3/28/23 Keep finding pm in different places and having to spray it down. Added a few more fans just in case and it’s just everywhere. I think I’ll need to do a full tent clean before the next run to get everything clean. I trellised the ackbar twins. They’re huge and putting out so much bud. Took awhile to get it all right and ended up bending a few branches but I have a feeling it’s gonna be great when it’s finally done. Blueberry got topped and is starting to grow exponentially. Hoping it will have some stretch to it when it gets its chance to be the canopy but I don’t think it’s gonna be the plant that ackbar is because it hasn’t gotten proper light. White widow is flowering as well but it’s so minimal because the plant is also getting no light. Going to let it run its course but it’s just not getting what it needs at the bottom of the canopy. I should’ve known better but putting too many plants in one box but I didn’t know they would get this big.

Things are looking great. Now that it's September I thought I should really get that tomato roof up. But.... My idea of using stuff I already had didn't work out. So it looks like I'm headed to Lowe's on Wednesday! Barneys says 3rd or 4th week of this month, same as Critical Cure, but Cure is going to be ready much sooner (a week, maybe 2) than this Caramel, which makes sense since the Caramel is about 70% Indica vs the Cure being about 80% Indica.

Uped lights to 30000 lux today added some mosquito bits as a few fungus gnats have been flying around, should be topping Gelato #1 soon its been really shooting ahead.

My Sticky Rice plant is still on the smaller side, but it's got a really strong smell, and I love the look of its leaves. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.

Week 10 Update – Full Throttle with Advanced Nutrients 🌱 I’m now feeding 100% of the Advanced Nutrients schedule with all components. I noticed a slight calcium deficiency in the AN plants, so I’ve increased the base nutrients from 75% to 100%. Advanced Nutrients CalMag Xtra remains at 1ml/L, and it has been reliable throughout the grow with 0 EC osmosis water. BioBizz#1 – BT42 The trichome ripeness is mixed—there are both amber and clear trichomes, so it’s not quite consistent yet. CalMag issues show up occasionally, but nothing that’s throwing me off balance—she’s doing fine! 🤞 AN#4 – BT42 She’s asking for a bit more calcium here and there but continues to dominate BioBizz#1 in terms of development. EC: 2.5 pH: 6.4 Drain: pH 6.1 (EC not measurable due to organic soil). AN#3 – BT38 This plant is visually about 2 weeks behind the others. The space between her and the lamp is down to 1-2cm—a disaster, but there’s nothing I can do at this point. PPFD is off the charts (1200), but she’s handling it and developing beautiful buds. It’s almost time! This week both plants are getting flushed to prepare them for harvest. 🌱 After that, they’ll be cut down and hung up to dry. #2 has developed an absolutely massive main bud — honestly the biggest I've ever had so far! Meanwhile, #1 stands proud as the tallest plant in the tent, still giving off that amazing sweet, tropical aroma.🍍🍬 Both plants have shown a very fast flowering time, finishing up quicker than expected! Upon checking the trichomes, about 65% are milky, 30% amber, and 5% still clear — exactly where I want them for the effects I'm aiming for. Super excited to see the final results after the dry and cure💚

This week the buds continued to fatten, but there was leaf loss and a loss of color. In late flowering, some chlorosis in older leaves can be completely normal because the plant is redistributing nutrients towards the buds. I generally understand that this week should be the last, but for whatever reason, it could easily take another week or two. The structure and formation of the buds and their pistils still need more time. I will continue fertilizing for another week and possibly do a root wash the following week. Everything is going great! On day 64 from seed and 16 days into flowering, our beautiful Golden Sands - 1 has been delighting us with her blooms for the third week now. She’s growing rapidly and noticeably before our eyes. We continue to feed her with fertilizers from Xpert Nutrients, and the results are truly impressive. She’s at least 60 cm tall, with the lower side branches spreading wide, while the main cola is tied to the side for support. A huge thank you to Xpert Nutrients for their high-quality fertilizer, which is not only effective but also very easy to use. With such a reliable product, we’re confident that everything will turn out perfectly!

Something tried to nibble on Plant B, however there are no signs of pests and no further damage anywhere else (I have 6 other plants in the garden too). Plant A has already begun to develop stipules on its first set of true leaves too! Had their first feed on day 14 (2ml Fish Mix + 0.1ml Mono-silicic Acid), and were fed again on day 16 (2ml Fish Mix, 2ml Bio-Grow, 2ml Bio-Bloom, 0.1ml Mono-Silicic Acid).

Her location was changed for more sunlight because she is retaining too much water… she is showing signs of pre flower…I cannot wait for this classic.

the bud formation is ridiculous. they are getting so damn frosty and smell amazing. the buds are already bigger than last year when i was still experimenting a lot. i'm really checking the plants daily for budrot and other pests or problems but still not a thing. let's keep it like this. some branches are beginning to hang a little bit so i'm going to support them a bit more. i have the feeling that the plants really enjoy the molasses additive to the soil since i have not been seeing that much yellow leaves turn up lately.

So all the pictures that I posted on this week's diary are just pretty much random. The only thing I did for this week was give more toppings so each plant was topped four times. As of now, each plant will have a total of eight main colas, if I don't do anymore tops that is... I didn't have time today to really do a detailed post on every cultivar and the difference between phenos. so for week 6 I'll do a detailed cover of my girl so I'll do a female comparison for each breeder and cultivar!!

Do-Si-dos auto is doing good. It looks like she is switching over to do some bulking soon. I started adding pk to the solution a few days ago. Everything is looking great at the moment.
