Day 35 is here. We are a week into flower and most the plants are just starting to hit that flowering stretch. I have been bending them down a little every couple days, but I need to focus on cleaning up some of the bottom branches so we can keep good air flow through the plants. Will work on that through this next week. I haven't done a water change, just been topping off the reservoir with fresh nutrients as they drink it up. Feeding half and half maxigro and maxibloom. Will cut out the maxigro in a couple weeks when I notice their stretch slowing down. I had a plant overflow this week because the drain line is getting full of roots. I noticed a couple roots have made their way into the reservoir already. I set a pump timer to 1 minute on and 20 minutes off so they can drain properly. I would like to make it through the grow without having to mess with the drains, but we will see what happens. I will make some modifications if needed. Other than that everything is running smooth and I hope we have some little pistils to show by next week. Thanks for stopping by ✌️

73 Day 10 Weeks to Harvest

Harvest time and these smell wonderful hints of gas and sherb terps

Week 4 flower: all 3 plants left in the tent are pollinated - it's hard to tell to what extent but bud formation has slowed down 😞. Middle plant (Mimosa Evo #2) is definitely the strongest pheno and its trichomes smell like tangerines which is really nice! We did an intense defoliation on Day 24 of flower in an attempt to lower humidity and increase airflow but RH is still dangerously high at 80% because of the current weather. Also gave them a bloom PK top dressing on day 26 because canna coco does not provide a PK boost in their coco nutrient line. Hope to see the buds dense up over the next few weeks without too many seeds ...

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

😎 Weekly Update: The plant has growth to 70cm height at day 36 :) 🔪 Most of defoliation and lollipoping has been done - trying not to stress the auto too much. 🌹 LST Update: I do branch a day - so I began 5 branches training by now. Weekly thought 💭 : I think I do not know much about auto's - considering to do some HST, the upper leaves are really big, watery and makes a lot of shade. I took very little off. Do you think its ok to remove them all? 😮 Day 38 Update: She has grown 10cm / 4" in 48 hours. I hope she’s done stretching because I have no power left to lift my lights every other day 😷 Day 36: 69Cm/27.1" ---> Day 38: 79.5 Cm/31.3" 💥 🥊 First cloning attempt ever seem to be a success :) P.s She drinks almost a gallon per day - never seen anything like that before. Long time no see! Week 12 has passed, the flowers are only now swollen and the pistils are browning a bit. We are far behind schedule but whatever. Mimosa is monstrously big. This is my second grow only, and im really impressed and a bit proud of myself. Growing in coco is a fucking full-time job. Since I dont have the time to babysit it and water all the time Im watering once every two days instead of watering twice a day, i beleive that even though Mimosa grew to be such a beautiful plant it is still far from its real full potential. Coco is a gift and a curse and the same time. Probably soil would be my medium of choice in the future. Cookies is far behind in development. I just hope to harvest 10-15g from her. She has had a rough life from the start. The seed wouldn’t germinate, then she grew upside down, and shes been strange ever since. Still feel blessed that i have the capacity to grow such a beautiful plant from seed to harvest. I beleive i have another two weeks with them and cant wait to cut them down

This strain is not a 8 week, the bank should chance the time in the package and in the web, she is nice but we wanted a 8 week strain. The smell is good.

The Pineapple Chunks are growing really good. I'm very impressed. I guess maximum another week of 18/6 and then it will be time to switch. I've topped them between the 5th and 6th node, giving me 8 shoots/plant to scrog. Next week the scrog screen will be installed. The cobs were lowered to 43 cm (16.9 inch) with 148 watt on day 23. DLI was 30.4 (469 PPFD) On day 27 the power was raised to 168 watt at a distance of 47 cm (18.5 inch) from the plants. DLI was 34.4 (531 PPFD) This height & wattage gives a larger coverage. The thermostat of the heating mat is set at 20°C (68 °F) I gave them ph adjusted tapwater with Plagron nutrients once this week. Rest of the week was ph adjusted tapwater (ec 0.45 – ph 6) every other day. Twice a week I spray them with a CannaCure solution (60 ml CannaCure + 450 ml tapwater ph 6.1) Temperatures stayed between 22.4 – 26.2 °C (72.3 – 79.1 °F) and humidity levels between 46 – 79 % To be continued... Saying around 3 weeks left untill I harvest the flowering tent under the mars hydro already got the next batch of phenos in veg stage around week 5 so I have plants to flower right away for you guys had my tent on 12/12 all year using natural sunlight to veg my plants and the mars hydro to flower them
