It's been a fairly uneventful week in the 5x5. I cut down my Blackberry auto the other day and I've been thinking of getting seeds ready for the stuff I plan to grow outside this summer...With my currents cycle of plants being deep in to flower, I have time to look forward at upcoming projects. The Mimosa cake auto is one of those plants currently deep into flower. She's been giving off a dank smell of earthy/fruity/spicy terps. She is extremely dense and sticky to the touch. I find myself cutting fan leaves off daily due to her busy and stout stature. The only down side I have to her is the fact that she's going to take around 100 days from germination to harvest. Process/ Environment changes: - Turned off one TS1000 after I cut down the Blackberry auto. I did this to try and cool the tent down. Higher temps outside creates an increase I'm ambient air temp in my basement. - Fed Advanced Nutrients Bloom nutes at a rate of 1.5 mL/gal - no longer using a fish tank water heater to heat my water reservoir due to increased ambient air temperatures in basement Trichomes still mostly clear... I'm on day 84 post germination today as I write this.

👨‍🚀This week I continue to defoliate the lower branches. from the beginning I have been making different cuts on each plant Some of my noris cakes did not appreciate the defoliation that I did to them, I must admit that I did that like a bloodthirsty butcher on one of them... 👹I have at least one that is developing well but for the other 2 I notice a slowdown in their growth With supports I start trying to balance the height of all my plants so that they are approximately the same distance from the lamp First time that I have grown so many plants in my 1M², first time that I have not cut the main apex of the plants. I try a lot of things in this culture and it is certain that there is a lot to improve.😉 ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering On average I water each pot with: Day 36 : 0.75 Liters Day 40 : 0.75 L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water 💧Spraying I mix a little black soap and neem oil in 1L of water and spray everything in the tent just before my lights go out, keeping any electrical appliances away while I spray. I try to soak all the plants. and I repeat this 2 times this week and the next before the buds appear. 10/28 Last 10 days or so... no more nutes, just ph 6.5 water, minding environmentals and keeping an eye out for random crap like my 15 amp breaker going out in the early AM -- but fine in the heat of the day, go figure. I added another heat pad so I am sure that is running hot in the colder temps and drawing more power. I have an idea how to fix it, I'll keep you posted. Humidity is naturally so perfect right now, weather finally helping me out. Humidity is 55% naturally and 50% in tent with no lights on. With lights on it was 33% to 40% during the day. Day temps 82 F 28 C degrees. Night temps down to the 50s F 13-14 C. So the colds temps and relatively low humidity are helping my last weeks of flower, hurray for once. Pretty excited to harvest and pensively planning and muttering about the impending curing cycle to come! Got the AC Infinity on seven, all three fans are moving air. Two seedling heat mats keeping stuff warm (kinda low tech, buy hey), little de-humidifier churning. Got five plants still flowering and not much time left before it gets cold cold! As long a weather holds I know its gonna help. Update 10/30 Mando! Anyway, new video showing what is in the flowering tent. It's hard not to get excited looking at the fruits of all this labor and time ... and money spent. It's like worse than golf or something, all I look at are new growing techniques, new tools, new lights. I have to avoid Amazon! I think the key is buying the best stuff you can afford and what you think you need, then adding 20% that way you will end up not regretting it later when your light is too weak. I ended up running three lights in a 3x3 to get the coverage and lumens I needed. Still not happy with my setup. Anyway, back to the video. Left side is Northern Lights, middle is Vanilla Frosting, towards the front all along from left to right, those are the three trimmed White Widows, and those are some dank buds... they are pungent. The VF smells like candy, the NL smells like some indica drama. The WW is almost skunky its so heavy, but not.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. The Strawberry Banana is doing well, I am just doing some LST every couple of days, and she is just starting to stretch. She is still feeding on silica, cal mag, and maxi grow veg nutes by GHE. She seem to be loving this Medic Grow Spectrum X, which I am now running at 70% and also running the UV/IR bars for 1 hour before lights off. I also did a light defoliation this week to allow some airflow and her to focus more energy on the upper branches. I will continue to with LST and veg nutrients until the vertical growth stops, then I will transition her to flower nutrients, and change her lighting to the red spectrum. 🌱 GMO Cookies — Week 3 VEG Report (12/12 from seed | Autoflower behaving in sync with photoperiods) General Overview Week 3 of vegetative growth comes to a close with GMO Cookies performing exceptionally well. Just like the other autoflowers in the room, she continues to behave in a way that closely mirrors the photoperiod plants — steady, structured, and rhythmically aligned with the rest of the genetics in the tent. Despite the diversity of cultivars running side by side, all plants are maintaining very similar height, pace, and development, each expressing itself slightly differently but moving forward together. This consistency speaks volumes about both the genetics and the stability of the environment. Growth & Structure • Vegetative stage: Ongoing • Flowering signs: None observed • Node count: 6 nodes • Growth habit: Compact, controlled, well-balanced • Leaf expression: • Lush, deep green • Broad, healthy leaflets • Excellent turgor and texture Growth this week can only be described as spectacular. Internodal spacing remains tight, structure is clean, and the plant shows no signs of stress, deficiency, or imbalance. Autoflower vs Photoperiod Behavior Even though GMO Cookies is an autoflower and has been run 12/12 from seed, she continues to challenge expectations. At this point, it’s still difficult to clearly distinguish behavioral differences between autos and photoperiods in this room. Beginning of week 8 and seems like a long way to go. Most of the hairs still white. Hopefully the buds will fill in more! As right now I’m planning to take it 10+ weeks. This week I will lower the CO2 slowly 50 PPM every day until I will reach 800PPM. Also I will lower the light intensity by 2% every day. This week I lowered the day temp to 79 degrees and next week I’m playing to lower it every further to 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Water temp is at 68 degrees and probably from week 9 I will lower it to 66. Beginning of week 8 TDS is at 550PPM. I sent adding the Late bloom enhancer from Current Culture! End of week 8 : lowered the TDS to 470ppm , she seems that it not eating so much nutrients anymore. She still drinking 3 gallons of water every single day.

8/17 Watered everything but the 50. Found two leaves with sep markings on the pink kish in the 50. Definitely not using old soil again. I'm pretty sure THIS plant contracted it from the soil and not the way the others did with the lawn mower and birdseed hijinx. It's supposed to rain for the first time basically all summer. It's am 80% chance so I HELD OFF ON PLANT DOCTOR AND DID NOT APPLY as I'm supposed to have a clear day after. I'll apply the plant doctor in the morning. I'm hoping this rain will knock down a bunch of those thrips. They seem to be on a small branch on a plant or two. One or two leaves show damage and I'll pick them off. I figure I'll get them after I apply plant doctor. I'll use either citric acid or just my regular bt-k pillar treatment with Castille or liquid soap. That will kill them as well. I'm on really worried about it. I also might just buy a bunch of lady bugs and unleash them once things get further along. EDIT: TOOK A QUICK VIDEO AND A COUPLE PICS. HOPEFULLY WE GET THIS RAIN. IF NOT IM GOING TO TREAT THE THRIPS THAT ARE ON TWO PLANTS NOW. I THINK IM GOING TO GO WITH BT-K FOR NY PILLARS AND HOPE THAT THE DISH SOAP IN THE MIX KILLS THE THRIPS. I HAVE LOTS OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS SO ILL FIGURE SOMETHING OUT. BUDS SEEM TO BE EXPLODING IN GROWTH. OH AND THANKS TO THE OUTDOOR GROWER THAT MESSAGED OFFERING TO HELP. I APPRECIATE THAT. THANKS. 8/18 We got the rain we were expecting. It was sheet rain for a few hourscand rained during the night. Everything was drenched and it was cold (50°F). I shook off the special kush that's way further in flower. I decided to use the leafblowrr despite the risk of spreading anything. I did it so that it wasn't ever blowing TOWARDS another plant but still. I was hoping it might blast off some thrips that might have survived that torrential rain. We've never had a dry summer like this. I'll moniter things. My water day is tomorrow so I assume that's when the girls will get their plant doctor dose. It's a great time of year for cannabis growers. We get to watch all the hard work we've put in literally pay off. It's very peaceful in the garden. EDIT: Went over at about one to check things out and do some minor defoliation. I checked on the thrip situation and I dont know if I blasted them off with the leafblower or if the rain washed them away bit I doubt it. Ivecmade the decision to treat these little bastards. It's on one plant but it's started to spread to another branch on another plant. I probably just overlooked it but still. Seeing that it rained like he'll and I'm seeing like zero signs of septoria I'm going to treat everything. At least I think I am. I haven't decided what to use. I think I could just use bt and soap and I'd probably be alright. I'd feel better doing that as it's something I'm familiar with. Outdoor growing. It's always something. 8/19 In the 40's last night. Hopefully that will help with the thrips. I was hurried and since today tops at 72° I only watered the 10th planet big mk ultra and the chem dog with preventative plant doctor. I'm not seeing hardly any septoria and if I do itsca random leaf. I mixed up 3tsp of citric acid and some Dawn in a 2 quart hand sprayer and treated the 10th planet that I thought had heat stress and the Pink kush in the ten gal that has the damage. I also treated a branch on my good tenth planet. It was the only branch with markings so I think I've got it early enough. I'm just wondering the best way to tackle this. The pink kush I'm sure, could handle spinosad. That strain is much later flowering. I'll see how the citriccacid works and go from there. If the other girls need water they'll get it when I get home alongcwith plant doctor. I've got some work to do. I'll keep this updated. Opinions are always welcome. UPDATE: THE PLANT IN THE TEN I SPRAYED LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN I SPRAYED IT! I ALSO DIDNT WATER AS ITS UNDER 70° AND EVERYTHING I WATERED LOOKS WORSE THAN WHAT I DIDNT. WATERING NEEDS CHANGE QUICK WITH A 40° TEMP SWING. THESE THRIPS ARE GONNA HAVE A FEW MORE NOGHTS IN THE 40'S. THE CITRIC ACID SEENED TO KILL ON CONTACT. MY PROFESSIONAL BUDDY ADVISED TO ORDER GREEN LACEWINGS AS OPPOSED TO USING SPRAYS. HE SUGGESTED SPOT TREATMENT BUT AFTER MY RESEARCH ON THRIPS THAT WONT HE AS EFFECTIVE. I HAVENT DECIDED WHAT TO DO. I MAY ORDER THE LACEWINGS AND I MAY CONTINUE AND ROTATE TREATMENT. I DONT WANT TO OVERREACT (WHICHVI TEND TO DO) BUT I ALSO DONT WANT ALL MY LEAVES TO DIE. ILL KEEP THIS UPDATED. IM PLANNING TO GO OVER TONIGHT AND CHECK THINGS OUT. I MAY SPRAY A FEW MORE PLANTS AND WATER WHILE IM THERE. ITS TIME FOR THERE PLANT DOCTOR PREVENTATIVE. 8/20 I watered the two kush in the back WITH THE PREVENTATIVE DOSE OF PLANT DOCTOR as they were dry I assume due to the wind they get. The one in the 50 I found one sep leaf. Looking carefully arpund the garden I can tell that I have a thrip infestation. First time I've fought this and it seems most people don't really know what to do besides predators at the beginning of the season. I'm too far along for spinosad. At least thats what I've been told. My pro buddy said to try to spot treat it. It's not bad bit I'm afraid it might be worse than I think. The plants I treated with citric acid look MUCH better. I think I'll dial the dosage of citric acid down and start with that tonight and switch up treatments. I can get rid of them it's just going to take a ton of work. I think I've had them before and I attributed to something else. I so think that the very early pink kush plants could handle spinosad. I hope so. The plants I watered the other day look overwatered. The plants I didn't water look GREAT. The special kush in late flower looks happier than I've ever seen her. The difference being we went from 104° one day to 72 the next with 46° night Temps. This week is highs of 70's lows of high 40°'s. I've got a lot of work cut out for me. Didn't do a video as I didn't have time but I'll do one

Girls are thriving to the max looking like an awsome harvest coming in around 6 more weeks From the rate they are growing its going to be at least 8 ounces hopeing for close to an elbow(pound) My ppm went up to 1420 from 1160 cant get to some fresh water till tomarrow . having no sighns of stress hope it will be ok till i can bring the ppm back to the 11 hundreds .Im the one stressed atm crossing my fingers the girls dont get burnt before tomarrow

Auch wenn es nicht immer einfach ist Bedingungen so optimal wie möglich zu halten, habe ich bei die Grow eine Menge dazu gelernt. 3 Pflanzen sind einfach zuviel für meine kleine Growbox, ich bekomme die Technik kaum unter. Auch das Gießen ist sehr mühsam 😞 Ich habe um jeden Zentimeter gekämpft und gebastelt um die Lampe so hoch wie noch irgendwie möglich zu bekommen. Nun zu den Pflanzen, diese entwickeln sich stetig, aber doch sichtbar und noch keine Trauermücken 😇 Das entlauben hat den Pflanzen wohl augenscheinlich nicht geschadet, dafür kommt besser Luft durch und alle Kraft geht nach oben.
