Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 6/24- The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod is now going into Week Seven from seed and is going strong! She has definitely increased her height and continues to sprout new growth! Her color and vigor also remain excellent having gotten past her early episode of getting her leaves chewed on. Today I top dressed the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod with 2 cups of Gaia Green 4-4-4 along with 1 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish 7-7-2 and 1/2g of Wiggle Worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments in by hand I replaced the straw coating over the soil and watered them in with 3g of straight well water via garden hose as usual. 6/26- Our summer is here and we're under an early heat wave this week with daytime temp's hitting the mid to upper 90's ℉ with heat indexes in the low 100's ℉... in short, IT'S FNG HOT!🔥🔥🔥 I'm watering the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo daily now with 5g of straight well water from the garden hose. I'm watering at sundown so that the water will have some time to soak down into the soil before the heat evaporates it. The coating of straw that I previously spread over the soil around her base has helped a lot as well. 6/28- Our weather is HOT now with heat indexes over 100℉ so I'm watering the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod every day with 5g of straight well water from the garden hose in the late afternoon once the plant is in the shade. Other than the ever present leaf hoppers, which love the leaves but leave the flowers alone, and an occasional Japanese Beetle, there aren't any serious pest issues currently. The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod continues to have excellent color and vigor, continuing to add new growth and increase her height, it seems daily! 6/30- The weather continues to relentlessly bake everything outside... 08/30/2008 Day 1 week 4 Seedling leaves turning pale, started nutrients today Advanced Nutrients Grow,Micro,Bloom at .25% quarter strength 💪 of recommendation. I will ease her into the nutes. First res. Change today also. Ps. I noticed under day light she has burgundy coloured stems,like her mom but we will see if adding nutes changes this... I believe it's genetic ! 😎 Also changed lights to 16-8 and red spectrum turned to 50%, prepare her for the flip!..... 09/05/2018 Noticed i noticed in the last pic a little fert burn 🔥 but that's why I increase it slow 🐌 but got decent amount of growth so onto 1/2strength for next reservoir change in week 5 .😎

Another great week for the Apple Betty girls. I have not seen a single deficiency, other than the odd yellowed or withered leaf under the canopy, typically due to lack of light. I will come through soon and do a defoliation of both tents to allow for more light to penetrate, and perhaps get a good push for some girthy colas 😋. I have lowered the temps a bit in the tents by controlling my lung room temps, and they are maxing out at 77 degrees and hitting a night time cool of about 70. I have also lowered the humidity to hover between 47 and 52 %. Hopefully will start to get some nice colours as they finish. As I mentioned before, when I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

5/15/25 This is a super beautiful plant. Shes getting nice dense trichome coverage. She doesnt need a lot of water and hasnt needed food for quite some time but just keeps on pushing out trichomes and staying

The hardest part of growing, is the time for harvest... I didn't do the norm, no 12/12 I do 10/14.. Do I harvest? I flushed her out, its only week 6 of flower, and I feel like there is plenty of time for these babies to bulk up... things are on cruise control, moon mintz is a 9 week flowering plant. She is looking absolutely BEAUTIFUL. This whole grow, except the hermie... has been a blessing. I love this plant, seeing my efforts going into these huge buds is very very amazing.

Both got a light defoliation. The Skywalker is clearly in Preflower but the Afgahni wants to wait a bit longer... So both have a time for 8 Weeks i thinks thats not gonna happen 😅

Feb 6 They got last feed yesterday and for 7 days they will only get plain water, then chop chop Feb 6 Did some snipping of the dead leaves, just did second last water, one more in 48hrs, then 48 hrs darkness and she’s done… I’m thinking prolly 2 - 2.5 oz off these girls 🥦 PS: trying out 4 plants in 1.5 gal pots next instead of 2 plants in 3 gal. Got some signs of light stress via mid to late flower, so maybe 4 plants might help spread out the energy and increase yeild.

420FASTBUDS ORT2109 All in all I would say this was an amazing and easy strain to grow. Unfortunately the worst happened with my flower tent and a few of the girls cought Powder Mold. So I ended up salvaging and harvesting what I could from a few of the plants left before completely overhauling and scrubbing the tent down from top to bottom. I decided to do a dryice sift with the flowers that I saved. I had some trim left over from a past grow so I mixed everything together and Wow am I happy I did. Probably the sweetest smelling kief I've extracted. I'm glad I have more of these seeds so I will not only recommend this strain but definitely be growing it again. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the improvements I've made with the tent I'll have better results as that's what growings all about. Learning with every grow from your mistakes and trying not to let it get your discouraged cause from my experience the more issue's you come across and learn to resolve the better grower you will be.
