I did not top this girl, yet. Her top lowers started catching up to the top so I didn’t want to stop her yet lol. But all in all she’s looking healthy.

Grow Journal Week 3: Bloom Phase Progress 🌼 Hello dear growers and growerettes, I’m thrilled to share the third week of the bloom phase in our grow journal! Here are all the details for Week 3: Weekly Progress We are at the end of Bloom Week 3, and the plants are thriving! Even our previously problematic plant has made a full recovery. My favorite plant, the one on the left, has claimed an entire half of the tent for itself. The stretch phase has now concluded, and I am very pleased with the results. Watering and Control Systems The watering system is operating smoothly, even with the increased water consumption of the ladies. The Blumat and TrolMaster systems are working without any issues. Challenges In Week 2, I performed a heavy defoliation since I had some time that day. Although it was a bit early, the ladies have recovered well. Due to limited time over the past two weeks, and this likely continuing until the end of December, I've been doing my best to keep the journal as current as possible. Goals and Expectations In the next two weeks, I expect my buds to start swelling, and I am very excited about this development. Thank you for following along, and stay tuned for more updates! 🌿✨

This week has gone well, had a bunch of stuff typed out and closed my browser by mistake and now this is #2 attempt to post this week. Easy week for the plants, they have being growing well and I am impressed by the size of them. I added in some potassium silicate to introduce some Si into this grow. I decided to top them as they where starting to grow their 4th node, snipped that tip off and we're golden. They are kinda smelly if you rub them and that's fun too, Some of the hot peppers have also popped up and started growing. I still don't have anything on the Naga Morich pepper that I am hoping for. I have a feeling that as the seeds I got from these peppers where from a dehydrated pepper, they might be duds nuked from the dry heat of the dehydrator. I do have 4 vials of hot pepper seeds where the label has fallen off, I found the labels but no idea what one goes on what bottle. One out of the four bottles is Naga Morich, Having some none dehydrated seeds in my possession is one step closer to getting more of this hottie. I also found a fly out of no where, Its little wing is damaged and it more or less hops and glides unsuccessfully vs fly's but I took some videos of it. I also seen a few fungus gnats, little fuckers where not in my apartment before I am convinced their eggs survive in the stuff I buy then come out of it. Kinda annoying. PLUS I borrowed a light meter from my hydro shop, I was expecting it to be a LUX meter and that I would have to do a bunch of conversions but it was not, it was a legit Quantum Par Sensor, detecting in PPF "Photosynthetic Photon Flux" or umols/s, with these readings I can calculate my PPFD "PPF+Density" I have mapped out my tents floor into a colour coded grid of dots and mapped out the PPF at varying heights and dims. However I did not do it right and need to redo this. But once this is done I will have a functioning PPFD map with relation to my tent. This will help me tone in DLI and get it aorund a solid 35-40. Will be gearing up for a transplant next week. I try and post on Fridays but don't always get around to it. I take the pics on that date though and then try and remember what I was going to write about that week. PS Gorilla Tent Accessory's suck shit. The SCROG nets pic has the gorilla 2x4 SCROG net "black" and the Secret Jardin 2x4 SCROG net "white" beside it. massive difference in quality and size. I should have known when they state on the label its for 2x2 or 2x4, that's not even possible. Also tried out the nutrient line that's part of the gorilla tent company, Lotus, I ran it one year and it was just trash, did not work, had issues since first week and they would not correct. Buddy reached out to me and said same thing happened to him and he disliked the brand. I cant wait to try this strain i dint had any problems two times one led turned off and past a bit of time with only 200w wich equivalent of 4leds of 5

Week 1 17 January 2021 The seed has germinated and the plant has risen. Week 2 24 January 2021 ( 3cm in height ) Looks very healthy with a thin fragile stem. Only developed the first pair leaves.

Bud development first week.. added some beneficial CO2 into the atmosphere.. I have never measured with PPM meter I just go by vibe and 1 hour intervals tank running 15 on the tank meter

Both of the girls are really packing on the weight now. These are their last week or two. Haven't decided whether I'm going to harvest this week or next. But you'll see a harvest post soon, I'm sure :) It doesn't look like left is quite ready for harvest(white hairs popping up still), but I'm going to chop them both at the same time, regardless. I may do so a bit later on account of left being behind. If anything, I'll just harvest right, then do left a week or so later. Cheers everyone! Really like this strain, but it does have quite ugly leaves lmao. Update: The girls officially got the chop on the 20th. They've been drying ever since. Did a leaf strip and then hung em up. Stay tuned next week for a grow/smoke report :) Harvested at about 90% cloudy 10% amber trichs. The smell is incredible! I can smell it as soon as I open the door to the room they're drying in. This was a pretty fun grow, but I don't think I'll be running this strain again during the winter. Looking for more hardy strains to better handle our fluctuating climate.

Week 5 already, thats why they call it fastbuds... In no time its harvest time! We had some bugs (trips) running around, i think i took them from outside as i was working on my garden, my outdoor plant is also affected, that happens for being a dirty old man 🤦🤷 but not much we can do now, i tried to clean the leaves a bit and remove some, but i think its better to harvest and clean the room as i dont eant any pesticides on the buds, but for the rest quite ok, we gave aome extra pk and bloom this week so lets see how the plants do next weeks 😁

Update 2/4 (day 25): * Turned the lights back up to 100%. The top of the canopy is getting 50K Lux and they seem to be enjoying it. * Very small signs of flowering in the two smaller plants. Nothing yet from Pineapple Express #1, which was surprising since it's older. * Trimming bigger fan leaves to leave a clear top and bottom to the canopy. * Trying to train the colas to an even distribution and without getting too close to the sides. I am going all in on fewer-but-larger colas to try to boost the harvest. I hope I don't learn a hard lesson by not letting side branching to occur but want to give it a shot.

A really big bushy tree that makes me smile every time I look at her.. Noticed caterpillars are wrapping themselves in sugar leaves of bud sites and eating through the centre, seen and removed 3 of them so far..luckily I have some Bacillus Thuringiensis on hand to spray them so hopefully that will do its job and kill the buggers. Can't believe its still growing. Its outgrown my 3 yr old jackfruit tree now. Now I have a huge praying Mantis on my plant.. hopefully she will cleanup my bug problem.

Ladies are looking great smelling great the chocolope has put on some extra height and the bubblegum has put on some extra weight. The buds on the chocolope are spaced out pretty far hopefully the buds get bigger and fill in the space

Added scrog net and starting 12/12 light next week

After seeing more serious grows have issues will flipping buds I trellis’ed. Happy to fill out the screen but I had crawling to feed starting this early
