Great week. Added some big bud nutrients and defoliated a bit. The buds are swelling nicely, the Advanced Nutrients is doing its job without a bit of burn.

Die Autopots sind im Einsatz, nach anfänglichem zögern wegen dem ph-Wert. Der sich durchgehend verändert hat, von 5,6 bis zu 6,8. Habe ich mich dann erstmal durch etliche Foren gelesen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit das Wasser zu demineralisieren. Allerdings halte ich das für sinnlos, da die Minerale ja durch den Dünger wieder zugegeben werden. Bisher haben sich diese ph-Wert Schwankungen nicht bei den Pflanzen bemerkbar gemacht. Eher im Gegenteil, das Wachstum ist beachtlich. Zum Ende der Woche habe ich das Wasser im Reservoir ausgetauscht. Noch einmal ein paar Blätter rausgeschnitten und angefangen die Triebe mit den Hanfseilen herunter zu binden. Bei der einen Pflanze ist aus dem topping eher ein Fimming geworden, finde ich jetzt nicht weiter schlimm aber seht selbst. 😉 Grow on!

This plant has started to grow like crazy. I really like the genetics that Canuk Seeds has sold me so far. Cindy99 has been a real piece of cake to grow. I went through her and removed a ton of foliage on the lower part of the plant. I also started to tie the branches off so that they are evenly positioned to receive as much light as possible. The canopy is starting to take shape and am looking forwards to flower this plant in a few weeks.

Looks promising…she got high levels of moisture from the past days rain…no watering for her this week…her leaves started to curl so I have to get her dry off hopefully no humidity spike.

Week 11, Flower ( Day 36 from flip) So this week..... nothing really to report she's drinking plenty per day around the 8ltrs mark. Giving her a little coconut water I find it's a real health boost for the plant during flower. At the end of the week I added a mung bean seed sprout tea which may have been a tad too strong as after putting that down I started to see a very very tiny tip burn. I also put the pea mush as a top dress with bokashi. The flowers are already starting to show some colours and the terpen profile is loud with the scent of pine. Trichomes everywhere and I can't believe how sativa she now looks. Going to clear out the middle of some vegetation throughout this week to even out the stress rather than hitting in one go. Continue to fill up on just water.

Unlucky but Lucky. Auto night queen DNF. After 9 days its time to go on. 1/5 seeds germinate from that package 😀 Luckily I happened to find treasure at Saint Patricks day 🍀 3 blue streak seeds. All germinate in 48h in same place than night queen spend that 9 day. In facts Aprox 10years ago i bought 5 of these seeds. Made f2 from them and when raised there was phenotype that was producing much more branches than others so i made f3 seeds from the bushy f2. Lovely blueberry taste and smell. Not feminised so i go with 3 seeds at beginning. Had once 6/6 Males. these seeds are 7 years old. Planted 20.3.24 Sprouted 26.3.24 Lets see what we got. To be continued...

Thx to my friend @YYCannabis I completly changed the way to grow. 1) new pot with a new water level (10 liters just below the basket) 2) only few nutrients for now: micro, grow and calmag 3) a low EC (for now is 1 but Im ready to raise it if needed) 4) new policy about grow management based on the changes of water, EC and PH following a chart for corrective actions 5) more control on Temp and Humidity 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Lesson Learned: WATER JUST UNDER THE BASKET FOLLOW THE PLANT NEEDS. IF SHE ASKS FOOD THEN GIVE HER FOOD, BUT IF SHE DOESN'T THEN DO NOT. The girls had a great week!! Starting to smell already... incredible!! I watered them 3 times with .75 cup and the last watering was 1 cup. They have sprouted up amazingly!! At the beginning of the second week, one of them started to completely freak out and mutated with all the impossible possible symptoms on the leaf pattern. I think maybe the soil life, i.e. the microbiome, was still too busy in the process of conversion and metabolism. And experience has shown that the Trichoderma bacteria usually take different amounts of time to symbiotize with the seedling and substrate. Also Myccorhiza.

Harvest time is here for both Mandarin dreams. Both plants were frosty, sticky and healthy, with MD2 being the better of the two. Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight and smoke report.
