Nitrogen fixation is a chemical process by which molecular nitrogen (N2), which has a strong triple covalent bond, is converted into ammonia (NH3) or related nitrogenous compounds, typically in soil or aquatic systems but also in industry. The nitrogen in air is molecular dinitrogen, a relatively nonreactive molecule that is metabolically useless to all but a few microorganisms. Biological nitrogen fixation or diazotrophy is an important microbe-mediated process that converts dinitrogen (N2) gas to ammonia (NH3) using the nitrogenase protein complex (Nif).[2][3] Nitrogen fixation is essential to life because fixed inorganic nitrogen compounds are required for the biosynthesis of all nitrogen-containing organic compounds, such as amino acids and proteins, nucleoside triphosphates and nucleic acids. As part of the nitrogen cycle, it is essential for agriculture and the manufacture of fertilizer. It is also, indirectly, relevant to the manufacture of all nitrogen chemical compounds, which include some explosives, pharmaceuticals, and dyes. Nitrogen fixation is carried out naturally in soil by microorganisms termed diazotrophs that include bacteria, such as Azotobacter, and archaea. Some nitrogen-fixing bacteria have symbiotic relationships with plant groups, especially legumes.[4] Looser non-symbiotic relationships between diazotrophs and plants are often referred to as associative, as seen in nitrogen fixation on rice roots. Nitrogen fixation occurs between some termites and fungi.[5] It occurs naturally in the air by means of NOx production by lightning.[6][7] All biological reactions involving the process of nitrogen fixation are catalyzed by enzymes called nitrogenases.[8] These enzymes contain iron, often with a second metal, usually molybdenum but sometimes vanadium. Mycorrhizal fungi spores germinate in the soil, creating filaments (hyphae) that penetrate the root cells, thus establishing a symbiotic relationship. This collaboration leads to the development of both intra-radical and extra-radical networks of filaments, enabling efficient exploration of the soil for enhanced access to nutrients and water. Consequently, these vital resources are transferred to the plant, resulting in numerous benefits for crop cultivation. Various mycorrhizal products are available in diverse formulations (powder, granular, and liquid), concentrations, and qualities. Ongoing advancements in products, technologies, and research are reshaping our understanding of mycorrhizae. Despite these positive developments, certain misconceptions persist. In the following discussion, we aim to clarify the truths and dispel the myths surrounding mycorrhizae products. MYTH #1 A HIGHER NUMBER OF MYCORRHIZAE SPECIES MEANS BETTER RESULTS. Contrary to common belief, having a higher number of mycorrhizae species in a product does not translate to better results; in fact, it often yields the opposite outcome. A plant can sustain only one association with a particular mycorrhizal fungi species. Introducing multiple species creates competition among them, which is not advantageous for the plant. The initial colonizer does not ensure the highest success; instead, it gains precedence. It is recommended to select a product with a concentrated presence of a single mycorrhizae species known for its effective performance, rather than opting for a product with multiple species at lower concentrations. MYTH #2 ECTOMYCORRHIZAE ARE EFFECTIVE FOR CANNABIS PLANTS. Although ectomycorrhizae can colonize five to ten percent of plant species, cannabis is not among them. Ectomycorrhizae do not penetrate the root cells; instead, they develop around the roots and on the exterior. For cannabis plants, it is essential to seek out endomycorrhizae. Endomycorrhizae are capable of colonizing 70% to 90% of plant species, including cannabis. Unlike ectomycorrhizae, endomycorrhizae penetrate the root cells, forming structures like arbuscules for the exchange of nutrients and water with the plant. MYTH #3 WHOLE INOCULANT (PROPAGULES) PERFORM BETTER THAN ONLY VIABLE SPORES. The propagule count specified on most mycorrhizae products indicates the presence of spores (viable and unviable), hyphae, and root fragments. However, it is crucial to note that only viable spores, those with the capacity to germinate, can successfully colonize a plant’s root system. Spores are to mycorrhizal fungi what seeds are to cannabis plants—a fundamental component enabling fungi reproduction. Consequently, even if a mycorrhizal product boasts millions of propagules, its effectiveness hinges on the presence of viable spores. Without viable spores, the product will not contribute to plant development. Therefore, the genuine value of a mycorrhizal inoculant lies in the quantity of viable spores it contains, as only viable spores can efficiently initiate symbiosis. MYTH #4 ALL METHODS OF APPLICATION YIELD IDENTICAL RESULTS. To establish the symbiosis, mycorrhizal fungi spores must be close to the plant roots. The optimal recommendation is to directly apply mycorrhizal inoculant to the roots, either in powder, granular or slurry form. This method ensures maximum proximity between the spores and the roots, facilitating a rapid establishment of symbiosis. Particularly with crops like cannabis, which have a short growing cycle, employing this technique is the most effective way to obtain optimal benefits. Alternatively, techniques such as blending the inoculant with the soil are effective, but there may be a delay in the establishment of symbiosis. This is because the roots need to grow and come into contact with the dispersed spores throughout the growing media. MYTH #5 MYCORRHIZAE CAN ONLY BE GROWN ON LIVING PLANTS. While the predominant method for commercially producing mycorrhizae involves growing them on the root systems of living plants (in vivo production), it is not the exclusive nor the optimal technique. In fact, this production approach has notable drawbacks that the “root organ culture” method just does not have (in vitro production). In vitro production occurs in meticulously controlled, aseptic laboratory conditions, allowing for the consistent generation of products that are viable, highly concentrated, species-specific, and free from pathogens. Achieving such precision and quality is impossible when relying on the cultivation of mycorrhizal fungi on plants exposed to external conditions. In conclusion, it is crucial to take all these factors into consideration when choosing the appropriate product for your crop to fully harness the wide array of benefits provided by a high-quality mycorrhizal product. STRONGER PLANT – Stress resistance. FASTER GROWTH – Improve plant structure and shorter veg time. INCREASE YIELD – Overall more biomass. IMPROVED QUALITY – Increase cannabinoids and terpenes content.

Day 02 - Tuesday - 09/23/25 - Total Days: 163 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages ~[+01:00] - Temps: 86.0°F [30.0°C] - Humidity: 78.4% - VPD: 0.92 kPa - Soil %: [49, 41, 34, 53, 43, 40, 43, 45] ----------------------------------- - [13:03]: Time to start prepping for my first attempt at tissue culture! --- Ordered and received the AC Infinity PH Meter PRO [AC-PHM7] --- Since this is a brand new unit, the probe sensor needs to be cleaned and conditioned for calibration. --- For proper storage and conditioning, the meter includes a bottle of KCL (Potassium Chloride) storage solution. --- For a basic 2-point calibration, the pH meter also includes 7.00 pH [Mid] and 4.00 pH [Low] calibration solution. --- The pen does support a 3-point calibration, but does not include the 10.1 pH [High] calibration solution. For growing, the pH should never get that high anyways. The ideal averages are all below 7.00 pH [Mid to Low Points]. --- The meter also includes solutions for conductivity calibration, but don’t need these for tissue culture. --- Okay let's go! - [13:09]: Took the cap off of the unit and examined the new sensor probe. --- There was a tiny bit of condensation and a micro drops of the KCL storage solution in the cap. --- The glass sensor was clean, but the seal for the cap had a bit of mineral build-up. This is apparently normal for new meters. --- Swirled the probe in distilled water for a bit making sure to fully saturate the sensor and to rinse off the old KCL solution. --- Wiped the mineral deposits off with a clean paper towel. Made sure to be gentle around the glass probe and tried not to touch it much. --- Also cleaned and rinsed the cap with distilled water and dried with a paper towel. - [13:16]: Opened and poured about 3/4 of the KCL solution into the cap. --- Placed and probe cap back on making sure the sensor is fully soaking in the storage solution. --- Done! - [13:19]: The unit should be ready for a first-time calibration after a 30-minute soak, but going to be soaking for a lot longer. --- The probe needs to stay stored in this KCL solution and will top off with more as needed. --- Plan to calibrate the meter right before checking and adjusting the pH for the establishment media. --- Compared to my last pH meter (cheap Amazon pen), this one is a huge upgrade in both accuracy and complexity. --- Will need to do a bit of research on how to calibrate and use this meter properly. - [16:36]: Evening check on the 3x3 veg tent. --- With the recent TKO disaster in the main tent, glad that everything is looking healthy in the veg garden! --- All mothers (including TKO) are looking green and getting bigger! --- Now that the watering system is working again, the Heady OG mother is looking a lot better and she is starting to perk up. Temps have been very high around 87 but humidity has been at a cool 58-67 keeping vpd 1.1-4 not sure if that’s good or not

Nonostante il climatizzatore non riesco a stare sotto i 30 gradi. Ma almeno non li supero. A parte questo tutto super, mi piacciono un sacco e promettono assai bene, specialmente una Tropicanna 🤩😋🤤🍀🍀 Adesso spero che i fiori si gonfino come si deve visto che le ultime due volte sono stato un po' scarso sul peso. Ho anche aumentato la frequenza con cui do i fertilizzanti specifici per la fioritura.. Vedremo, ho ancora circa 5 settimane davanti

Day 56 Smell is super loud and still way to go.... A/C arrived and saved the day... from 34cº to 27cº during light cicle and down to 24cº on night cicle i must say that the terpens from interchillactic , mephisto genetics.. is one of my favourites so far from all i had.... hands down top 1 for me plants are drinkin like MF from 2 to 3 liters a day.. gettin bigger buds and the patience game just started.. 😁😁

Hello All. I found some powdery mildew 2 days ago. I went to the grow store Monday and just happened to get some White Wash, frequency changed water. Knocks it right out. In the garden too. I put a disk fan along the roof line, just to keep the air moving. So far the Amnesia Lemon hasn't showed any signs of p.m.. I had to tie up a lotta buds this week. The Skunkberry has dense buds. And the sister of the featured plant was getting heavy too! The Burmberry stood up. I noticed a few yellowing leaves and so added some extra nitrogen, they musta liked it. I was going to this week, take 3- 10 to 12 inch clones I have in veg and place them in the grow tent to start them to flower. and in about 3 weeks I'll put the Dr. Atomic Northern Lights Male and the flowering clones in a different greenhouse and make some seeds. Oh boy! can't wait. I've grown for so long wondering about making my own. O.K. Talk to ya more later. Chuck.

Kicking off week 4 with trichrome formation and a sweet malt scent coming thru that skank kush smell. Terpinator is working. She has taken up every were in the tent, and bud sites are EVERYWHERE too, up and down the stems. Beautiful plant. Its growth structure is like a ideal cut diamond.(Ghost OG x Skunk/Haze) Super excited to make out the clone and save some pollen to play with.

Buds haben sich weiter sehr schön gebildet. Evt hat die Sour zoda ein paar wenige buds bestäubt sonst Keine weiteren Probleme in Sicht und Geruch wird immer intensiver.

Holkám se daří dobře, vypadají zdravé a vitální, co se týče stretch,. tak vystrelili ze do 300% moc nechybi Guano odvádí spolecne s vodou dobrou práci a v jidelnicku mame kdyztak biobizz bloom ,jestli bude potřeba tak uvidíme. .jedna z holek ukázala lehce bile spicky listu ale nesiri se to, nemění to barvu tak mam zato ze jde o projev toho ze substrat je nabitéj a chce jenom vodu ..uvidime jak to pujde dal ... At vám to roste Hombres..Dasvidáňa :D

my babies are enjoying life i give them 3ml/l of boost all the weak and start today to put some bloom 2ml/l the creamatic and the gorilla start to produce the first sign of buds on the main cola the northern light start to strech this week i think she is a weak later behind the other 2 i think to defoliate the undergrow but i don't now if its a good idea on autoflowering plant ?

The baby girls were put in a bowl lined with a moist paper towel and a second paper towel was placed on top. The bowl was left on top of a fridge that had a window giving it a moderate amount of light and warmth. The seeds grew very fast and after just 48 hours they were ready to be placed in pots for vegetation!!

Great grow!! Should end up with over a half a pound off of these 2 and the little I harvested about 2 weeks ago. I got 2 oounces dry off of her. They smell amazing and are covered with trichomes

hi to all, brothers of the weed! my orange juice is nice and ready to be harvested!this beautiful plant was really very strong and resistant, in a short time it dominated all the cousins that were in the room! as always we will perform a dry trim and we will do a lot of good content and other reviews on the smoke so stay up to date!

So this plant was a slow grower from the beginning. Just grew one big chunky bud. Good trichome development and fantastic tropical terps. This is a nice smoker, just not a looker as a plant
