Overall I'm really happy that I’ve tried this genetics from Solfire Gardens for the first time. Outstanding flavor profile. The plant had enough time to reach their maximum potential after 68 days of flowering time. Harvested pretty late, but it was worth waiting. Dried the flowers under low temperatures with the 60/60 method for 12 days in the Vivosun VCure. Used my own program settings. Everything worked great. After drying trimmed and put the flowers into the glass jars. Landed perfectly in the sweet spot between 59-60% humidity. The flowers are still curing inside the jars in the Vivosun VCure at a temperature of 15.5 degrees C (60 Fahrenheit). Great product to maintain the quality in storage. Only thing what I would change cultivating this genetics again to top the plant instead of bending the main branch. For everyone who is interested I've also uploaded a video of my grow gear. Growth Stage: Vegetative Strains: Durban Poison (DP1 DP4 DP5 DP6) ​🌿 Week Recap & Overview ​What a massive and busy week for the Durban crew. We kicked things off with a major milestone over Mother's Day weekend, executing the big transplant project to move the main Durban Poison quartet into their massive, permanent 25-gallon containers. It required mixing up a mountain of soil and some serious muscle to get all that custom 50/50 potting and organic garden soil blend ready, but the squad knocked it out perfectly. ​ Just as the girls were settling into their new shoes, the High Plains threw a classic wrench in the gears with a heavy May storm. We immediately pivoted into full frost-protection protocol. Thanks to the custom DIY furniture dollies, we were able to keep those heavy 25-gallon stations mobile. We bundled them down with sheets, lined them with hot water bottles for ambient heat, and shielded them securely from the elements. ​The strategy paid off beautifully. The plants survived the storm completely unscathed, showing incredible resilience. ​📐 Growth & Development ​The Comeback Queen (DP6): The absolute highlight of the week. DP6 has officially shed the "runt" title and undergone a massive growth spurt. She has charged right up to the front line and is now running as one of the true leaders of the pack! ​DP5: Sitting strong and vibrant at 11 inches tall. Her canopy is lush, tight, and pushing out healthy, wide fan leaves with great node spacing. ​The 25-Gallon Quartet (DP1 DP4 DP5 and DP6): Recovering beautifully from the transplant and weather stress. The root systems are already exploring their massive new footprint, and the main stalks are thickening up nicely. ​🛠️ Garden Upgrades & Routine ​Irrigation: The DIY dual-timer irrigation manifold is fully built and ready to rock. The custom-drilled hose rings are set up for individual zones, which is going to make dialing in moisture levels for those massive 25-gallon pots an absolute breeze. ​Nutrients & IPM: Sticking to the organic regimen, utilizing FOOP organic nutrients, Veg/Sweetener formulas, and sea kelp tonics to help them bounce back from transplant shock and the cold snap. The African Marigold "security team" is strategically placed and on high alert to keep whiteflies and aphids away from the fresh new growth.

Day 29 29/07/24 Monday Nice feeding today with De-chlorinated tap water pH 6. Gave her 300 ml and she had a small run off. Getting chunky in the stem now 💪💚 Day 31 31/07/24 Wednesday De-chlorinated water pH 6 today with Plagron pk13-14 5ml to 5L Plagron power buds 5ml to 5L Used 300ml of the 5L solution. I will be using these on water days from now on as they are advised to be used every irrigation. We'll see how they perform 💪💚 Day 32 01/08/24 Thursday Another feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6, there now taking 300ml every evening. Day 35 04/08/24 Sunday END OF WEEK 😁 De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with Plagron products. 300ml each. Had a issue with leaf invaders this week, I have treated and am checking every 48 hrs so far seems ok and not progressive. All plants look great, very healthy, one of the Overdose is way behind and due to space maybe culled at flower I'll see how she gets on.

Everything is going good. Plants a little small. Small buds. Just made a video. It's actually week 9 flower today. They will get chopped at 10 or 11 weeks. Had to harvest flosee x red runtz couple days ago. Really fast finish. She was done at week 8 but I let it ride till 9. Red runtz strains are usually fast.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la cuarta semana de vida de estas Runtz de MSNL. Tuve problemas con la temperatura que estuvo alta 28/26 grados y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos, la única queja es la temperatura, 16 horas luz, 8 oscuridad, estiraron un poco, pero van lentas por el momento, que cojan fuerza. El trasplante a sido realizado a la maceta definitiva, 7L con sustrato Top crop. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Judging by how these buds are looking, I think it's safe to say she is on the mend and pushing hard toward the finish line! ❤️‍? 📈 The Details / Progress Report: Resilience & Recovery: She took that massive haircut like an absolute champ. With all the old, damaged foliage out of the way, the airflow in the tent is perfect, and she is putting 100% of her energy right into those bud sites. Trichome Explosion: Just look at those macro shots! The sugar leaves and calyxes are completely buried in a thick, sticky layer of frost. The resin production is going crazy as she matures. ✨ Maturing Pistils: We are seeing a lot of those white hairs starting to turn a beautiful, fiery orange and curl inward. The colas are getting dense, swelling up perfectly, and really starting to look like finished flowers. 🔥 Clean Canopy: The lollipopping from last week is doing its job beautifully. The lower section is clean, the baby head is still holding down the soil, and the top canopy is totally optimized for light penetration. 👶💡 💧 Next Steps: The thrips seem to be a thing of the past, and she is recovering beautifully. The main goal right now is to keep the environment perfectly stable and start keeping a really close eye on those trichomes. We are getting into the late stages of flower, so it's all about coasting, letting her swell up even more, and waiting for that perfect harvest window. Let's keep it growing! 🌱💨

The girls started to pre-flower on the 6th of June. They all have a slight smell when you rub the leaves. Kosher cake, Strawberry banana and the Forbidden runtz have a sweet smell to them. The Forbidden runtz reminds me of the smell of skywalker OG which is totally LUSH..!! The blackberry has more of an deep earthy smell with a slight bit of fruitiness. Super excited for the next few weeks with these ladies. Happy toking my peeps 😁

This week marks Week 18 of veg for the Pineapple Upside Down, and things are getting interesting. The plant is still pushing hard, stacking growth on all sides — more height, more volume, more density. She’s clearly in that phase where she’s comfortable, full of energy, and ready to take every bit of space you give her. But that’s exactly where the challenge begins. Right now, I still can’t move her into the bloom tent. There’s another plant finishing inside, so the space isn’t free yet. And that delay changes the whole strategy, because this girl is getting tall — fast. So the main question of the week is the same one I’ve been wrestling with for a while: Should I let her stretch and plan a SCROG, or should I top her to keep things low and contained? And to be honest, I’m still not ready to decide. I want to see her in her final environment before making that call. Transplanting into the bloom tent will change the lighting, the airflow, the VPD, the root-zone rhythm — and I don’t want to shape her structure blindly before she settles in. On top of that, she’ll need a short acclimation period once she’s transferred, so there’s no point in rushing structural training now. It could do more harm than good. So for the moment, the rule is simple: don’t touch anything. I’m keeping her on the same settings, same nutrition, same EC, same feeding schedule. She’s clearly thriving, and when a plant is this comfortable, the smartest move is not to interrupt her momentum. You can feel she’s building up internal energy — thicker stems, fuller leaves, faster node spacing. All of that will pay off in bloom, as long as I manage the height correctly once she moves to her final tent. This week is all about timing. Letting her grow, monitoring the stretch, and holding the decision until the very last moment. The more I watch her, the more I realize that patience here is probably the winning move. For now, she’s healthy, beautiful, vigorous, and still accelerating. No signs of stress, no burn, no deficiencies. Just a plant in full confidence. Next week should be decisive — hopefully the bloom tent will finally be free, and I’ll get a clearer picture of the strategy: SCROG or top. Until then, she keeps growing… and I keep observing.
