Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. Hi Growmies, Here we are at the four-week mark of our Epic Buzz's vegetative stage. I must start with an apology for missing last week's update. Rest assured, our Epic Buzz has been far from neglected during this time. This week's entry is a celebration of resilience and flourishing growth. Let’s delve into the details: Despite the reservoir not being changed in the last 14 days, our Epic Buzz has shown remarkable resilience. A modest addition of Orca and a bit of boost to feed the fungi has been more than sufficient. The plant has become a spectacle of health within the reservoir, developing an intricate root ball and sporting sizable fan leaves. This vigorous growth is a clear indicator of the strain's robust genetics and its compatibility with the hydroponic environment. All side branches have been intentionally removed to direct the plant’s energy towards vertical growth, a technique that's paying off with the plant’s current stature. The light intensity remains at a conservative 25% to encourage stretching. This cautious approach is shaping the plant into a true beauty, with an ideal structure that should transition well into the flowering stage. As we edge closer to the flowering phase, anticipation builds. The plant’s current vigor gives me high hopes for its performance during blooming. The sight of the Epic Buzz in its vegetative glory is a promising prelude to the potential explosion of flowers. 11/30: I fed them today and supercropped the taller one a little bit. Just trying to encourage her lowers to compete for apical dominance. I raised the lights another few inches 12/1: I raised the lights about a foot because of a couple of taller plants, so these girls and most of the others are on a platform so as to be within 15 inches of the lights. Their platforms are some of the shortest, and I think they're about to catch up with the others.👍 12/2: Busy with life...didn't do much. Very cold days, so the high temp in the closet was 72f today👈 12/4: Switched to 13/11....afraid of it taking too long to flower and ending up with a bunch of pain in the ass 5-footers..

Sad that only one of tree seeds only got so big and strong, love how she build up her buds without lst or topping We will see if she is realy super 👀

ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower and i bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , this lady is by far the bushyist plant with the most branches she also didn't stretch much and is packed with bud sites ,

D78/FD50 - Apologies, a week late on my report. Nothing really going on with the SCP. Pistils starting to turn a peach colour so starting to ripen on the new 11/13 cycle (Still using flower initiator so they're getting equivilent of 15hrs darkness!!!). Couple of big girl colas in there but starting to worry as have had Bud Rot starting to run rife through the Cookies!!! 😠 **Update** D84/FD56 - Cookies have become a real problem...looks like a partial harvest to hopefully save the SCP. Researching some Organic/Bio-Fungicides (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens/Trichoderma Harzianum - Both in TNC TricorrP5 - Speaking to some people to see about getting a hold of some as you cant get Southern AG here or some of the Dedicated T. Harzianum fungicides like TAC3!!!) that can be applied even through to harvest (But best at start of flower as an inoculum) to outcompete the Botrytis. I am starting to think turning WIlma into a DWC is why my plants have got so big the last 2 grows (Could be the Feed, but dunno...I am thinking 24hr access to water & food has made them greedy and the good light has given them fuel!!!). Hard to contain the humidity so looks like next grow (After a decontamination session after this batch finished up) I will be vicious with Defoliation (May even got into mainlining) and find a way to get this new fan direct to the outside to strip out humid air thats getting pumped back into the room. Anyway, happy growing all!!! 💪

The blue dream is finishing off the bloom cycle. The plants leaves are fading evermore leaves are practically yellow. The stalk is beginning to decay. The aroma emanating from the plant has increased smells like fortified wine with a floral essence. The try chromes have covered all the flowers and are most of them are milky! The hue’s are light green. The calyxes are almost fully swollen and complete! Just waiting for the amber try chromes. The blue dream will be flushed out at the next feed. The lady stands at 93cm ta

Esta es mi primer planta que cosechó con éxito, y estoy muy feliz con mi resultado final 😄 obtuve una muy buena cantidad de flores premium con alrededor de 15% de thc (desde mi punto de vista claro 😅) Tuve algunos problemas durante el cultivo, principalmente que deje que se estirara mucho, debi hacerle LST a la punta principal para que no siguiera aumentando la altura y tener más flores del mismo tamaño, las flores más bajas quedaron chicas y les faltó madurar un poco, también tuve problemas de sobrefertilizacion aun a pesar de que seguí las instituciones de los fertilizantes y de sus indicaciones que me dieron los de servicio al cliente, incluso ya teniendo en cuenta eso siempre use la menos de la dosis de la base ya hasta que crecieron más le fui aumentando, igual creo que es muy cierto lo que dicen de que “menos es más” a la próxima empezaré usando muy pocos nutrientes, aparte creo que si hubiera usado unos leds más potentes, las plantas hubieran aprovechado más los nutrientes, pero igual me sirvió de experiencia, pienso cultivar de nuevo esta genética y sacarle más provecho. Muy recomendada 👌🏻😁

Die großen Sonnensegel sehen noch so fit aus und generell noch sehr viel xhlorophyl vorhanden, lieber noch eine ganze Woche warten? Gedüngt wird nicht mehr nur ordentlich mit Wasser gespült bis es unten raus läuft

End of week 9! Everything is progressing, buds are stacking good, leaves are still yellowish but the calmag deficiency and the rust spots stopped progressing, I'm starting to think that maybe the yellowing is natural fading? Don't have a clue at this point, I just want this first run to finish in the best way possible. She is starting to smell amazing, I really can't wait to chop her but I think she has at least 3 weeks more. Patience is the key! Day 66 08/05/2022 - Holy fucking shit, I came back home after 2 days that I was out and the smell has taken the whole house LMAO, never felt anything like it, smell of lemon and candy, it makes my mouth wet😱 Day 67 09/05/2022 - Took some pics with lights off and flash and defoliated a bit to improve air flow

Hey now! So after 8 days of drying, and 6 days of curing, I just tried the Sour Diesel in a glass water pipe, and she is freaking amazing. She burns nice and slow, with thick clouds of smoke, and tastes exactly like she should, like a sour/citrus/fuel with a very nice aftertaste. I ended up with less than 20% of wet weight, but I am so ecstatic with the quality, I could freaking care less! I have a fantasy football draft on Saturday night, and I can't wait for the rest of my league to sample her! I had so much fun with this grow, from constructing the watering/draining system, to learning more about photography and video, to meeting everyone in this community, and finally to smoking Nugs that I actually grew!
