The plants under the gravitas are all clones as when vegging and building a new vegging room the plants got a bit too big too flower underneath gavita. The nicest plants have been put under the LEDs and the rest clones cut and place under the gavitas in a sea of green method. Hydros at the back. Corner as well. A little mold in the room hope it doesn’t affect the flowers, I trimmed a load and placed an extra two fans in as well as a dehumidifier, hopefully this helps

This week I switched from feeding them the General Hydroponics MaxiBloom to KoolBloom. I kept the same pattern with feeding. I feed them the nutrients then just pH'd plain H20 the following day. I pH at 5.8-5.9. I also defoliate as I go so the plant doesn't get stressed out and stop focusing on flowering. These ladies are definitely starting to stink and get sticky!

As of day 14, the Blackberry Kush is still exhibiting it's abnormal leaf growth. I've only ever seen this on another genetically purple strain, so I am curious if there is a connection. If anyone has seen similar issues in their own plants let me know! It's growth hasn't been too bad, and I am sure it's going to continue to take off over the next week! I usually top my plants between day 14 and 21, so i am hoping it is growing vigorously enough to prevent any stunting. I haven't seen any adverse effects from temporarily switching to my plentiful dry cal-mag, so I am happy about that so far! I am still adding a similar EC worth of Cal mag (.5) so it's good to have dialed in a rough equivalent. I hope everyone is staying safe, and happy growing! 👍🌱 Day 15: the leaf growth continues to be very screwy, and even if it's at least partially a genetic issue I continue to triple check all my practices and parameters. The PH drifts up mildly in my reservoirs between cleaning/remixing of nutrients, but it is going from roughly a 5.8 up to a 6.2 (at worst) with no change in the EC/PPM. Between the lack of EC drift and lack of smell, I don't think there are any major bacterial issues. The outflow PH is also acceptable (5.8) and the outflow EC is around .2-.3 above inflow, which is also acceptable. I dug into the coco a little bit, and the medium is not oversaturated with water (it is always a bit "fluffy" with good drainage and never compacted) and the roots are white and healthy. With the healthy vigorous growth of the other Blackberry in the same conditions, it brings me back to this being at least partially a genetic issue. I looked through grow questions of other diaries for similar leaf issues, and it seemed that most were either blueberry or blackberry strains from a range of breeders. This could be purely a coincidence, but it does make me wonder. The grows with similar issues seemed to otherwise have no commonalities in how they were grown. I am going to keep trying my best with this plant regardless, so I hope it pulls through alright! Day 17: being very careful with my PH and keeping it a bit lower, to rule it out as a possible cause of the twisted leaves and less vigorous growth. I am keeping it between 5.5 and 6 for the time being to make sure there is no lock out of micro elements like boron. As per the comments, I am being more accurate be using a pH pen as opposed to drops which I may have misjudges. I topped the plant, which is definitely a risk! But I am hoping for some healthier leaves to come in, and the plant hasn't stunted so far! It has grown the number of nodes it should have for its age, it just not as filled in and lush as I would like it to be. Day 19: I have been monitoring PH especially carefully, taking a few measurements per day and keeping it between 5.6 and 5.8 (a little on the low side). The runoff is consistently under 6 as well. EC and other conditions have stayed where they should be as well. I reduced any PH drift by running the air pump for the res 24/7, instead of just for mixing and before fertigations to rule that out. But I haven't seen any overall improvements for the leaves so I am reverting back to my theory of a genetic issue with this particular plant. It's growing larger and it's stems are thickening, so I'm just going to keep it growing as well as I possibly can and see what it yields!

Defoliated the heck out of them for the last time.. 2 weeks into flowering, now I’ll just clip stuff here and there that interferes with light.. But that’s it they both look healthy.. Crazy happy with the Red Diesels come back from death to 18” tall so far and multiple colas. For a backup the Cinderella grew great.. Caught up to the diesel with a decent height and still growing.. Both strong plants I may try one re-veg, I’m in between that or mini field of green with Orange Creamsicle seeds I have.. The nutrient calculations are off.. I give them 5ml of mantis per liter every feeding, and 15 ml Bembe per gallon once a week now during flowering.

Ok on flower day 65 i did a prechop of sticky smelly Buds. This is the Rest for Ripening. 04.10. Its boring to wait. Just added some water. Aphid shit on my buds (i wash), Or using insectoxids. Now you know why i can not use Insecticide. Another part chop. On day 71

Hey everyone :-). Today is the flowering day 56 since the time change to 12/12 h. Both phenotypes continue to develop great 😍. The flowers are getting thicker and thicker and are slowly but surely coming to an end 😄. They smell extremely tasty 😍. On the leaves you can clearly see that it is slowly consuming its last nutrients :-). Next week the trichomes will be checked and then a decision will be made when and how they are rinsed :-). Did some lst on one of the taller main colas because I started 2 more and needed the smaller light for them. I turned my 150w Marshydro the way it normally goes so it can cover both plants and tried to get an even top canopy for both plants to get the most out of the lamp. I think the 1 is gorilla zkittlez I was thinking stardawg at first but the leaves are very similar to the gorillaz. I keep worrying about giving higher doses of nutrients because it looks like I burned them a little bit feeding twice in 1 week. It’s hard to tell the difference between defeciency and burn sometimes which is making me want to switch to organic lol. The leafy one is starting to bud finally it seemed like even after pre flower was in full bloom it was still pushing out too many Leaves and almost no trichomes compared to the zkittlez. I’m thinking that one may be an afghan kush or something. It was really woody smelling hazelnut almost and now I’m getting some pine hints now that the buds seem to be getting back on track

Hello my grower friends. As @xii_xii_mrgreen suggested me, I am sharing with you the recipe for Marrakech butter. It's cannabis butter made with all the leftover waist, curing, and leftover grinders. Each time a leaf is filled with resin, I put it aside. After a few sessions, I have enough to make ganja butter. For this tour there are cultural leftovers loaded with THC and almost as much CBD. It is also a good technique to fully use plants grown outdoors that have more leaves than indoors. Ingredients and utensils I live in an area that produces a lot of butter. So here for 35g of leaves I melt 140g rounded to 150g of butter in 600g of water in a stainless steel saucepan. Heat until the butter. Add the leaves and mix gently. Cover a tiny amount of broth. The water stays below and should not completely evaporate. This is very important otherwise the butter or the leaves are burnt. It is necessary that the grease begins to isolate on the surface. It takes between 2 am and 3 am. It smells much less good than in the oven and disgusting, which is why I do not recommend putting it in stewed dishes. Allow to cool to room temperature. When the soup is lukewarm it must be filtered. To facilitate demolding, I recommend that you put plastic film at the bottom of a fully concave bowl, put gauze or compresses to refine the filtration. So I found this elastic SCROG wasn't doing for me ... so I just took it off . Lucky I'm working with a VERY resilient strain as it was cloned from a mother whom in which was the survivor of my 75 plant loss. So this this was burnt to a crisp without water for a little over 14 DAYS . So I wouldn't try this with anything I wasnt sure could "take the heat" . With it off the buds just kinda flopped a bit but still retained alot of resilience; the beautiful things . Now I could name about 100 things I could have done better . But if you think your "the best grower ever " that's a pretty used minded way to look at it . But am I proud of myself . Yeah :) - slow down feed to leave terp at end . There are good genetics and there are genetic masterpieces. The Great Jefa is part of the second case. Truly exceptional. It is a plant that has vegetated in a graceful and regular manner, the 16 bud topping seems tailor-made for it, all 16 have been successful, I would say excellent. All this happened in a short time, I don't know if it's the topping but it was practically ready in 6-7 weeks I took it to 8 because it was still very colored with leaves but it was ready for all the rest of the signs. Milky trichomes and lots of amber ones this time I don't think anyone can accuse me of being early. Also because the advance sometimes saves lives from mold.
