Hi Growmies, I feel I had a root issue, may have even been root rod. So as I saw a few of the very deeply submerged roots turning brownish and decay, I decided to generously cut away the affected areas and cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide as good as I could and then properly rinsed the whole system. It seems, however, like she has started a whole new set of roots that started to submerge after I started feeding the orca from plant success (can be seen in the video below). Can highly recommend this product! She has also not show any signs of stress due the suspected root issues. Other than that she is a super pretty indica lady :) almost crazy how symmetrical she is. I have trained all main colas horizontally until the canopy had evenly opened up. Now I will let her grow towards the scrog and depending on her stretch, I will flip her at some point towards the middle or end of next week. We are at that critical point where timing comes into play. BB reversal is like 5 weeks in. Fem donors to be pollinated went in feb 16 and 20.. did two rounds to make sure something worked. Reversed BB is just full of male pollen sacs, they are beginning to open up and show bananas. There’s a point between when they open up naturally and when that pollen is easily used, and it’s a couple days at least. So if I pull a opened sac off now, try to open the bananas it’s somewhat difficult and often not much pollen in there... it’s just not quite ready. In a few days I’ll grab one and it’ll just like turn to dust damn near when I apply any force to it. That’s the time to start really trying to pollinate. You can see tho, I got several pulled off and opened up and placed right on top of fem flowers. We’re almost there! Now let’s just hope the couple fems I got going in another room don’t get much of this from it.. I got a couple in week 2-4 right now that would definitely be ripe for pollination. 20/01/2025 Seedlings have definitely grown in size! Bottom watered again today. Mixed 3L solution of Calmag, Growell Plus 8:8:8, Seaweed extract (2ml / 1ml / 1ml) and watered 1L per pot. Solution was sucked dry from tray relatively fast, guess the roots are growing. 21/01/2025 Measured PPFD / DLI today and found that my existing light had a relatively low ppfd value output. Reading 50 plus PPFD / 4.5 DLI at 24 inch height 75% power, generating insane amounts of heat if the grow tent is closed. Thing is the max ppfd is about 150 at 24 inches. Can't bring down the lights more without potentially causing light burn due to the high DLI low ppfd ratio. Fortunately I have the tent in a temperature controlled room so I had to leave the tent open to ensure there was good airflow cooling down the excess heat without causing too much of a temp shift. Managed to bring up the humidity by adding a larger humidifier maintaining 60 to 70 % range. Did myself a favour and ordered the vivosun aerolight a200se to go along with the rest of the vivosun kit. Hoping it arrives by week 3! Besides this, seedlings look healthy, did some foliar feeding with homemade wood vinegar (5ml to 1L) after lights out. 22/01/2025 I almost killed my plants with light lol. Turns out my existing light was putting up alright dishing out 1200 pfd from 24 inches at max. I noticed some skewed reading when I was tilting my phone screen so decided to take off the screen protector and damn.. ppfd was at 800 ppfd! It was the screen protector not the lights 😆 Since there were no signs of yellowing or wilting I decided to keep it at 400 ppfd. Bottom watered with 1L each of (2ml CalMag / 1ml Growell Plus 8:8:8 / 1ml Seaweed to 3L phed to 5.9) had about 100 ml excess after waiting for 10 mins so I drained out the excess. 23/01/2025 Fortunately my blunder with the lights didn't cost me too much. Plants still looking healthy, 3rd set of true leaves opening up.

Been too busy to update the last few weeks, but they’re surviving longer then I expected. When I received my new light I did not take in consideration of the heat output and within the first night of use the tent reached a scorching 88 degrees

End of the third week of transition and the hot mess is rounding out nicely👌. We’ve got an extra pots worth of space freed up so we spread em out a little and tied the super tops back down again. Probably for the last time as we wait for em to bulk up through mid flower. Per the video - we kept as much foliage as we could and we’ll move to straight maintenance and pruning from here on out. What’s interesting is that every single one of these clones is perfectly healthy. This is in stark contrast to the mothers growing out seed in the tent next door. Half of those are showing deficiencies of some kind. A telling comparative between to different hydro methods. Coco is an imperfect method imo and every plant always seems to react a little differently. Dutchies, well…. They speak for themselves😉👌. I expect yield will be much heavier on this run than originally anticipated. This is the way👍. Background This cycle of clones represents all the potential of this F1 line of WalkerBerry OG. Bred by myself over the last couple of years. This genetic shows excellent hybrid vigour, incredibly stable nutrition requirements to date and an eclectic mix of long and short internodal spacing bu specimen. We know we have indica and sativa dominant traits spread evenly across the 6 available clones. Now it’s just a matter of seeing them run out under controlled and pollen free conditions. We’ve labelled each plant and it’s resulting seed accordingly. Once we get to the F2 run, we’ll hopefully be able to isolate down to 2-3 phenos if the bud is any good. From there, who knows. It’d be great to get to a finished, stable generation that would be fem worthy but that could be a very long way off. For now - we’ll focus on this line and see where it goes🤞🤞.

So the final day has come. Day 115. Wow she took 4 months! I struggled a little bit with cutting her, I had to do it with a handsaw. She is a chunky girl! I partially trimmed the plant, mostly removing any fan leaf left and any big leaf without trichomes on them. I consider this more of a pre-cleaning and not a real trimming. That will be done after the plant has dried in about 2 weeks It was quite nice to document my grow. This was my 3rd one ever. I will continue with the grows and journaling because it really makes things sound clearer in my head.

Put this girl into flower this week! She was getting beastly and my Autoflowers wrapped up so it was time ❤️ I decided to put her into my big tent along with my other grow and continue to flower there. I was going to scrog her in my 2x4 but decided I will need the space to get the summer beans started 🤤 Upped her Bloom nutrients and dialed back the Grow, also increased the Micro’s . Temps have been a little higher than normal, running around 81 degrees of freedom units, and keeping around 55% RH. I did a light defoliation going into flower, and decided to do some LST by tying back a few branches to allow for better light penetration. 🇨🇦👊❤️

things are still on the go..Looking at the tricomes the are still clear with hints of cloudy.. Coming along pretty well. Im just watering with plain water now and just enough for a light runoff. Ec is low already and I don't think I can get it to anything less. Just doing routine maintenence this week. There has been no change in the colour of the leaves and this is the 11th day of. plain water.. Its all a waiting game.. I also changed the light schedule to a 11-13...... its supposed to help in trichome ripening... I hope. 😀 The vanilla Kush looks ready but I'm not sure. If anyone has an opinion on how much longer please share

El ciclo de la planta ha sido muy bueno, los fenotipos de Sweed Seeds son bastante fertes en cuanto a enfermedades, personalmente sientre uso mico vita (top crop) mezclado en seco con el sustrato y siempre me a funcionado realmente bien 👍 Los cogollos han ido cogiendo fuerza y tricomas sin parar, respondiendo al entrenamiento LST sin ningun problema 💪 BUENOS HUMOS 🔥

Outdoors........time passes slowly.... Tropical weather here, this week. Hot morning, evening storms , cooler nights, high humidity, wind. What else? No problems to report, fantastic grow, girls full of life. Lots of work to bend and rearrange plant's shape every day, sometimes twice a day. Defoliation. Plant is responding fantastically. Pineapple Kush is a monster, she has almost 20 big branches, every single branch is big as an indoor plant. I've growth 30 strains in my life but I never seen a plant with a such LTS attitude. You bend her, she responds quickly, you bend her again? She responds faster. Little bit late on flowering.

Giorno 49 Le adoro tutte e nel frigor ho ancora 4 semi di Rainbow Belts (guai se non clono questa pianta!!!) per quando sarò un pelo più esperto.Lime appena tocchi la cima poi sfreghi pollice e indice e si sente Zkittlez e come ultima cosa uva misto a qualcosa che ricorda un bagnoschiuma. Milk Monkey anche mi sta colpendo molto. Non sono molto bravo a volte col riconoscere vari odori ma è qualcosa di molto appiccicoso(quasi devo lavarmi le mani appena la tocco... Non oso immaginare l'hashish) e inizia a ricordarmi la gorilla glue #4. Ma c'è anche una nota cremosa quindi non vedo l'ora di fumarla per capire il suo gusto. Le due Zombie fenotipi completamente diversi. Pianta numero #1 prende sicuramente più dalla Sideral (Amnesia x Soma's Lavander) con odore di haze e la pianta numero #2 prende più dalla Bubba Kush (OG Kush x Strain sconosciuto) con odore terroso, legnoso e speziato. A settimana prossima per altre foto 😊🖐️
