Grow is going exceptionally well now. Calmag Lockout fixed with new white hairs dailyane noticable bud growth. The amnesia auto is getting close to harvest, going to give it another week. Tricombs are mostly cloudy few clear. I believe it's around day 73 from planting. The smell of the Jack plants is overwhelming. That strong destinctive piney smell. High temperatures and nutrient burn. At this point i have no idea what i am doing. Every now and then SD2 and SD3 release typical weed smell but apart from that no other smell. The stems upon rubbing and touching smell like cinammon,cloves and orange zest.It reminds me of fanta drink.

Alright so we're moving along as best we can with some weird looking growth but it's still growth lol. We started the Athena blended line this week but it's still early so we'll see how they look after this week. I'm hoping they grow out of this weird looking foliage. I believe it's from too much Alfalfa Ferment so I dropped it when we switched over to synthetic. Other than that we're doing great and in a couple more weeks we'll transplant the photos and put them in flower.

AHHHHHHHHH STOP STRETCHING!!!! I had something similar a few runs ago but I thought it was becuase of high temps. I did not find them to be as high this time and still they stretched a very large amount!! All the ladies in the tent, the GG was actually the lady to stretch the least and shes still very tall compared to previous runs. I did my best to trim them right up and light to most of the nodes but this is absolutely not an idea canopy. I had it so nice and under control then it just went wild in there right quick. Ill do my best to get some nice flowers but I would like to know exactly why the whole tent stretch so much?!?!?!?! 😡 aside from that though the lady looks very healthy lol

Well shit..... Here is a reminder for everyone out there, calibrate your pH monitoring equipment on its recommended schedule! Of all the things to forget about. Sigh. My pH has been out of whack, looks like it was far to low and I have been effectively starving the plants of phosphorus. At least is what the leaves are starting to show, a definite deficiency. It was hard to see on the right plant at first as the purple hit the spots rather well. They just started turning necrotic in places. It really jumped out on the left plant and was easier to spot. It was reading 6.1 but was more like 5.2 Lesson learned, stay on top of that pH. I think it is time to retire these old Milwaukee MC120's in favor of some newer models. I could just replace the probes and double down on the calibration but I've had these things for nearly ten years now. I think sitting in that moderately humid environment has taken its toll on the internals. They aren't exactly made well. Oh well, these won't end up looking perfectly pretty in the end I guess. Given that I already wasn't to happy with the pheno, I'm not expecting much from these plants now.

Here is the update for actual week. The summer hits very hard - since almost 10 days in a row, we have 30°C outside and it was the right decision to set the day phase from 6pm to 6am. cutted down most of the fanleafes today. all trichomes turned opaque so i will start with the first "clear-water-flush" in 2 days and will flush them 4 times on any 3rd day!

Day 35. Minor defoliation and supercropped a few branches. Day 37. Starting to flower nicely, some frost Starting to appear on buds. Day 41. Strong smell of strawberry bubblegum when manipulating plant.

Getting there... cant wait for Spring Walls are up and painted, floor is laid, electrical all done, exhaust outlets mounted. Ive started to install the trim - I decided to put a grey stain instead of boring paint on the floor trim boards. Looks really solid against the dark bamboo floors. I used two gallons and two coats of flat pure white paint for walls and ceiling. Should give me a reflectivity somewhere around 80%. Some may ask why not opt for mylar? I just dont like the look. I dont care too much for reflectivity, as I will be well above the required watts/sqft with the light setup I will be using. I mounted an electrical receptacle in the ceiling, I thought it may come in handy for cord management. Im going to mount the 3 x meanwell drivers outside of the grow room and run some extra long cables to them. This is to keep heat out of the room, any little bit helps. Will be running a 8inch fan with about 750 CFM in order to properly vent the room. Intake will be a door vent and the negative pressure the fan provides. Odor is not too much of a concern, but may as well add a carbon filter. Tables to be built this week after trim is installed Week 1 Spend - $2080 Week 2 Spend - $350 (mostly on hardware store visits) Total so far - $2430

Welcome! Week 7 flower! I'm dying in anticipation. Part of me just wants to stare at it forever, because I'm pretty sure the color will get darker when its dried Pistols are turning orange top, so getting closer. I took a few videos this time. One shows the Mars Hydro lights, and my tents I'm using. The other is the best I could do to capture the beauty of this plant. I wish I had a tent full of only her. I cut way back on nutes, I only plan to feed one more time and will be checking the trichome color next week. start of week 4: i cut off the fanleaves to give the stems light. a day after that there is still water drooping out of the cuts like it doesnt heal ? weird. it has been a bit cold at night, the humidity also swings a lot but they grow, when the lights go out leaves curl up like they are freezing. the video here is when the lights have been on for 8hours already, when they in the dark they look dead lol
