Glookies by Barneysfarm (first Grow)

KivzBudz After a few days, to be honest, I started to panic a little because I planted the Glookies at the same time as the Blue Cheese, but the Glookies were clearly lagging behind. So, I planted a new seed hoping that the new one would catch up to the old one within the next 2 weeks, so I could just swap it out. However, Lady No. 1 recovered very well the following week, and it increasingly looked like swapping was no longer necessary.

KivzBudz Unfortunately, I didn't take too many photos of the lady this week. She's generally about 1 week behind the Blue Cheese ladies. Next week, she should have fully recovered and caught up very well.

KivzBudz By week 3, the lady has fully recovered in my opinion. Unfortunately, as I said, she is a week behind the other two, but that doesn't really bother me much :D Next week she will also be repotted.

KivzBudz This lady has also made very good progress this week. Towards the end of the week, I decided to top her. During the next week, I will do LST on her to give the side branches a little space to grow and to promote ventilation. Starting next week, the fertilizer BioBizz Grow will also be swapped for the Root-Juice.

KivzBudz Everything is still going very well. The lady is not causing any problems so far, let's hope it stays that way :)

KivzBudz The last week of growth has begun. I'm giving the ladies a little more rest this week so they can fully go into flowering next week. Cross your fingers for me that everything goes well :D

KivzBudz The week starts with the third day of flowering, I switched the light to 12-12 last Saturday. Today (03.06) the first little hairs appeared and it's starting to stretch. I'll update pictures throughout the week :)

KivzBudz The stretch is really starting to kick in! They're making some serious progress and are happy :) On Saturday, lollipopping was done.

KivzBudz The third week of flowering started last Saturday. I hope they don't grow too many more centimeters now, my tent is already getting a bit too small at the top. About 10cm should still fit in comfortably. The smell is also becoming very pleasant :))

KivzBudz Last Saturday marked the start of the 4th flowering week. The Glookies is keeping up well with the Blue Cheese ladies. The two top buds are looking tastier and they're starting to develop a slight fruity smell. I'm looking forward to the coming weeks. Pictures will be updated.

KivzBudz Yesterday, the 5th week of flowering started. I've now hung an obligatory yellow sticky trap in the tent, just in case any pests wander into my garden. But so far, still no problems except for 3-4 little flies that I've immediately taken care of. Everything's going great. Pictures will be updated.

KivzBudz My Glookies, from the problem child to my absolute favorite right now. Their smell is very fruity and they already look very, very beautiful. In the last few days, more and more orange/brown hairs are appearing, and the smell is getting more intense. I still have no complaints to report; everything is going really well. I will fertilize them until 08/18, then water for 2 weeks, and then around 09/01, I'll cut them down. +/- pi x thumb :D Update 08/09: The smell is getting more intense, but very much to my satisfaction :D Pictures will be updated.

KivzBudz I just added the photos from yesterday again, just edited a bit. I could look at the ladies all day. She already has a very tasty terpene profile, I really like the smell. Very sweet, fruity but also slightly leaning towards the skunk/kush direction. I have one more week of feeding ahead of me, then 2 weeks of just watering with water, and then she'll be hung up to dry :) Pictures will be updated.

KivzBudz My Glookies keep doing their thing. Under the two top Budz, some really nice thick buds are forming, which I actually like even more because of their beautiful shape. The smell is still very fruity, sweet but also skunky, I love it. 2 weeks left until harvesting. 🌱 Pictures will be updated.

KivzBudz Die letzte Blütewoche hat heute begonnen. Bin jetzt bei Tag 58 (25.08) die Glookies hat angegebene 60-70 Tage Blütezeit und die Blue Cheese 60-65 also werde ich beide 65 Tage machen, ich denke damit fahr ich ganz gut. Am Donnerstag 29.08 werd ich Ihr das letzte mal Licht geben, dann Freitag und Samstag ohne Licht und Sonntag morgen wird geharvestet :D Dunkelphase wurde gestern (28.08) eingeleitet. KivzBudz Overall I’m very happy to end my first run like this. I think I made a pretty decent job and I can’t wait to try the finished product after curing. Happy growing everyone! 🍀🌱
