Final week: temp 20 , lights 20 hours, Par 400 slacked them off to increase stress slightly and trichomes development, RH 37%, (recommend crystal poured on once I dropped it) flushed 12 days before harvest. Water ph 6.2 . Ppm 150, sugar daddy carbohydrates was used highly recommend the smell increased tremendously after I fed them a full dose of this stuff. Runoff ppm 250 ph 6.2, water temp was bit colder then usual also. Harvest , went with a full plant cut this time, for slower dry hopefully and easier lol. I simply rose my scrog and made sure heat and fans aren’t directly on my weed, and gun them upside down after trimming just the big fan leafs off. Temp is 20 and RH is 50% , lights are off. Trimmed and put in jars after 5 days and they were reading a humidity level of 72% so I will just burp the jars for couple hours daily until I achieve 60 ish percent. As for my first over all auto flower grow is was a challenge, I am definitely excited to try them again and hopefully have a little more bud development because I didn’t have the time to train these properly and the lower bud sites are rather light and I want dense this buds. I will really benefit from a PAR meter and co2 meter next grow that’s the last variables I need to perfect. . I hope y’all enjoyed this diary seeyou in a couple months. -Sir Dill

Ive been vegging her for 5 weeks. And she has now been flowering for 4 weeks. and approximately 3-4 weeks left until harvest

Today is the 1st day of 2nd week of flowering. I've put the net on them on 20.01. Started the autopots on 18th. They are well rooted. The aptus startbooster is really potent, roots are poking out of the medium with beautiful micro hair. Never had it before. The stems are crazy thick, also I think thanks to regulator. On 22.01 Ive started the air pump supplying airdomes. I have the lowest EC ever on aptus. Right now around 1.0. But still get a tiny little bit of tip burn one a few plants. Let's see how it goes.

As the plants are ripening and getting closer to harvest, I'm continuing to lower ppm levels while managing bucket water levels and ph. We're exactly at day 56 of flower (5/5/23) on Cinco de Mayo. The PBCRbx reflects a flowering time of 60-63 days, so no more nutrients at this point. I'll continue to monitor Trichomes through next week (i.e., week 9 of flower). Once I see more amber (approximately 20-25%), I will begin a 2-3 day flush with straight RO water. At that point, she is ready to come down. The last bucket change between week 7 and week 8 strictly followed GH's recommended dosage. That bucket change out brought an end to the ph swings she was beginning to experience. After the change out, the balance between water consumption, nutrient uptake, and ph is spot on. Specifically, while plant is up taking water, ph and ppm have maintained stability. She's looking and smelling incredible. Man those ETHOS beans are the bomb. There is a learning curve with DWC - no lie - but I've enjoyed the experience. That said, and if I had dialed her in from the start, she would have produced even better. Gratitude and thanks to ETHOS!

Day 49 to 56. I'm not going to hide that I'm in a hurry to finish the run. The mold arrived at the end of bloom because of me, it's depressing... Thanks for your comments these last weeks. :) This 8th and last week of bloom for the Kum Zuat 1. I continued to rinse the plant all week with power clean at 5ml/l. The Kum Zuat was harvested at 56 days of bloom with 1 week of rinsing. I still found some mold on some buds of several plants that I immediately removed. My yield will be affected, I still have this pretty Kum to cheer me up! All the photos and videos on this update are about Kum Zuat 1. The other plants have been fertilized normally for this 8th week, you will find them in pictures next week. Song of the week : ------- Day 43 - The 3 ladies are doing good under the neon and I can see the first pistils on each one. I also removed the 2 first nodes of each of them to have more energy for the upper nodes and prevent popcorn buds. The spaces between the nodes is pretty huge because of the light penetration : not very deep with this kind of lights. I was supposed to do an outdoor grow like I always do but a friend give me a 150w Hps kit only use one time so I'll maybe give it a try but just for 6 hours a day ( 12h out 6h in) to have a full 18h schedule and see the differences -------- Day 44 - I made a short video to show you the girls in they 60x60cm tent with they turbo neon and no airflow (And a white fly invasion ). The roots system looks strong and the roots you can see on video are not thin, I put it on the last Mr.B's feeding and the multiple transplants I did before the final pot 👉 Myth Buster : Autos can be transplant multiple time so no need to put them straight in their final pot if you now how to handle a transplant without breaking the roots 👍😁 ------- Day 47 - 22.11 - Today they received 1/1.5L of Mega Crop at 1.5Ec to boost them a bit and next week they will be outside during 12h then inside during 6h under a 150w Hps 🦎 ------- Day 48 - I put the 150w Hps inside the tent today and I hang it at 30 cm from the top of the plant which is way too high but I'll hang it lower tomorow. I also will start the indoor/outdoor switch tomorow so the Hps will only be on during 6 hours a day ✌️ I'm pretty impressed by how strong their are growing under only 110w , for a low light wattage veg it's pretty cool 😁

I add many a bit less fertilizer. I noticed from the past planting. My plant is organic planting, so the problem is how do I using the nutrients from the soil slowly?. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds.
