HO-HO-HO! 😀 Final week of flowering for this girl! She got a nice ice bath before going into darkness for 72 hours. This is the third time I've done this (been increasing from 24 hours - 48, and now 72) and I'm seeing a huge difference every time. Most will call this bro science, but hey, whatever works for you! And in this case, whatever works for me :) I can definitely say the red came out a LOT more with the lower temps from the lights off period, so can't wait to see how she'll look once trimmed up. The freedom granted to our Cherry Cola as we removed the training supports has allowed her to grow wild, like a botanical ballet of branches reaching for the heavens. The bushy bliss is a testament to the success of our training endeavors, creating a flourishing green symphony. Speaking of success, the decision to venture into topping during the vegetative phase is proving to be a game-changer. The multiple colas that have emerged are like a crown atop her green majesty, and I find myself in awe of the structural beauty it has introduced to the plant. In the nutrient department, the shift to P-Boost and Topbooster has been a key player in this unfolding floral tale. The phosphorus boost is working its magic, contributing to the formation of robust buds, while Topbooster continues to enhance the overall flowering response, promising an end product that's nothing short of spectacular. Feb 21st /2020 / my girls look so good my nutrients schedule seems to be working with them so far no burns I didnt plan on doing any LST on my AK48 autoflower but this one plant just kept begging me to because of her unique growth

Plants are looking great. Have really filled in nice. Can already tell they are going to stack the bid on. Gave them a good lower trim a few days ago. I got a new bigger tent and was going to move them but decided to just finish them out in the old one. Really excited see What the next few weeks bring. I’ll update soon. As always 🍻

Day 107 Flower day 51 - Have been flushing for about a week now, was trying to pull another week but I couldn’t keep 2 of them from falling over so I decided to chop them this morning! This was my first time growing outdoors, and this variety did well in Eastern Ontario region. I started seeds indoors and put the mainlined plants in the garden in early May. They were done flowering September 27th. The plants were beautiful and purple. The flavour is sweet and earthy. This is remains my favourite variety. One thing I learned from this outdoor grow is that I need to allow more space between plants. One of these Purple Kush plants was choked out and didn't grow as well as she could have. Next year I'll do a better job.

TRANSITION DAY 1(35 in Veg) The video is crap but from today. i wanted to see if they upload or it using the apps features. I have now flipped them to 12/12 and am now in the transition period . Both of the girls have played ball with their cousins for growth this week. The Cookie does look smaller than the rest of the crop and will have to work to keep up as they go. The Orange sherbet is a star of a girl. she is well over her mutations and is producing so many sites everywhere. Os took her trimmings and bondage in her stride too. She responded with tons of growth and new leaf formations. Her stems are nice and thick and her structure quaded is perfect for weight and flowering. She is a keeper strain i think. lets see what she flowers and smells like but for growth she is amazing. The Cookie is also trying hard but i think she could get left behind in the room when the fighting begins.. As a freebie from Barneys , anything she does is pure bonus so might make Hash from her whole plant. Both kadies did me proud with recovering from their clipping and i know the TSL-2000 had a great impact too.

Hi Gromies, well sometimes I can be my own worst enemy seems I defoliated ( actually I'll blame the apprentice Urban grow cat 😺) He defoliated a little to much, it's hard to get good help these days! Anyway she got a bit of light burn directly under light bulb area. A mix of to much defoliation & I also turned light up to super lumen setting & being lazy I hadn't hooked the extraction fan & ducting up to the light ( it's an air cooled light shade) pump air from outside tent through sealed light shade & exhaust it outside. I hooked that up & raised the light around 20 cm & all is good now, some burnt leaves. She is bouncing back & grown more leaves. It may have slowed Bud development a little! I changed light cycle to 12.5 hours of darkness 11.5 hrs on to try & kick her into gear , fool her into thinking the season is coming to an end with shorter daylight hours. I may increase dark period a little more bit by bit, experiment a little, I've read of other growers who give plants less light around week 6 till harvest. She is getting a faint lemony smell. Lollipoped some of the smaller secondary branches, any tips low down not receiving much light & don't look like they will get much bigger, other than that I'm leaving her alone, probably just try & seperate any close growing colas so we don't get any Bud rot. Everything is progressing normally. The weather is changing and temps outside are dropping so high temps in tent are no longer an issue. Other than the burnt tips from some sort of burn or defiency I have no complaints. I plan on harvesting BBK next week Wednesday. I fed them regular water right before taking the pics with 3 oz liquid worm castings mixed into 2 gallons. I have been feeding them each until first signs of run noff. The watering before this one (Sun 10/24) I gave them plain water, the one before that (Thur 10/21) I gave them the max dosage of what the general hydroponics 3 in 1 bottles recommend and didnt hold back like I normally do which is to give about half of what they recommend. It didn't appear to affect the plant to much as far as burn, the tips were already fried and the sclerosis didn't progress. I will flush the BBK this Friday and prepare her to harvest next Wed or Friday. I can't wait!!

Its been an amazing week, now i can understand why Carl Linneus was amazed about this miracle of blooming 🌸 Flowers are starting to grow everywhere, smell isn’t a big deal yet but my girls are just super beautiful 🤩 Colouring is homogeneous ☘️, only a single-couple of leaves showing a bit of nutrient deficiency/excess Critical is becoming literally twice the size of the cookies growing laterally but cookie’s branches are fatter, stronger and harder 💪🏼 Its been a long way but im proud of myself, very pleasant experience, its my first indoor grow and its almost scary how much i have learned ✍️🏼 LST shows an amazing structure and definitely not training your plant its the biggest mistake you can make 🏋️‍♂️ Unintentionally i applied a light cropping and the branches made the bulbs expected, don’t really know if it will show any gains

Just used the standard paper towel method, tap root sprouted within 24 hours, I then placed it into the soil then on the 26th she popped out of the ground looking nice and healthy. I breed this strain a few years back with a male OG Kush plant, the seeds were from a mate who had them vac sealed since the early 2000's I crossed it with a female Black domina plant I had and wanted to see how it turned out, I grew it outdoors earlier this year and it turned out beautiful, had an extremely gassy fuel smell with hints of pine and citrus. Keen to see how she's goes indoors. (First times growing indoors btw) wish me luck

Air humidity rises...some percents more and i will install my dehumidifier. I cutted some leafs again to make sure that the lights reach deeper zones. Both are veeeeeery thirsty at this stage. I still have no issues - all leafs are marvelous.

This week I Realised I'd used the wrong feed chart so I was over feeding 🙄 the leaves burnt on a few plants so I've only fed them water this week and will resume feeding from next week. There are still no pre sex pistils showing but it can't be far off now. As soon as pistils start to show I'll start feeding bloom feed. I've turned the light up to 30000lux using HLG's online calculator for converting a lux meter/app reading to PAR , my light is 3000k which with lm301H Led's works out @ 465ppfd which is about the max the plants can use in veg without supliments co2. Day 83 she’s looking beautiful and bulking so fast. The time is coming soon. I can’t wait. She is looking fabulous. Just keeps chugging along. She will begin the ice flushing process soon and she’s so damn heavy she’s being held up.
