The little one has put the turbo on. After a perfect germination, the vegetative phase has begun: the first few days are always a mix of excitement and attention to detail. The real leaves have peeked out, nice and wide and of a healthy green that gives hope for what is to come. It is adapting well to the Light Mix, and the initial combination of Dynamyco + Extreme Garden Root is proving, as always, a winning choice. I am keeping the nutrition light, watering with distilled water and Cellmax Rootbooster, so as to encourage a robust root system before moving on to the full regime. The humidity and temperatures are under control, the box is stable and ready to welcome the green explosion that awaits us. Eyes open and hands light. The road is long but the direction is the right one 🚀

The aroma has really started to build up! Just started the flush, worry it might be slightly early and I could just be impatient as I'm really excited for this harvest!

Had to remove tables from the tent and lift trellis. allowed plants to stand up. defol and lollipopping throughout the week. the reports are all messed up and i have been sort of busy so im just going to photo dump and ill leave it to the viewer to work out whats what from what days. I think stretch is over now but its been a constant battle to keep them away from the lights. this is weeks 3 and a bit of 4.

they're finally starting to take off! Will probably do one more week of veg get them to at least 18 inches tall before flowering. They've been doing great considering all the mistakes and stress I put them through never showed signs of deficiencies or stress just the weird yellow patter that's has stuck around on #2 hoping its just another mutation

Scrog netting is becoming a challenge, I am trying to fill bottom right corner but the plant continues to grow in all directions. The areas that are filled keep growing, I have stopped topping and keep tucking. I have put 4 clones in the corner because I do not want to wait anymore as my 2x4 will get too big during the flower cycle of this tent. Turned off light and will keep off for 48 hours, officially starting the flip into flower cycle. Plants look good, no issues so this is the perfect time for me. Wish me luck, I hear this strain loves to really stretch. Fed nutes at 50%, they just got off a lockout so taking it easy, they'll tell me when to up the feed.

Hi Growmies, She has now completely stiffened and the buds start stretching along the colas. It’s still very hot here at times and temperatures climb towards 30 Celsius, hopefully that will fix itself with autumn around the corner, other than that I ordered a secret jardin temp controlled vent in order to get a bit more control of my tents temp. She already starts smelling very strong like oranges with some citrus subnotes. Will also add another fan next week to get some circulation under the screen. Really starting to smell of blueberries. Cant wait to smoke this, checkrd my ppm run off it was 2800 but no sign of burn or defeciency ph was in rang. Flushed with about 8 litres of phd water to bring it down to 1600ppm . Will start to flush next week allthough all of the pistols are still white so maybe end up being 9 week strain

Soo! Eventful week in the tent as I think I I have discovered a lot of my problems with slow growth. So I purchased an EC meter at the beginning of the week and decided to test my run off (rookie mistake this was the first run off since the air pot transfer) and it's fair to say my EC was EXTREMELY fu**ing high... like 3.6 high so this week the first flush I did quarter strength feed I got the run off down to 2.8 then next flush it came down to 2.2 at half strength and the last flush was half strength with an introduction to terpinator and the run off came down to 1.6. It's fair to say I have notice a incredible difference in growth I really want to switch over this week but I'm going to let the plants recover and flick the next week. Little bit worried about space but I love a challenge. Also been a bit of an expensive week as my carbon filter final packed up so I treat myself to a new ram air (6inch) Happy growing!

Most of this week I was away so the tent was on autopilot. When i got back i was pleased to see all 4 strains where still around the same on development, with this one possibly being the farthest behind but not by much. The wedding cheesecake is the taller of the 2 fastbuds autos. She is starting to throw out some nice colours now. I'm quite confident this one is going to hit my 13 weeks scheduled for it, so not long left. Week 1 and the first round of testing for this recent new cross. The F1 generation of Northern Spice. Germination was a full 100% with varying degrees of development across 3 days in the towel. Oddly however, about half of the beans cracked the shell head first with their cotelydons. Stability is always suspect with F1s anyway, but this kind of sampling, this early is concerning somewhat. We’ll see where it goes. On another topic, we also made some big changes to the grow method this cycle. We’ve moved over to a grow system by the bucket company. Fairly similar to the Dutch bucket design, just without the small reservoir in each bucket that acts as an additional insurance policy. So far, she’s purr’n like a kitten👌. Strain details She’s a mix of a particularly strong Northern Lights, mixed with a Spicy Bitch sativa hybrid. The hope is that we’ll be able to combine the overtly narcotic effects in the NL and mellow it out somewhat with the quality daytime sativa effects found in the SB. Both strains feature numerous grower qualities. Both parents possessed vigour and resiliency, the SB particularly colourful in late flower.

Had major problems with temps rising this week was forced to pull out the aircon..... gona cost a fortune!!! To top it off i got gnats but 8 think im on top of it geez i have had some troubles from enviroment because its summer and i would have better results in winter

Rc#1 has started its flushing today for about a week and half before the snip. Rc#2 has picked up the pace now and will go on longer than rc#1 has. Rest of the tent is coming along nicely. All the plants are on full nutes other than rc#1. Both of the girls have had heavy defoliation. Looking forward to see how it tastes. 16.03.20 RC#1 had its final flush last night of around 12 litres of water. 80% of the trichomes are cloudy. Once the pot is pretty much dried (4days) I'll be throwing her into dark for 36hours before harvest. I'll be sure to get some good pics in the natural light before and after the chop. All branches look like they can barely hold the weight of the buds now, few branches have been supported with cable ties off of the main stem. Sugar leaves are turning a nice purple. I guessing roughly 4-5oz dried. Week 10 coming this week....
