A really smelly and strong growing auto this plant definitely has potential for topping several times

And another week has passed and the ladies are going towards en of flowering. What I noticed the last couple of weeks is trouble keeping it stable and unstunted. The two Forbiddens and one XL all went slower. The one XL Runt in the 5 liters bigger grow bag is going full throttle and is almost done, the others are still filling out. My theories: The bigger grow bag held on to more water, the bigger grow bag kept the roots cooler, the bigger grow bag had in theory the same amount of nutes as the smaller, so the ratios could be more optimal. The bigger grow bag was nearer to the intake of cooler air and not so hot by the heat. Final theory: the bigger grow bag has better super soil regulation and is less affected by the fluctuating PH of my nute mix. For now, it is all speculation. Im considering all possibilities but I think I need to tweak my recipe for autos and always use 20 liter bags instead of 15. Still Im not complaining, they all get to a nice size and we still have some weeks of flowering to go. But the XL Rut on the left is creating fat heavy buds I wish all plants had. Nice how the smell is definately geloto on the both, the XL runtz a little more pungeant, the Forbiddens a little more fresh. This SP 3000 still delivering the goods, with the ventilation still great output, no noticeable loss of output or overheating. Look at the spring deals at www.mars-hydro.com. Week 5 is about finished. I started the girls on the finisher product to help. Harden the buds, basically only another week and a half before I begin the flush.

I am busy all weekend, so I wanted to make sure I got something out of the grow (just in case). I might use a good portion of this harvest for rosin and for when friends ask :) That is if the second plant lasts until next week. I cant ask my wife to keep an eye on water, roots, or bud.

Sakura season has begun, I hope everything goes fine. Strawberry Pie is going to have a tough time this week, let's hope it survives, meanwhile there are signs of heat shock and sunlight, it's developing 3 point leaves and strange ramifications but maybe I'm wrong. D38 Defoliation, I hope I haven't overdone the pruning D41 First week of flowering, I think it couldn't have gone better, it's growing visibly, let's hope it's like this until the end, maybe shortening the timing, we'll see. on the contrary strawberry pie has stopped growing, I have to thank that she survived, who knows what will come out of her, I wish her a sweeter climate... D42 Defoliation is limited for what I did last night, I literally deforested, I did it because the humidity was sky high and the vegetation was too thick covering so many peaks,,, the fascinating thing is that they recovered within the night, if I may say that 6 hours of darkness relax the plants just as if they were on vacation.

La semana pasada corte apicales y esta semana una buena defoliación dejando namás que las copas y poco más. A finales de semana las resitué y puse a todas en su sitio . Dos que habia descartado y las tenia en maceta de 1 L las trasplanté a una maceta de mayor tamaño y saqué al exterior.

Today is official the last day of veg. Turned the light onto 24 hours because I've been running it during the day but now that I've moved it out to my shed that I set up as my new grow space, I want to run it at night when it's colder out. The plant had a great week of growth as you can tell from the pictures. Plant kicked it into overdrive for its last week and really started to fill up the tent. Unfortunately I didn't think to keep room at the base for watching and now I only have 2 spots I can really water from unless I use a 1/4 cup measuring cup and that'll take forever lol. I'm hoping to have her cropped by Nov.1 to Nov.5 so that I can start using this tent and set up for mother plants. I'll be using a different light then but that's for the next diary. These girls got left alone for a week and they are growing great so far. I have both of them in a 5 gallon together and they seem happy so far. First time growing two plants in one pot.

Day 66/Day 22 of Flower: Finally made it to Week 4 of Flower which means I get to introduce BUD-XL to my nutrient line. Girls were hand fed tonight, saturated with fresh nutes. Tips were already showing signs of nutrient burn going into week 4, so without the former veg nutes, who knows how bad they're about to get. Question: I read defoliating throughout week 3 of flower is around the last time you should trim. I cleaned up the bottom real well, but do you think I trimmed too many fan leaves up top? A lot my bud sites have one fan leaves and the nodes under it have none at all? Throughout this grow, anytime, I've trimmed, it has had zero effect. I think that's because its receiving nutrients twice a day consistently. Regardless, should these leaves up top have stayed on to provide healthier sites or as an extra resource for food when needed? Thanks y'all! Day 69 Update (3/21): First time the grow has A burnt tips across the board. I read this is common during weeks 4-5 of flower, but I also know it can get out of hand real quick. I'll be measuring the runoff over next feeding and determine what the best course of action is. I believe for High Frequency Fertigation in Coco, you have to be careful how you dilute your substrate, and I also think you need to always include some type of Cal Mag in your water, even if just topping off reservoir. Going to be tricky as I enter into Week 5 where I'm supposed to add @House & Garden's Top Booster to my feeding line for a week. However, it's only one week, and after that, H&Gs line goes down considerably ( Pic in Gallery ) Question: Do I keep the nutrient line the same and increase fertigation, or do I dial down the nutrient strength? 3/24/21 Update: That does it for Week 4. Definite signs of nutrient burn with the tips and even some brown coloring leaves. I also don't think the buds are growing as fast as I see others by Week 4 and that's with four weeks of Big Bud and one week of Bud XL. I finally waved the white flag and topped off the reservoir with 2 gallons of fresh water and 2 ml of Cal Mag. Brought my intake down from 2.02 to 1.47 Brought my drainage down from 2.99 to 2.23. Debating on whether to give it one more diluted feed or make a fresh batch for week 5 where I'm supposed to add in Top Booster...Going to be a rough week trying to maintain any significant shock or stress to the plants with the nutrient changes/dilution. ********** Week 2 of flower - Sept 26 to Oct 2/20 *********** It has been an exciting week with finding a crack in a main stem and started new supplemental nutrients as well. On Sept 28 I found a crack and had to do some repairs. Gorilla Girl was better off than one of the Cream 47’s with a cracked stem. GG4 was caught early enough that she didn’t separate much at the base. Looks to be as though I have caused the issue by topping the main stem a little too low😢 Coming back though and when tied together and looked after, its crazy how these plants can heal themselves😀💪👍 Took the tips from fellow growers and decided to try and fabric something with some cushion so that the straps holding the branches together don't cut into the branches. Needed another tool of the trade.......DYNAVAP to calm the nerves😀 because the grow has been going well and this set back has me pissed off as it is grower error😡 Seems to have worked out pretty well. Switching the PK booster at the end of the week to Big Bud and started to add Rezin from Green Planet. Not much for Bud Factor X left so will run with Terpinator and Rezin as a replcement. 2nd layer of SCROG netting added early in the week, Sept 27/20. They are pushing out a good amount of leaves now and stretching so need to provide that added support for down the road. IPM spray again this week, last opportunity, with Plant Therapy. There has been something in the tent and I think I have killed them. One more shot though to make sure and before there are too many bud sites. Love this product!!!!!! Works so well at getting rid of thrips and mites. Really good growth this week. I need these girls to stop now though!!!!! They getting really tall and have roughly 12” above the canopy now. The node stacking is really good and they are forming a number of colas. Looking very positive so far! This strain is so vigorous and she just want to go👍 They have gone from 18” tall to 34” in a week......crazy good growth. Little more detail........ Sept 26/20, Day 8 - Little heavier feed as they have not been watered for two days - 4L - CalMag @ 2ml, Sensi Bloom, B52, Bud Candy, Bud Ignitor @ 1ml - 830ppm and 5.7pH - will start to let the pH rise bit now over next couple of weeks - side branching doing very well and coming up. - GG4 a little bare in the middle of the plant with just four colas. Sept 27/20, Day 9 - 2nd SCROG layer added. - GG colas getting long........need to add more Silica as well. Sept 28/20, Day 10 - more microbes today - 4 L - Microbial Mass @ 1.5ml, CalMag @ 1ml - 290ppm and 6.3pH - pH was a little high but left it...wasn't moving and then boom,,,,,,,oh well. - Good amount of runoff today. - GG4 has one cola leaves not happy. Not sure if its light or wind. Moved the closest fan to her today. - GG1 shooting lots of branches right now. - GG4 bud stacking is happening already and doing very well. Sept 30/20, Day 12 - Heavier feeding today - 5L - CalMag, Vitathrive, Rezin @ 2ml Rhino Skin, Bud Candy, B52, Sensi Bloom @ 1ml. - repaired the cracked stem a little better tonight......not as bad for this girl. - Try and keep the paper towels wet now so the humidity is high around the wound. - Should have left a little more branch from the node above when cutting the top. Oct 1/20, Day 13 - Switching PK booster today to Big Bud......these two girls are past bud ignitor.....already stacking. - 3L - CalMag, Sensi Bloom, B52, Bud Candy, Big Bud @ 1ml - 665ppm and 5.9pH - Since these girls are so tall I am not going to give them Green Planet Massive. I find they get quite a bit taller with that product. I am looking for chunky and not tall so I will keep up with Advanced PK boost. - IPM spray tonight again with Plant Therapy. Think I have seen some bug damage on Cream 47 girls. That takes us to the end of week 11 in growth and week 2 of flower. Time will go quick now that we are off and running. Will be done feeding by early week 7. Want a good flush and leeching on these girls to get all the nutes out. I have been missing it by a few days on the last few auto runs and want this photo run to be better as I have a better track of weeks and when she will be done..........should be the end of week 9 to first days of week 10 of flower, about 7 more weeks. Week 3 has come and gone and it was a sight to see!! All the pistills came in nice and strong. I have to get in there and defoliate every couple a days a bit. This will be the last week of defoliation. Once I can see the main bud sights I will do my final trim. Started reducing the Nitrogen as the stretch faze comes to an end and up the bloom ferts. I cant raise my light much more so I hope they stop stretching this week. Im excited to see the flowers grow into these pistills and watcch the calayx swell.
