Sixth Week: - Plants are doing amazing. - Continuing to tuck under the Scrog - Noticed some slow growth and debating adding some co2 due to hot weather incoming.

The plant developed a compact and productive structure with dense, rock-hard buds absolutely drenched in trichomes. Harvested at day 76, after 72h of darkness. Very good yield! 3.3 pounds of dry buds + 1 pound of trim The 2 keepers yielded 366 and 342g of premium quality smoke. Very uplifting and energizing high :) Love it!

So flushed for a week now and harvested all but one plant! Personally think I timed harvest time on a few plants wrong as they seem quite dark! Also picking at fan leaves very late on certainly didn’t help on two of the plants but overall for my first grow quite pleasing but know a lot can be improved on for my next grow! Personally also added canna pk13/14 to late into flowering time Harvest 2 x sensi skunk fem 1 x auto gsc 1 x auto bcn Remaining sensi skunk plant is currently in darkness for 72 hours before being harvested!

I took the tiny plant out of the tent due to state laws. She is happily sitting in a window... we'll see what happens with her! Massive growth for both plants this week! They both doubled in size! I don't know whether to call my plants vegging, pre-flowering or flowering. I figured this was the last week of veg and next week is full on flowering!! They both stink! Gassy for sure! I'll need to turn start using my carbon filter soon... I caught a few cool time lapse videos this week. Especially after feeding them last night!! I fed them twice this week. The first time was at a third recommended dose and I jumped it to half yesterday. The leaves are clawing at the top of the plants... I think it is a lack of phosphorus due to me only watering them the last 2 weeks. Any thoughts out there? I'd love advice about defoliating... I have a couple massive fan leaves I could remove to open the canopy for flowers... I just don't want to stunt the plant or rob the main cola of a major energy source... Thoughts are definitely welcome! I tried my hand at LST... I think a few are working and a few aren't doing the job... Definitely need to figure this out! Again advice is welcome! In general I'm very happy growing this strain. The germination rate was 100%, all 3 sprouted, even though one ended up dying after some weeks. My fault here, she grew upside down and when I moved her she didn't reacted well. The growing conditions were initially a little unstable as I couldn't find the right balance between temperature and RH, having the latter one constantly too low, making me buy an humidifier to keep the level higher. Well, too high in the lights off period, and when distracted could reach up to 99% RH, which isn't good. Again, lesson learned for the next grow. Maybe I've defoliated the plant a little too much and that might have also affected the crop a little. When it comes to feeding, didn't use so much plain water, the feeding were nutrient based all the time. Not sure if this had any negative effects in the plant. Was fun to train the plant and I learnt a lot about topping. To be fair, I don't know if this was what affected her final crop or if I stunned her in the last defoliation. Quite inclined for that option.. After all this, finish with this amount of bud is ok and positive lessons were taken for the coming grows. Overall I think I made a few beginner mistakes that affected the plant growth and flower, but again, having no pests, plagues, or any diseases was already a very good accomplishment and I'm really looking forward to start the next grow, and enjoy the smoke from this little one after drying and curing. As it was the first diary ever, was very fun to do it, and helped a lot controlling crucial parts of the growth. Definitely will keep posting here my future grows. Beginning of week 8 and seems like a long way to go. Most of the hairs still white. Hopefully the buds will fill in more! As right now I’m planning to take it 10+ weeks. This week I will lower the CO2 slowly 50 PPM every day until I will reach 800PPM. Also I will lower the light intensity by 2% every day. This week I lowered the day temp to 79 degrees and next week I’m playing to lower it every further to 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Water temp is at 68 degrees and probably from week 9 I will lower it to 66. Beginning of week 8 TDS is at 550PPM. I sent adding the Late bloom enhancer from Current Culture! End of week 8 : lowered the TDS to 470ppm , she seems that it not eating so much nutrients anymore. She still drinking 3 gallons of water every single day.

-SOAKING SEEDS STARTED AT 4:15PM on 4/2/22 All of them sank by the next day with a little stirring of the water - most of them were floating before I stirred the water then they sank & stayed underwater. -PLANTING SEEDS STARTED AT 6PM on 4/3/22 Seedling Starter Soil: 1 Coco Coir Block (hydrated with 12cups aquarium water) About 5 cups Vermiculite 4Tbsp Down To Earth Starter Nutrients Mycorrhizal Fungi Spring Water - watering the hole with mycorrhizal before planting seed & then again after planted. -AFTER THE FIRST SPROUT ON 4/5/22 Turned on seedling clip light to blue only, dimmest setting @ 20%. Keeping light on for 18/6 6am-12pm - 4/6/22 INCREASED BLUE ONLY SEEDLING LIGHT TO 50% It seems like they were slightly stretching for light **watch for light burn on cotyledon leaves** -4/7/22 MORNING INCREASED BLUE ONLY SEEDLING LIGHT TO 100% The plants are stretching even more I increased light to full 100%, it'll have to keep an eye on them & make sure they don't get light burnt or topple over from reaching -4/7/22 AFTERNOON SWITCHED LIGHT TO GIIXER The two tallest plant cotyledon started to droop to the side so I didn't want to take a risk continuing to try the clip light only on blue @ 100%. I have the Gixxer on only veg at a distance of 10" away from the tops of the cotyledon leaves. I also cracked the lid & put an oscillating fan on low just to give them a tiny bit of movement to strengthen their stems because they'll be tall and weaker with stretching. *I tried using a new seedling light & it was a failure - they are now stretching due to that light. I switched back to my trusted seedling light & hoping they'll be back on track.*

The growing cycle itself worked out as expected, except that the pH-level was way off from where it should be, and I found out a bit too late. Because of this the outcome of the harvest didn't say much about the potential of this strain, but as soon as I got enough time and space, she will get a new chance to shine.000

Day 29 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 32 04/08/24 Sunday 300ml De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today again with Plagron PK13-14 and power buds. All plants doing really well! Had an infestation of leaf minors this week, no idea how, but they are treated and I'll check every 48 hrs on progress of pets. All of them have shot up this week 💚 Day 34 06/08/24 Tuesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with calmag only. Pre flower stretch initiated, pre flower female sex pistils forming 😍 All happy and healthy!

Starting to really take off in length since her 2nd feeding. I've been so far alternating between plain ph'd water and feeding every 3-4 days, moving on to week 5 feeding schedule in the coming days. This girl definitely smells a bit more than my first grow (great white auto) and I like that 😍 I'm wondering when I should start to defoliate a bit....

Hello everyone, I'm really pissed about the 3 Afghan skunk plants, the package description says feminized seeds but they are in flower mode while the light is on 24/7, the people at Expert steeds are doing a terrible job packaging the seeds! Last time i buy seeds from expert steeds that is for sure. In 2 days they will get a good defoliation and than it's racing to the finish.
