This week has been stressful for me. I discovered 3 types of bug invaders.. I had some fungus gnats some spider mites and also some thrips... Bastards! I have deployed predators to deal with the canopy in the form of Amblyseius cucumeris and Amblyseius swirskii. I also deployed a platoon of lacewing larvae. For the fungus gnats I used nematodes watered into the root system. I now need to keep an eye for any further signs. I lost a lot of leaf to the pests I hope I did not take to much but anything I chopped was eaten and dead already. She needed a trim anyway and I did discover a load of bud sites that were covered up. I plan to strip the flower room out after this grow and do a deep clean and reseal everything. This will also be the last grow using biobizz range as I do. I was told before that I don't need to use all their product line and I feel I know what I like and need now. 🌿 Grow Update: Day 2, Week 8 of Flower 🌸 Hey fellow growers, We’ve hit Day 2 of Week 8 in the flower stage, and wow, she’s smelling delicious! The buds have definitely grown since the last update, but nothing too dramatic. Still, her appearance, aroma, and stickiness are on point. Not too shabby for my first run! There’s a fair amount of larf below that I’ll be tossing, but the top buds? Holy smokes, they’re looking fantastic. I'm aiming for at least 3 ounces, and if I hit that or more, I'll be over the moon! I'll be starting my 2-week flush very soon to ensure the best quality for the final product. Wish me luck as we head into these final weeks. Update every Monday. Enjoy!! Main plant just been LST it to get it all to the edge of the pot. Then I'm going to let it grow upwards. The clone decided to go hydro with it. 1st attempt at this. I researched it and watched a lot of videos on YouTube. So I'm going to give it a try. Been a week doing it in a 1 gal jug (fruit punch jug) and it looks good. So I made a 2 gal bucket for my hydro setup. Bucket, air stone and air pump. Got the bucket setup Sunday.. Feeding Calmag 3ml Flora blend 1tsp Grow big power 3/4 tsp Tiger bloom 1tsp Rapid roots starter 6 drops. 3 gal mix Ph 6.0 for hydro.. 6.5 for pot Ppm tds 660ish

Great week of overall growth: Branches getting a good stretch over sun leaves canopy. Pistil growth has kicked in with branches having many nodes. The canopy now takes up the diameter of the grow chamber. I tweaked the solution because leaves were growing light green and after a week of new solution mix they seem to have taken to it. Have been playing Fugazi and Nirvana on interior speaker and also raised the light 6". They also have a beautiful scent and I am wondering if the chamber will still handle covering the smell. The living room is right above my basement grow room and you could always smell it in the past but I had no problems the last to times because I used the ABLE Grow Chamber and the plants were small. The plants from this grow are twice the size I was able to achieve in my last two grow due to the upgraded COB LED and the CO2. I water them in the morning with .5L of solution and another L when I get home from work. Will keep this watering schedule till time to flush. Have counted 20 mini colas from two plants. Will defolite one final time today to clear sun leaves that are shadowing potential bud growth.

***** Week 4 Veg - December 26/20 to Jan 1/21 ***** The girls were transplanted on Christmas day, after three weeks in the solo cups from seed. They had been growing well in cups but I must admit that I feel the root mass should have been larger after that time period. I am working with a new nutrient line that I have not used before and have not been adding microbes to the feed schedule thus far.........or hardly any. I feel this is why the root system, while looking healthy, is looking too small. Over the next couple weeks will ensure they get lots of microbes in the 1 gal pots to fill those up with roots before moving to 5 gal pots.......the last upsize for this girls. Counting my weeks for finish I am wishing that I had started these girls a couple of weeks sooner so they may not get to veg in the 5 gal pots for a couple of weeks before flipping to flower. For these girls it is still pretty early on in their lives and not many exciting things to happen the first month of seedlings. We have done one upsize and another to go. Keep the feeding in line and follow the week 1 veg feeding for these girls, bringing up the ppm closer to 700ppm range. Overall, happy with first couple of weeks of veg. Need to get more roots going, we will, but otherwise just give them the time to mature and take it easy......they will come along😀 Little more detail....... Dec 26/20, Day 22 Veg - Dry out day after being transplanted yesterday. - Pots were still heavy. - Let the microbes in the media do their thing and start pushing root growth harder than what has been happening. Dec 27/20, Day 23 Veg - Gave the girls a little splash of the left over nutes from two days ago to add a little oxygen and they can take the extra microbes and bacteria right now😀 - 200ml with Microbial Mass and Piranha @ 2ml/L = 650ppm and 5.7pH - They are really happy today!!!! Loving the bigger pot to let those valuable roots expand into nice fluffy new coco and soak up the nutrients👍 Dec 28/20, Day 24 Veg - feeding day today with more water to get some runoff from the 1 gal pots. They have not been watered to runoff yet. - 0.5L each girl with the full line for this week. No other additives, just the IPP line = 700ppm and 5.7pH - seems a little high to jump from around 300ppm to 700 but will follow the companies recommendations👍 Dec 29/20, Day 25 Veg - Dry out day. - they are happy today......not much to add otherwise today Dec 30/20, Day 26 Veg - going to give them another day without watering. - I feel like I should be watering today but I am not as I am not sure how much moisture they will have consumed and the roots need some air to breath so holding off. - think it is a CalMag only feeding tomorrow. Dec 31/20, Day 27 Veg - feed day today since it has been a couple of days. - 500ml with CalMag @ 2ml, Gold Storm @ 7ml, Sea Storm @ 5ml, Blackstorm @ 2ml, Vitamin B @ 0.5ml = 525ppm and 5.7pH - keeping the humic and fluvic acids going in, plus Kelp and CalMag👍 - the girls are happy and seeing forward movement everyday, looking for more aggressive though from the girls. Jan 1/21, Day 28 Veg - doing very well......like really well💪 - didn’t push them today and left them alone for watering, pots of course still had some weight and I didn’t expect them to need today. - Optic Folier Overgrow given today. Folier spray to give them just an extra boost since everything is otherwise dialed in👍 Finishing off the week very strong!!!!!! They have been looking very healthy and perky everyday. The roots are a concern and will be taking it easy on the nutrients for another week yet and keep up the microbes and beneficials. Will get them in line......my hope is too keep their time in the 1 gals down to two weeks max......maybe 10 days?? Looking pretty good ETS as we move through the first upsize. Her stems are stiffening and they are taking varying temps and humidity in the first weeks well. Feeding has been moderate to light and no signs of any issues......again, still pretty early on but its all good so far😎

Se ha utilizado agua llovida, que leyendo un poco indican que no tiene mayor beneficio si se almacena para utilizarla posteriormente (se convierte en agua dulce común), sin embargo he seguido utilizando. 11/24/2020 Seeing pre-flowers nice healthy new growth maybe add some h2o2 to clean up roots some, some brown algae? Maybe. Going to lower water level to 8 liters let roots stretch more an fill out bottom of bucket, also a serious defoliating is needed, But it can wait till next week. Her clone mom was harvested at day #50 in flower, not fully ripe and it's still pretty potent stuff, I think I can go to 63 days and still get an energetic high, mom still had, 30% clear trichomes with no amber at 50 days. So I will harvest 1-2 cuttings to keep them going as everyone that tried it liked the results, but this one should finish faster with Hydro, so we will see how it goes.
