strong with them. Making sure to feed them supplemental nitrogen this grow after noticing a hole in N from my past feedings. Everything is on the up and up and moving along great.

What a beautiful strain ❤️ the final weeks such a frosty buds. Didn't grew so tall because of the low stress training but grew very dense and thick 💪 So happy with them.

On day 1 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I defoliated leaves blocking the inside/lower canopy to give more light to lower growth points keeping the top 2 leaves on cola tops. The girls are deff still stretching :) So far so good. I'm glad I flipped to flower early this run and could see even dropping the veg time by another week. Its tough working in a small grow space but I'm determined to master it lol. I lowered the lights intensity from 85% to 75% to give my tops 600-800 PPFD. Usually I just blast the plants with 100% until the stretch is over but I'm realizing that I'm way over doing it based on my quantum sensors data. On day 2 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. The girls are still stretching and putting out new preflowers. My tallest cola is 9" from the light(the other lower colas are between 10"-12" away from grow light). On day 3 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.0 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 8.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 10" away from light. On day 4 the reservoirs PH is 6.3. My tallest cola is 7.5" from my grow light and the average/lower cola distance from grow light is 10-11". I defoliated large leafs that are blocking lower bud sites and or touching each other causing wet spots on the leaves. I want as much airflow as possible as I can not control my night time humidity which can be as high as 80%-90%. My last run I noticed some sugar leaves touching my grow box walls and this caused them to start rotting. I want to avoid that this time around so I'm being careful not to have any wet spots from leaves laying on each other as well as keeping all colas far enough from my walls. In the future I would like to have the ability for de humidification but being in a small grow box in a garage makes it difficult to control my lung room. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH up from 6.1 to 6.3. My tallest cola is 7" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10" away from light. I defoliated and removed lower bud sites not receiving enough light. On day 6 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. My tallest cola is 6.5" from the grow light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10". My tallest cola is getting 1000 PPFD while my lowers are 600-800 PPFD. On day 7 I changed out the reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. The tallest cola is 6" from the light. Lower colas are mostly 9"-10"

Kicking off week 4 with trichrome formation and a sweet malt scent coming thru that skank kush smell. Terpinator is working. She has taken up every were in the tent, and bud sites are EVERYWHERE too, up and down the stems. Beautiful plant. Its growth structure is like a ideal cut diamond.(Ghost OG x Skunk/Haze) Super excited to make out the clone and save some pollen to play with.

Black Strap and Peach Crescendo getting close. I see they will get cut way before the Fat Bastard. Fat Bastard must have a long flowering period. But branch structure is thick. I will get a heavy yield from it. Peach Crescendo has so much frost on it. Ethos fkn rocks! Black Strap smells like baked cookies and gas.
