I let her go for another week and after checking her trichomes I decided she was done. It‘s not like I had much of a choice anyway as I‘m leaving for a trip in a few days. I cut her down branch by branch, collecting the stalks and fan leaves in one container and the buds in another. After that the buds went into plastic bags which was then put in the freezer. The older plants really found their stride this week and have put out some good growth so hopefully it'll be exponential from here on out. I'll probably pinch the smaller one this afternoon. The bugs have become more interested in the autos this week so I sprayed with a little Safer brand Neem oil concentrate.

Plant starts off slower than others. But once she’s in flower and starts packing on resin and changing colors, everything changes. The plant reeks of funky terps and citrus and just stinky goodness. The colors are crazy ranging from pink to blue and purple. Highly recommend this strain and she produces super fat sticky buds. She’s a keeper.

D97 F50: what a week!!! I can't believe it, the plants are more and more fragrant, the flowers are bigger and bigger... I expected less than that! I started the flush with simple osmosis water, corrected with a PH of 6.1! I managed to increase the EC from 2.1 to 1.3, with about 4 liters per plant!! I was able to remove the excess water in the tank using a pump! I'm aiming for an EC between 0.1 and 0.5 for half of week 9, before letting them dry on the foot. In any case, there are fewer seeds in my flowers than I thought, I tried to remove a few seeds with tweezers, it worked for a few plants but the code red #1 didn't like it... some pieces of flowers dried a little and some trichromes matured faster!! Victory over the moth larvae. Removed them with pipe cleaners. Still spraying Monterey BT. No new larvae holes. Reinforced several plants with velcro tape. The flowers are becoming heavy. The scent is overpowering. Sugar Cane is extraordinarily heavy and the flowers have not yet begun to swell. Gorilla Glue 4 is heavy and the branches have started to bend outward from the weight. All three were reinforced. Garlic Z is not a large plant and the buds are behind all the rest in progress but the flowers are close and compact.

Got hydro halos setup because I need to be able to go away for work for a few nights, Was actually really easy to setup and works awesome, I got most the parts plus all my nutes from my local hydro store. I'm using cocoforcannabis.com as a guide for most of this grow and his site includes details on how to setup an auto watering system. At this point I'm still using Professors Go Green for cal-mag and following the GP3 feed chart to mix nutes to the right ratio and then diluting with cal-mag water to target EC (300-400EC for wk 1). Some of the plants had clawing leaves and were really dark green - I read that this could be caused by nitrogen toxicity and I'm concerned this may be due to the Go Green as it seems to be intended as more of a deficiency fix rather than a regular use cal-mag supplement for coco. Some of the leaves on one of the plants started getting rust spots like calcium deficiency, Canna Coco comes pre-buffered and I was adding Go Green so it had plenty, I think the likely case is that nitrogen toxicity may be blocking calcium intake also. I intend to change to Green Planets Pro-Cal which has low nitrogen and is made to work with their line of nutes. Also we named the girls! My roommate and I were pretty baked if you can't tell...

Hey Friends, end of week 5 from seed - Installed New Grow Tent @CoolGrows 36x36x72 - After Adjusting the light, I decreased the wattage and plant #2 is looking much healthier and is growing in height :) - Still can't detect Plant #2 gender - Will flip to Flower next week, 12 hrs of light 12 hrs of darkness - I am glad I transplanted to a 5 gallon pot, each day the leaves are looking better. Hopefully its a female, see you guys next week!

Motherplant of this clone didn't give same buds as a clone. Shame I don't have mother plants anymore. I would recommend Durban Poison for everyone, I guess more people should feel this strain. This is my favourite sativa from 2019!

SUNDAY 5/5: Rearranged the gardens..have 17 plants in the 4 x 5 now...yowsa! MONDAY: Plucked some dead leaves and did a trichrome check on the furthest along. She's ready! I'll start flushing her tomorrow or Wednesday.👍 TUESDAY: I observed some white spots(maybe powdery mildew) on a few leaves here and there throughout the garden, so I sprayed them today with Trifecta Crop Cure, a concoction of a bunch of natural plant oils. I already decreased the humidity in the room to 45% with my new 70L dehumidifier, so I think they'll be fine. I'll spray them again tomorrow and the next day, then I'll have to hope that did the trick, because a couple of these hybrids are already in the harvest window. WEDNESDAY: I flushed one of them and watered the rest today and included a bunch of terpinator, bud candy, bembe, and cha ching. It was possibly their last dose of any nutes...but a couple might get one more dose... THURSDAY: Took a couple of photos and tried installing my new Solacure FlowerPower UVB light, but it was dead on arrival.😢..back to the 15.0 reptile UVB lights for now I guess...
