The Guava Runtz continues to develop exceptionally well, with strong bud stacking across the entire canopy and excellent overall structure. Frost production is now becoming more noticeable, as the sugar leaves and bud surfaces are steadily coating themselves in resin. With plenty of fresh white pistils still present, she appears to have a lot of potential left for further swelling over the coming weeks.

Start of week 5 of flower, everything going well, girls are packing on weight Both still completely different, one short stocky indica style pheno and the other tall sativa like The excitement is palpable now

I f’d it from the start as it being my first grow😂 it’s tiny and the buds are small it’s been around 70+ days from seed I topped it way to early and was cutting any leaf off like a sausage but the mugs do look alright just not as dense as I would like but still got to flush yet so we’ll see!!

Beginning of week 3 of flowering and plants are slowing there stretch down. I decided to let them come up into the second screen about a foot above the first screen. Second screen holes are twice as big as the first layer screen and is primarily to support the colas later in flowering. I stripped all the growth below the first screen so the plants won’t waste there energy on these lower beaches with no light under the canopy. I will be removing a few of the larger guard leaves later in the week on the top of the canopy to let light in to the lower shouts ready to come up, but not until after the plants recovers for a day or 2 from the bottom stripping. Smell is starting to ramp up, can really notice it strong when you open the tent now.

Back 2 are on week 5 day 34 of flowering & front plant Orange sherbet clone is week 8 day 54 & very close to harvest, changed her over & flushing with water & Rezin only. Awaiting delivery of a new 60x microscope lense to view trichomes but the buds look like their just about done. Calyx closed & swollen, amber pistils curling in, they are nice & dense buds.

Hi guys! Week 6 of flowering, happy with the shape and trichomes production! Yeild not so much... at all😂 I went too far with pruning! Lesson learned for next time. I’m going to wait until I see some amber trichomes to flush.

January 24, 2019 The girls are doing WELL. My autos (Blackberry and NYC Diesel) are mid-flush now and will be chopped down this weekend. The Blackberry is a beautiful purple and the NYC Diesel is dense and chunky - both smell amazing!!! My photos are chugging right along also. The DinaFem Critical+ is definitely in the lead as far as bud development at this stage, with Seedsman Cream & Cheese CBD in a close second, followed by DinaMed CBD+ and the Cherry Hemp plants. This week I fed/watered 3 times (basically once every other day). The first time I fed with Recharge, Mammoth P and Big Bloom. The second time, I fed with Mr B’s Green Trees Bloom and Cal Mag. The third time was water only. ***January 26, 2019 update*** Cut down the FastBuds Blackberry and Barneys Farm NYC Diesel today and added a pic of the hanging branches. The NYC Diesel buds are much more dense than the Blackberry. The Blackberry buds are pretty loose and airy. I'm curious to see what they look like after drying for a week. Stay tuned..

Had knee surgery just trying to get the tent is rough. Gave nice strong feeding of booster concentrat lot of p-k… making a point with adjusting with potassium hydroxide. The potassium should be just the thing I need for these dense buds. Some nice growth happening and these 2 plants look to be rebounding.

I am dropping a seed from Pure Instinto Seeds called Gorilla Cookies. I am grow it under the Spider Farmer G3000. The light use to be named the G300w. I scuffed the seed and have placed it in water. It is on a Spider Farmer germination mat for a little warmth. It will remain in the cup for 24 to 48 hours. Basically once I get a tap root started. I will put her in a 4 gallons of coco/perlite substrate. My schedule is about a 9 week vegging then flipping to flowering. 🤞🏻 for a great grow. Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day. 🌱 Day 70 - Last Day Before Harvest 🌱 Hey Grow-Friends! 😄 Today marks the final day before harvest, and I couldn’t be more excited! As planned, I’ve kept the plant in darkness for the last 48 hours and haven’t watered it for 6 days. My goal is to let it sit in the dark until this evening, when the time finally comes to chop it down. 🌿✂️ Drying Decisions 🌬️ After much research and considering several factors—especially the high humidity in my tent—I’ve decided to go with wet trimming instead of dry trimming. I know dry trimming is often recommended for better bud quality and taste, but my main concern is avoiding mold at all costs. So, to play it safe, I’ll wet trim the buds, get them into the right size, and then place them in a drying net for about 7 days. Timing Concerns ⏳ I’m still figuring out the best timing for transferring the buds into curing jars. Since I’m wet trimming, I won’t be able to rely on the classic “stem snap test” to check dryness. But we’ll figure that out as we go along! Final Reflections 🌟 It’s been an amazing journey, and although I could push the grow a little further, I believe this is the perfect time to harvest.
