18/06: Week 5 – early bloom stage confirmed! 🌱➡️🌸 We're entering week 5 with EC 1.6 and pH 5.8. The very first white pistils have emerged, confirming the transition into early flowering. The recent vertical surge was likely boosted by Far-Red and IR spectrum effects, along with enhanced metabolism from the CO₂ generator. From here, the plants will start shifting energy from stretch to flower production. Environmental control (especially RH and VPD) is now crucial to avoid early bloom issues. LST is being finalized as structure sets in. 21/06: We're now at day 31 since germination, and the flowering phase is clearly underway. Based on the canopy photo, the plants are thriving: a lush, uniform green with no signs of nutrient stress. Buds are starting to stack up nicely, and the foliage remains sturdy and intact. EC has been bumped up to 1.8 this week to support early bloom demands — especially for phosphorus and potassium — and the plants are handling it smoothly. No burnt tips or discoloration, indicating stable nutrient uptake. With environmental parameters dialed in through the GGS controller, everything's in sync. Onward to some serious bud building.

Pests seem to be under control with use of trifecta and insecticidal soap. Applied 1 cup of Jobes organic fertilizer to 5 gallon pots and 2 cups of Jobes organic fertilizer to the plant in 15 gallon container. All plants receive at least 1 gallon of water every other day and 15 gallon plant receives around 2-3 gallons of water every other day depending on rain and soil touch/feel. Decided to grow a bagseed I found of gelato x GMO. While in seedling stage a chipmunk or squirrel tried to bury its stash in the soil and bent the stem over 90 degrees. I taped it up with some medical tape and it bounced right back, which is the picture I have now.

6/29 - 4 days after I gave everyone the compost tea, the Jack Herers have sprung back to life! The compost tea was a literal life saver. Just a few days later and her leaves have smoothed out, there's virtually none of that glossy, dark green, twisted and gnarled growth. They are looking great! 6/30 - Top dressed all with Uprising Grow and Uprising Foundation 7/1 - Today I did a little selective defoliation on the Jacks. They are looking stronger and stronger each day. 7/2 - Today was feeding day. Gave them a dose of their regular nutrients. They are very happy! 7/3 - Added some red wigglers today! I ordered some Red Wigglers from Uncle Jim's Worm Farm and they arrived today. I added about 10 to each pot then moistened the soil a bit with just RO water pH to 6.6. I can't wait to watch them do their thing!

Al inicio de la semana fueron sacadas fuera del armario al quedarnos sin luz por el apagón , posiblemente hizo que las plantas crecieran o se estirasen un poco más de lo que venían haciendo. Esta semana ya se notó claramente el inicio de flora y las plantas coparon bien todo el espacio, casi que no cabe ya ni un alfiler. En pocos dias, 11-12 dias realizaré una poda de bajos de todas las secundarias, hojas yemas y ramas y así queden listas para terminar de florecer. D9 foliar 14 dias pequeña poda de algunas ramitas bajeras , las primeras . Muy poquito para no estresarlas mucho y en una semana , con 21 dias a 12/12h. terminaré de vaciar lo que quede.

Plant seems to like the support i was off for a week ot two but dozed them with 1 ml nutes and 1 ml greens of (city greens) concentrated in 1 lt water plant seems ready to flower now as the growth is tending towards the stems and they have started to turn more purple 🔥 please comment

Well we are at the end of week 2 and this gorilla cookies is doing well. I topped her on day 10 and it didn't slow her down at all. I attempted to start a little training on day 13 and that didn't go as planned. One of the mains snapped clean off as soon as I put pressure on it. Oops! She wasn't ready... Oh well, we are still early enough in the game that she should be able to overcome my brutality 👹. Other than that she is growing well and looking pretty happy. I'm hoping to get them moved into a better room in the next week or so when I can free up some space. Still giving them 24 hour light and 24 hour irrigation.

No extra nutrients given in the last week or so, but no flushing as such. Harvested this week, since the smell was discernible from outside the house ;-) Now drying, in a remote shed.

Sooo many bud sites!!!! I’m not even sure if I should defoliate more or try to bend and tuck leaves around but there are so many bud sites it’s impossible to get them all exposed to light without removing a lot of fan leaves. Cannot wait until those buds grow and fatten up!

During the middle of this week I decided to stop the outward training of the branches & the allow vertical growth for beginning bud site formation . I don’t want to miss the beginning flower stretch kinda need it 😂. Decided to break the apical dominance of the main stem by LST’ing down . I noticed it was leagues ahead of the rest of the plant because it hung over the side of the pot so since I need to start slowing it’s vertical growth I figure now Is also time to get the rest of the canopy to catch up leaving me to space things accordingly later when/if necessary . Also decided to go ahead and do my 1st & last additional feeding since these girls where planted all I’ve had to do this grow was water when dry & train her to the best of my abilities. Day36, 37, 38: Seems to be growing a set of leaves per day now. Super growth! Stretching to the top. Day39: I had a hiccup with the camera. For some reason it stopped responding at 04:30 in the morning. I only realized it much later. I still don't really know why, but reseating the data ribbon fixed the issue. Day40: After fixing the camera, I decided to take this view again. The Lady is starting to show some nice growth and this view will show it best. If you look carefully, you'll see that her branches are not green, but rather reddish. Definitely related to genetics :) Everything else is within limits. Plus, the leaves look super healthy. Day41: Here you can see the stem colour better.

Ultima settimana di crescita, fra un paio di giorni si eseguira' una defogliazione un po più intensa, per poi poter cambiare ciclo di illuminazione. Durante il periodo di crescita in questo caso ho tolto solo le prime due coppie di rami e le prime foglie primordiali. Ho notato che con meno stress, si arriva al cambio 12/12 con delle piante molto meno allungate. Vedremo consa succede nei giorni a venire 💚 Ps. So, bubba diagonal has the sweetest smell, almost like a dank og smoothie probably inherited from the purple punch and the true og, Guava cake is the most "weed" smelling like pure good sativa funky ganja, not very tangy but a little more on the cookies side, and the kmintz... probably my favourite, she has just a strong mint-fruit smell. Its a sweet and fresh zkittlish-fruity funk with a slight dank earth background, and the smell is sweet and at the same time slightly "overpowering" in your nose, almost like its rotten sweet fruit. Great week put them on bloom food at around 40% strength, calmag at 25% strength and pk boost at 50% they had 1 feeding of formula at 1litre per plant the bud sights are exposed too light after the defoiliation at around day 29 plant was fed just water with the transition too bloom feed at Day 34 lights are at full spectrum so red light has been introduced at Day 29 . All plants are a nice size 1 still slacking but catching up hear we go full on flower mode :)oh PH in range 6.2-6.5 threw out the 5weeKs grow.
