1/30/21Saturday morning had me lounging, watering, pruning and a photo shoot. I am hoping for a quick recovery from the middle plant after some pruning was done. I was hoping it would stretch one last time so I could move the light but I am parked there for the time. wow! friends my tent 100cm x 100cm x 200cm is completely full! it is my first experience with photoperiod and I was not very prepared for it! They look great with a nice green color. I hope for the best and will continue to work hard! like and leave tips!

Ph meter is broken so I’ve just been feeding plain water, going to try order one ASAP. I also forgot to lower the light a few days ago, checked on them two days ago and three of them had fallen over so I had to tie them up with garden ties and adjust the distance of the light. Fastberry seems to be a bit behind the others, I might have overwatered a little bit the other day, hopefully it bounces back sooner than later. Ph meter has come will be feeding nutrients for the first time with their next feed

Took a while to get there but OMG little note quick! So I started her in a 1 litre pot and stuck her on top of a 1.5L Pepsi bottle with the top chopped off! And she yielded heavily for that amount of soil a whopping! 224.63 wet weight so can’t wait to see what she holds dry because them buds were like boulders! So dense! I will be back to document her dry weight and then a couple of weeks later with the update on the smoke report! But I know it’s going to be so loud! She has deep pungent aromas like gassy and sweet! She’s going to be a powerhouse! She was a little over as today a banana developed but that just tells me “well done” timing just right! She’s a little long for my taste of auto but I do suggest anyone grow her she’s amazing! In the end!

The summer was super wet and humid so she lost 2 of the big buds to mold. Other than that she did great! really big, vigorous and heavy, dense buds. All arround winner. Really looking forward to the seeds. These plants are not mine. I am just documenting them. Started off week 6 off by adding 5ml of Flying Skull Z7 to reservoir and adjusted reservoir PH to 6.0. I've got the blumats nearly dialed in and keep making small adjustments every 24 hours. I am holding off a few days on the nutrients to see what the plant tells me. The clawing seems to have improved(combo of over watering and not getting runoff on hand watered nutrients I believe). When I apply nutrients going forward I will make sure there is plenty of runoff so I don't repeat the same mistakes. 😬 on day 2 I applied 1 gal of nutrients and watered until runoff. On day 3 I defoliated the bottom of my plants to improve the air flow. On day 6 I added 5ml of flying skull Z7 to the reservoir. I noticed a possible calcium deficiency on one plant so on day 7 I applied my 1 gal of nutrients with the addition of calmag and silica. Ive only used calmag once growing in coco and it burned my plants...so I assumed there was enough from my tap water and nutrients. I know this goes against all advice.. I think it finally caught up with me LOL.LIve and learn to buffer your coco. Next grow I will buy buffered coco and use a calmag product 😅 I defoliated the center of my plants to increase airflow and expose light deeper into the canopy.

At the second day of week 2 the first two leaves of each Mimosa look a little crinkled, but the environment is ok and the Peyote in the same tent looks good so i think it is characteristic of this particular strain. At the fourth day of week 2 the plants show signs of explosive growth

She is doing great on the transplant! I really don’t like to transplant I would normally grow in straight to the end pot which I like to grown in 5 gallon pots. Temperature in tent is 79-75 during day drop to about 72-69 at night. The RH 62%.

Plant at the front #3 has had slowed growth but buds are filling out pretty well now, pretty sure she is a Orange sherbet. Back 2 are on week 3 day 17!!! & Are going Awesome, buds stacking up & down every branch! Going to get some really good Cola's of them! They are loving the 730watts!’ of light, back left plant looks like a Tropicana Cookies, going to do some defoliation on her & tie branches down a bit to open up middle of plant to allow more light & air to lower bud sites.

I use the demetheart system method, I put this seed to sow in a mixture of vermicompost and vegetable black earth, which I diluted with light mix! 50w LED bar for the moment but I have to change it quickly, it's not powerful enough! I don't know how it happened but the seed came out of the ground by itself!! It’s starting well 😅 I put some mixture on top of it and luckily it came out of the ground like all the others!! let's go to the competition UPDATE : the plants have stretched too much, the clone light is not bright enough, I'm going to move them!!

Inside that is all the controllers, intake fan, 350L reservoir tank, a large air conditioner and a 3kw heater • Extras: 2 x 6" RVK Fans with DiffuseAir attachments; Custom MistMaker Humidifier -------------------------------------- Week 1 of flower • Midweek I found fungus gnats hanging around the pots. I pored 2 liters of 0.6% hydrogen peroxide into the top of each plant. Then 2 days later watered in some beneficial nematodes (Steinernema spp.) and topped the pots with a decent layer of GnatNix. Bye bye gnats. • I noticed the EC value drop in the nutrient reservoir. Next week will need to be slightly higher. pH stayed pretty stable. • At the end of flower week 1, I did an under trim of any bud sites that would never make the surface. I do this to stop any fluffy buds from developing underneath. I want big dense buds on top only.

They were eating and growing at a fast rate. I had to Increase the water almost 50%. Happy growing

This week I didn't spend much time checking in on the tent, but when I went to check the reservoir, which I expected to be empty, I realized that the system was clogged. About half of the nutrient solution was still in the tank. I opened the tent to check the moisture of the substrate. It was pretty dry already and the plants were showing some heat stress and the burnt tips had gotten somewhat worse. Being too close to the light didn't help either. They weren't hanging yet, but they needed to drink. It was clogged in a small part of piping between the tank and the tap, which I realized, was never actually cleaned before. And I did have some organic compounds in there a rather long time ago, which probably caused this in the first place. I unclogged it within a few minutes, and bought some Canna D Block to try out. I will probably refill the reservoir again early next week.

Temps are looking to be better the next few weeks and when on a good watering schedule humidity goes above 50%. I've just been bending branches that shoot above the canopy down. I still need to update the measurements of length and distance to plant. Lollipopped on day 11 (Jul 2nd) the amount of lollipopped space down below is about 30 cm(1ft) With this light I think I'll be aiming for a half foot(15cm) to a full foot(30cm) of canopy depth. Getting the top sites as close as I can to 30 cm below the light so I have the top 15 cm of canopy at the most efficient distance for this light. Optic LED recommends a spacing of 30 to 45 cm (1 to 1.5 foot) fixture to tops for flower. anything further away than 45 cm will probably be fluff, but! Anything fluffy will be left on and used for old school bottle pressed hashish. My family, with exception of my girl will have to fight me for that hashish, it's been way, way too long since I had some good hash. Plus there's no way I'm yielding more than a gram or two of hash from larf alone. Plant height is measured from soil level btw, she's about 60+ cm pot included. Moved the light up to 45 cm above the canopy again and I'm already maxing out on vert space, with only about 5-10cm remaining. Switched the light cycle from 14 hours on to 12 hours on to be sure, she's leaning more sativa but she was initiating flower. (Which I'm amazed I could even tell she was initiating bud development) However having her re veg at week 5 would've sucked very much So far the vibes from this run I'm getting is that I'm still nowhere near great or even good. But I am, at least, slowly starting to get there. Recovered from defoliating nicely.
