Both plants grow with a nice healthy green color and develop well. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barabara Bud) plant # 2 is a little taller than plant #1 at this time, but both show nice side-branching and overall growth. They love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and are well protected inside the Secret Jardin grow tent.

Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. My guess is about 25-35g. Any other guesses? Happy Wedding Cake day 😇

It was a great week for this Sour D pheno. She is really starting to fatten up now and is noticeably different after every dark period in terms of the size of her flowers. She is getting tricky to move to the shower where I normally water so she will likely not move again until she is cut. This makes the watering process more tedious but it is a necessary evil to avoid any unwanted mishaps this late in the game. I already caused her to lean a bit from swaying back and forth carrying her across the room during the last fertigation. The buds still dont have a hugely pronounced smell (like I'd expect from Sour D) or much trichome coverage but I am reassured by the fact that she seems to be a late bloomer and is apparently just starting to take off in terms of flower production. I've only seen a scant number of orange pistils so I think she still has several weeks to go. If she starts to take on that characteristic gassy smell as puts on some frost so I can press her into decent rosin, I'll be more than happy with this run when it's all said and done. Vegetativo 06-12-2024 al 12-12-2024 06-12-2024 Se muestra un crecimiento conciderable de la semana pasada a esta semana y se observa muy sana. 08-12-2024 Se realiza cambio de solucion nutritiva con parametros ajustados. 10-12-2024 Con el aumento de nutrientes se nota un crecimiento y mejora de las hojas cosiderable. 11-12-2024 Observo que unas hojas de reciente crecimiento muestran amarilles en los bordes, asi que opto por agregar mas agua al cubo ya que la planta esta chupando cada vez mas agua y nutrientes, Se nota en las hojas la transpiracion de la planta, y se coloca una red para empezar a entrenar las ramas de la planta y la exposicion a la luz entre hojas y ramas sea mayor, se aumenta la potencia de la lampara de 75% a 90%. 12-12-2024 Aplico una tecnica llamada lst aplaste los tallos un poco para que bajaran y la exposicion de la luz fuera mejor. Haven't done much this week. The slow release nutrients are doing their thing. Basically watering when needed and removing the odd unwanted leave. At the end of the week I will give them their last feeding before I harvest.

So far the girls are doing okay. I had a little problem with stretching at the beginning which is why you see me supporting them with the yoyos. Next grow I will start with the fluorescent light extremely close. I will grow 2 of these plants with only organic nutrients n the other 3 with synthetic to see which comes out better.

Day 49 from seed...flowering...no Need for CO2 supplementation...probabily growing with organic nutrient and soil can increase natually the CO2 level...Need info about this... Good strain to grow if you want a pretty good yield and a great smoke. Got really good feedback from some friends about her so I will continue to have her in my grow room.

Started flush on plant #3. Harvested plant #2 on day 91. Trichomes were all cloudy. Plant #1 is going strong and fattening up. She’s a thirsty one too, watering every other day.
