6/21 Didn't go check the plants last night. They were fine though. No drooping. I may increase my feeding schedule as I'm noticing a few leaves in the middle inside of the plant turn yellow and die. I'll update as I check stuff out. Can't upload pictures right now so it will be later today. Went back in the pm and watered. Noticed a few of the wild lady bug larvae are getting pretty big. Fucking spiders ate a bunch. 6/22 Went and watered before feeding 2 gallons. I need to make solution stronger add more growbig. Also need to spend more time defoliating and LST and relocate the two plants in the cage that are able to be moved. UPDATE: After checking the weather I decided to water despite the meager .1in of rain we might get. Also need to follow up on my IPM. It seems like roots have completely overtaken some containers.Maybe that's why I am watering twice a day. Perhaps I need to water more at a time. PH still high at around 7.3, 7.4. Anyhow I've got some work to do. 6/23 It rained a little last night so I didn't need to water this morning. I used the extra time to do some LST and slight defoliation. I used plant clips and string to tie branches down. Noticed some PM on the inside of a couple smaller plants. I need to move one more plant to a different location, spray for my IPM and defoliate a little better. My anxiety makes it hard for me to cut my plants. I need to watch some more videos on PROPER outdoor defoliation. Went back over and watered. I was able to maneuver some branches through my trellis for better airflow. Noticed some cricket and leaf hopper damage on the smaller plants I tied down. I squished a couple but I think I'm going to do a treatment of Dr. Zymes or LCPT tonight. Also, I got promoted on here to apprentice. I was stoked until I found out it only takes into account the number of likes you get for promotions lol. 6/24 Soil was still damp so I lightly watered. It's hot today and I'd rather have the bags not dry out in the wind. I need to spray tonight. Due to an unexpected death in the family I haven't gotten everything done that I need too. Watered when I went back over. 6/25 Lightly watered despite soil being damp. The grow bags are just basically roots. They go through the bag into the ground making it tough to do the "lift test". They are thirsty plants. I found a dreaded worm (moth larvae) as I didn't do my preventative BT. Tonight I'll be spraying. Just not sure which product yet. Did some small defoliation today. I'm afraid of taking to much. Just want better airflow. Plan to spray tonight. UPDATE: Sprayed LCPT to treat the PM and hopefully as a catch all for the worm and thrip I found. I will upload pics of my trunk after the defoliation. It won't let me edit the pic and I'd rather not have my tag showing. 6/26 Treated with LCPT last night. Amazing how much better the plants look after an application. Fed two gallons today and upped growbig to 2tbsp. I was feeding on the fifth day but this it's only been three days this time. I'll monitor for results. Pictures weren't taking this morning. Couldn't upload pics of the stalks after I defoliated which sucks because I think I did pretty good and wanted see feedback. 6/27 Had a rushed morning. Had time to quickly water before I had to leave. Will examine and update later today. Went back over and everything looks good. Just normal issues and work to be done. 60% RH 90 DEGREES today.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went pretty good for the Strawberry Banana Auto, I did go out of town for 4 days and my PH got too high in my reservoir so that set me back a couple days or so but the plants still look pretty healthy, I did notice a couple rust colored spots on the lower most leaves of this plant. She is topped and I did a light defolilation yesterday and some LST just to try and keep a level canopy. The tomatoes are looking great as well as enjoying the runoff from the cannabis, got my first flowerson them this week. In the tent I am still running the Spectrum X at 60% power in V1 mode which is the veg mode and it is keeping the plants very green, bushy, and with tight internodal spacing. I will continue LST and slowly make the change to flower nutes as soon as the stretch is about over. D24 - 10/02/2025 Last week was really good, none of the girls showed any signs of toxicity after the full strength feed, which is good. I’m already seeing signs of pre-flowering on some of the girls, next week for sure we enter flower mode. Applied some LST to the girls and some defoliation. Fan leaves were taking a lot of space, now internal nodes should have more light to use. Not going too crazy on this though. Unfortunately snapped a branch of Northern Lights #1 while applying the LST, must take extra care next time. Still haven’t changed the reservoir, should do that later this week. — D27 - 13/02/2025 Changed the reservoir and mixed nutrients for pre-flower. I’ve been adjusting the LST, but other than that there’s not much of an update. Girls are looking really great and growth is exploding. PPFD is around ~500 on canopy level. — D28 - 14/02/2025 Did another defoliation session. Went a bit more heavy this time. Now we let them recover for a few days.

Seleccioné de las 5 plantas, 3 , que creo que son los mejores ejemplares que por el momento están creciendo bien y tener tienen un buen color, se ven bien sanas, todo normal hasta ahora, van cogiendo forma y están produciendo una tricomada bastante seria, están increíbles. Going into week 4. After. A transplant and at the end of week 3 they have seemed to recovered and are doing great. I’ve noticed that they “pray” towards the light so they seem to be happy. Using 1ml of cal mag. When I water. Ph. 6.1 -6.3 of 90%RO 10% tap. Added the second mars hydro on day 25. Update last day of week 4 day 28. The ladies ain't looking too happy. Being hit by I imagine Cal mag deficiency. Even tho I was expecting it because of the RO water. It seems I didn't add the Cal mag fast enough. Hopefully.the 2ml/L or Cal mag. Will fix it. Last watered 250ml each of PH 6.2 water on 8/28

It’s Friday, blue skies but a chill petrols the outdoors, amazing how in my car the sun burns and outdoors it hardly keeps me warm when the wind gusts. I am impressed with the amount of growth once again, she continues surprising me, unlike Unknown. I will be using the main brunch as rott that sprout a pair of trees at each nod, I hope she compiles before she goes into flowering, speaking of which, when I watch a lot of the informative videos about MariJane, a lot of growers switch lighting to kick start flowering, I think we here in South Africa we do have people who practice that act, but I feel a lot of us here in South Africa allow the plant to live out all it’s phases, to ensure quality. A lot of people are outdoor growers in our 9months of grow season, winter you can grow, you will only get indica heights whether sativa or hybrid. I cannot wait to showcase this tree when it’s in her last weeks of flowering, I myself will not believe the vision was achieved, growing weed is boring when the tree is in vegetation, not to mention I might encounter some male plants.

Week 6 for the gorilla gas has finished up. These girls are showing their phenotypes and it's awesome. 3 different plants. One tall and lanky, one in the middle and one runt. All smell amazing. Finished up giving it bulk of the nutrients now it's a downward slope from here. Gradually decreasing every day till flush. Looking forward to the harvest!!!

LSD has gone crazy over the last week, insane bulk-up in her buds, from top to bottom, in by the stock and out to the tips, she's just bulky, dense, sticky, frosty and incredible! By far, the best looking results from any of my LSD grows. Green Crack also looks incredible and the rest of the ladies, while doing awesome, will be their final grow in my garden. Apr 23: Germinating in Kannabia petri dish with thermometer and towels. It is a nice simple germination system. I’ve always found just soaking seeds in water on a heating mat works great, but this germinator looks nice and easy too. Amnesia Haze GO Fast should be a good grow. Starting two seeds to pick the better one. Apr 27: transplanted sprouted seeds into starter soil in peat pots. I’ve never been a fan of germinating seeds using paper towels because I usually forget to keep them moist but not saturated. Also sprouting weed seeds in a glass of water is so easy and foolproof. The Sproutly germination kit from Kannabia is a smartly designed simple device. A petri dish with an accurate thermometer so you can keep it at 22-24 C. The biggest tip for starting seeds, including things like peppers and tomatoes, is to get a heat mat - totally worth it. The last video shows how I do seed priming with ethylene gas given off from a couple of apples. There was a scientific paper i saw in a news story somewhere that explains it. The gas helps promote or regulate the gene expression in the growing seedlings, but a key trick is that it should only be applied to the sprouted seeds just before they are exposed to light. Been doing seed priming the last two years, and yes it works.

Starting to get lots of pistils, gave her a feeding without watering in between ( newbie mistake) so i think i gave her a little bit of nutrient burn
