I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. And lastly, I have to address the 'elephant in the room'. Yes, it looks like she's got some seeds in her flowers. She's in my 4x8 with seven other ladies and, unbeknownst to me, my Do Si Dos #33 developed some male flowers that were EXTREMELY small and well hidden. As a result, she got fertilized. This happened so late into flower that I decided to go ahead and finish her out. My hopes are that I get some viable seeds which should be an interesting F1 cross between these two. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's just starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which, according to the breeder, will be here in around three weeks +/- but nothing is cut in stone so I'll let the trichomes determine when she's ready...ya never know, could be a lot sooner! 🤪 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience with this 11-12 Week cultivar! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she's not going to make the 77-84 days in flower 'suggested' by the breeder for best taste/yield and will probably go closer to the 9 weeks +/- which is the minimum recommended flowering period for this strain, but we'll have to see what her trichomes have to say! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. The High intensity was to strong (clearly my fault) in the beginning which stunted her overall stretch, she however still delivered super dense, terpene and trichome loaded buds.

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil top dressed. Day 1 we had high temperature of 85 and sunny skies. I watered 3-5 gallons from the hose. I added 45 ml coop poop and 50 ml plant tone. I spread the dry fertilizer evenly across the top of the soil. Day 2 we had high temperature of 87°F with partly cloudy to cloudy skies. I watered 3-4 gallons from the hose. I added 100 ml of blood meal spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 3 We had a high temperature of 85°F. It rained the previous night and intermittently raining and thunderstorms today. The rain is watering today. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 73°F and all day rain. The rain was what remained of hurricane Beryl. There was a lot of wind up to 20 miles per hour. These girls handled it and loved the rain. Day 5 we had clear sunny skies and a high temperature of 85°F. I fed 150 ml feather meal and 45 ml Coop Poop. I watered 3-5 gallons from the water hose. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 86°F and partly cloudy skies. Plants #1, that developed powdery mildew on its lower leaves, began treatment with Arber organic biofungicide. I'll continue that for 5 days. I ran the fertilizer a little hot the girls are clawing and super dark green this evening Day 7 we had a high temperature of 85 with partly cloudy skies. This week was a success. We got a touch of powdery mildew on the #1 plant. It's on the bottom leaves. I'll continue to treat that with Arber. Both of these girls began flower the last couple of days this week. About 9 weeks from now we should have some big old beautiful buds.

Day 57 and that's a 33.8oz spring water bottle for size reference. Video's are day 58. I'm going to ice water her tonight and then keep her in straight darkness for 72hrs and then harvest. She's a beast for sure. You can definitely see an increase in trichromes in the 4 days of total darkness started with it's 1st and final ice water flush abd no more water for 3 days or untill I harvest.

As the days pass, the natural fading is more apparent, showcasing an array of autumnal hues that captivate the eye. This week, I’ve implemented a bit of drought and temperature stress, emulating the natural environment of autumn even further. Each bud is dense and frosty, a testament to the careful nurturing they’ve received. The environment is controlled, but I’ve allowed for slight fluctuations to challenge the plants, encouraging them to harden and produce those precious, resinous trichomes. It’s a sight to behold and the anticipation for harvest grows daily. It’s all about patience and precision now, as each day could mean the difference between good and great. As we approach the harvest, I'm closely monitoring each plant, ensuring they're expressing their full potential. Since that day I treated her soooo bad: just sometimes water, nearly no fertilizer, placed her inside a tent, in a glass house and sometimes even outside for days... I totally forgot when she started to bloom or how long she was even growing.

Harvested Z1 (Zkittlez 1) at 95 days and Z2 (Zkittlez 2) at 90 days, At week 11 the trichomes were 90% milky with 50% orange pistils. They both received a minimum 2 full water flush, what I mean by that is a good 20% runoff to get all that built up out of the fabric pots. Note to self. 7 Gallon pots were unnecessary for these autos, 5 Gallons would be more than sufficient possibly even 3 Gallon. I believed the yield would be more considering how dense these buds are. I had forgotten Z2 had been massacred throughout this grow, unintentional topping as she was starting to flower and the carbon filter which fell on the plant damaging the top bud and other smaller bud sites. Taking these into consideration and after weighing Z1 I am very impressed by Fastbudz genetics especially under 13 weeks! I added a video of Z1 & Z2 dry weight to show transparency of my end results for this grow. I think better internodal spacing could allow for better bud development hence a better yield. Overall extremely pleased. Z1 = 97gr Z2= 61gr Density of Buds: 10/10 Resin: 9/10 Smell: 10/10 Dry Time and Cure for Smoke Report: 6 days (are now placed in Masson jars open lid for the next 2 days then 30 min x2/day) at Relative Humidity 60% // Temp: 72° F Smoke Report : High THC can be felt but not overpowering. Easily tell its heavier on the Indica side - will only know for sure once I try Zkittlez pheno 1. Curing will take some time. Generally I find 8 weeks minimum tends to give me a good quality product. I will be burping the mason jars twice a day for the next 2 weeks or so and add a 58% Bodeva pack. I prefer 58% vs 62% because I tend to use a Pax vaporizer. 00

Pretty decently easy grow, no complaints! Stoked to pull 6oz in a 10 week grow -- autos ROCK! This smells great! The buds were MASSIVE, I was a little skeptical of jarring them that big and decided cut them into smaller nugs just to be careful with mold issues. Will update and finish this review in a few weeks once they've cured!

It’s a delightful reminder that the plants are truly in their element. I can't help but relish this part of the journey. did all the topping I plan to do and she's responding just fine. found a touch of fuzz on the old seed pod forming on the rockwool and removed it, as well as snipping off the internodal leaves that had some brown spots... and now she's clean and symmetrical! very definitely an improvement from a couple weeks ago :) did not do a full nutrient swap this week, so no pics or videos of the root system just yet... maybe mid week. tuned back the nutes just a tiny bit (mixed same nute in 1700 ml instead of 1500). not sure why, mostly instinct and to help keep it small (the whole point, really). she's fun to grow! if you've never tried a desktop nano grow... i highly recommend it 😊👌😺
