Very Healthy girls so far ! Watering every 4 Days now. Nothing special. No training yet. Lowered Light 2 inches to increase PAR. I had to move locations of tent. Humidity is a little high in this room. Running dehumidifier at night and changed light cycle to 20 Hours of Light, 4 off to decrease time in high humidity. Humidifier is putting in work. Averaging 60-65 during day and 70- 75 during night. Im feeling like the girl on the right is showing different gene traits. Eager to see if there is any major differences in the coming weeks ! Dia 134 y semana 6 de floración,ultimo dia de vida de las plantas. Este año ha sido un poco raro las plantas han crecido como monstruos tuvieron un crecimiento espectacular un tallo muy grande y junto con sus ramas flexibles y muy resistentes. Pero al llegar el engorde de floración no se porque les falto el empujon final para hinchar el cogollo, tiene muy buena pinta , mucha resina y muy fuerte buen olor pero me esperaba mas en la fase final. Cortamos ya que tambien habian orugas y no terminaba de eliminarlas por completo, la semana que viene era entera de lluvias así que decidi cortar un poco mas temprano para poder prevenir cualquier mal mayor, hay mucha gente que le gusta cortar antes de tiempo ya que el efecto es muy diferente, este año probaremos que tal.

Sadly Zkittlez #2 will no longer be with us. I had to make an executive decision to remove her. I really wasn't sure what was going on. I noticed that her stem were extremely soft and really sticky with a strong chemical like smell. Being that her stem were extremely soft, I could see how any buds would be able to grow. Since the other three girls were in late bloom and doing extremely well I didn't want to jeopardize their progress in late bloom. She was only a week younger than her sisters. R.I.P. Zkittlez #2

Empezó la semana con lluvia y las plantas en algun momento de la pasada se mojaron por lo que de nutrientes bién poco.

ITA: dopo l'eccesso di top max della scorsa settimana le piante non mostrano ulteriori sintomi di degradazione. La laughing buddha è quella che mostra i sintomi più evidenti. Le cime continuano ad ingrossarsi e l'odore sta diventando forte. Il filtro a carboni svolge il suo lavoro ENG; after last week's excess top max the plants show no further symptoms of degradation. The laughing buddha is the one that shows the most obvious symptoms. The buds continue to swell and the smell is getting strong. The carbon filter does its job

week 10 of budding complete....#1 is in jars after 5 days drying on the stems so dry to touch and squeeze too and now in mason jars being burped like babies for last few days...smoked a little after just cutting a gram bud and let air dry in little pieces...So Pleased.....rocket fuel...green gold...where was I ...hmm delicious...being flushing for over a week as just giving water...feel the GAIA is still feeding these beasts and am going to keep the ride going....most trichomes are now milky white ..like #1 was as it was ripe earlier...will take one in a few days and let the other one go...as a test of sorts as what I will find out is when was best time to cut down and use that info for the next grow...will be in no hurry to take those clones as will have over pound from these fine ladies combined easily...got to get more mason quart jars...

This week made a few oopsies . I gave un-ph’d water to one of the plants “moving to fast” . Started defoliation during this week to attempt to redirect plant energy into establishing a full canopy since flowering has initiated. Whilst defoliating I broke a branch that had to be taped to save it. Humidity went out of whack when I stored 4 prepped 5 gal pots for transplant in the tent sooo I’ve got to buy a dehumidifier bc at one point all my plants fell out in a fit . STILL haven’t filled these pots out, & I’m kinda sure/unsure it’s time to re-amend the soil for flowering. I’m conflicting on waiting until beginning/middle of week 7 so I can flush week 11 & 12 . I think that covers it pretty well Week 5 in the 📚 📕 📖.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Plant with rustic 3-pointed leaves demanding in nutrients, from what I see about this genetics it is to be taken as normal even with high amnesia it always takes time even with ruderalis, very strong citrus scent, more demanding plant in PK, just water without flushing Watch out for trichomes and see more fattening. 😚

Overall i'm really happy with this strain. First i thought i wouldn't get a high yield but i'm pretty happy with it i got 250grams of top trimmed buds 2g of hashoil 2g of bubblehash and another 80grams of dry plant material for making bubblehash. Super potent strain with an amazing flavour, definitely nit the last time growing this strain.

End of week 12 for Cream Mandarine. It is looking like a nice yield of some frosty dense buds. That have a strong pleasant aroma. Thanks again sweet seeds. Was a Wonderful strain to grow. She is definitely looking nice and purple.I did slam her with light as I had the intensity set at 80 percent power so little bit of light burn but she’s fine.Ill start some blooming nutrients this week and get those buds stacking up :)

The red and purple hues on this girl are a sight to behold, as I upload this part of the grow diary I have already harvested her (stage 1), it was painful to do but I soon got over it! I've enjoyed the surprises she has thrown at me along the way, like growth rate, hight, her sensitivity to environment changes during veg but that was only due to not reading the smaller print and not doing a bit of genetics homework and more "I want to grow Blue Cheeses".. She's a proper smelly lady and I actually didn't like the scent (never thought I'd say) that she gave off when rubbing against the main stem and branches whilst LSTing. Conversely the flower was yummy, a piercing sweet blueberry note followed by the chonky cheese stink, a definite "Grow again Jane" so far and any I've not even smoked any yet!.

This week is great the smaller one is growing. They both self topped and have branches going everywhere! I'm using lst clips to help direct them. Video will be added. Did use some soul nutrients as a booster to the dots.
