To think people were telling me to chop her off because she looked deformed when she was young! glad I didn't listen to them as she turned out a beautiful plant! 100g of really nice dark purple bud. Really great strain, grew well without much care and produced really intresting looking buds.

On day 1 week 2 flower the Gals are really stretching now, hope I have enough room 😂They seem to be taking the flower nutes well even without a transition phase 😀. On day 3 the gals have stretched so much they are within 6 in of my light hoping The stretch will slow down soon yikes 😱. I defoliated the lower and upper canopy to bring in more light and air flow. On day 6 the stretch seems to be slowing down. I increased my light intensity from 75% to 100% to see if I can halt anymore stretching. I also bent my highest colas down as they were touching the grow light 😂. On day 7 flower clusters are forming and the stretch has slowed. I will continue to bend over the tallest colas and do my best to manage the canopy without too much loss of yield. It looks like some of my colas might get light stressed/burnt. There is not much else I can do except learn from my mistakes...next time I would flip the plants earlier and give them stronger light intensity before flowering stretch. The top leaves are canoeing so I reduced light intensity back to 75% to see if they improve. I got my first clog in my blumat systems main line... I will be switching to liquid based fertilizers for the next run as I believe my fertilizer caused the clog. I released the clog by using a pipette filled with water. I took the pipette and squeezed liquid through the main line exiting my reservoir. Then the lines were running smooth 😂

Uff...it was rescue in last second. Set her to bigger pots with 20liters of bio bizz allmix, gave her coffeset and biobizz biogrow, and at lesst the sanlight q6w and she slowly recover. I let her too long in a little pot. Hope in 4 to 5 weeks shes strong enough to give some nice buds to me

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. Day 77 - June 18 June 18 - 06.00AM One Amber trichome found. Will water with 5L of water at 6.3PH this morning. Wilted leaves are still springy. I'd like to defoliate but will wait until they're completely wilted. June 18 - 06.45AM Soil is still cold, a little moist. I'll water at approximately 9AM June 18 - 10.45AM Removed dead leaves to avoid pests (as sharing tent with outdoor plants at night). June 18 - 10.45AM Watered 4.5L to runoff at 6.3PH. Time taken approximately 1 hour to saturate soil. June 19 - 09.00AM Trichomes are starting to morph from clear to cloudy. Each clear head is now about 50% cloudy. There are slightly more light amber trichomes appearing. I suspect just under a week remaining. June 20 - 07.00PM Found another amber trichome on a more developed cola. With more half-clear trichomes becoming cloudy. I suspect I'll chop in 5 days or so. Leaf necrosis is developing further with some fan leaves (with trichomes) are decaying. I'd really like to see more purple by this stage, but I'll settle for a pineapple fade. June 22 - 08.20AM Temperature ate 78F at ground level. TOO HIGH! Had to turn the AC off due to partner being cold overnight. Possibly lost terpines+potency - frustrated. Trichomes still seem too clear for my liking. June 22 - 10.40AM Watered 4-5L to runoff at 6.3PH. Should have watered yesterday, though pot was still relatively heavy. Removed one dead leaf resting on budsite. June 23 - 06.00AM Removed a few dead leaves. Trichomes are still cloudy. Some milky, it's close - though little to no ambers. June 24 - 07.00PM Removed more dead leaves + 1 healthy accidentally. Trichomes are about the same. Removed all LST ties.

Haben wieder Raub Milben gekauft und sie an die Pflanze gehängt falls sich irgendwelche Schädlinge ins Zelt Trauen. -Tag 85 Heute haben wir bei ihr die Trichome Kontrolliert, man kann erkennen das sie noch nicht alle milchig sind, es gibt noch ein paar Durchsichtige und fast keine Amber. sie braucht noch eine bisschen mehr zeit. -Tag 89 Heute wieder Wasser gegeben.

week 3 of flower looks like they are hungry. Last week I Lolly popped the bottom 1/3 of the plants for air flow and to push the energy to the tops. I have a theory that the potassium is low in the media due to flowering I was going to wait till the 4th week of flower to give them a topdressing. but I think I will mix some PK booster in the next watering and fertigate the pots from the top, so the plants have immediate access to the PK for flowering. let me know what you think after watching the video image section. take care for now,

I highly recommend these Auto-flowering genetics. The harvest was above expectations and slightly behind schedule, but I have very little negative to say about this Strain or this grow cycle. I am looking to develop a top down drip system to speed up the seedling/clone stage a few days for even better results. Because of these great results I am looking forward to my next FastBuds strain. This week plant 1 has continued to surge ahead of the other girls, where as plant 4 and the subject of time lapse is the runt of the family. I determined that my watering system is not equally distributing the lifeblood for the plants properly and as such, some are getting more than others. I have cut back the schedule and manually watering them as needed using an old fashioned soil tester to determine which ones get extra. I believe that plants 2 and 3 were not getting enough water, 1 is just right, and 4 is too much. Check back next week to see if things continue to improve. I did some topping on plant 1 and some LST on plant 2 this weekend. I will watch them for the coming week. Plant 1 also seems to be spreading out on its own, so we will see what the extra topping will do for it. Although I kept the schedule the same, I also turned on the bloom lights to see if that would help with the plants stretching out more this week. It uses more power, but hopefully it will help the girls by giving them extra energy to stretch.
