Day 29. SPA#2 is flying, #1 still curly a bit. Misting, tucking, tieing - thats all i do now. Monday - first feed ! Day 30. Girls are showing sex like crazy and i think SPA#1 has some sort of genetics mutation, all leaves are patchy in colours and generally unhealthy, but she is FLOWERING already !!! I blamed myself, improved envoirment to almost perfection and girl still looks not right... First feed - done ! Next feed - Silica Acid ! Happy Growing !

Trop Cherry #8 x BeeJayz hasn’t been topped, I transplanted the girls this week from a 1 gallon pot to a 3 gallon pot. Trop Cherry was in a plastic pot but now in a fabric pot. Plants seem to be growing well.

Today October 25th is the First day of Week 6 In Flower. Received the Refractometer and got right to pressing. First I tried a mortar and pestle to extract the sap -- this worked ok but took a lot of time and force. Then I tried 2 spoons held together and squeezed with vice grips (didn't work for me). 2 Pieces of MDF board squeezed together with vice grips didn't work either. I guess I'm not strong enough. Tried a blender, a hand blender...neither of these worked! Then the vice, it was faster and took less force to extract the sap. Works great! Took leaves from top to bottom of each individual plant. (16 plants) Rolled a few leaves up, put in a numbered piece of parchment and pressed.....voila...sap😃 Refractometer was already calibrated and ready to go. Placed sap on meter, held up to light and there it is! My first BRIX reading😮 using $28 Refractometer. Going to change base nutrients to a "hard water" formula. So impressed with Harley Smith that I've ordered some NPK RAW products. Like the idea of micro dosing. I sent Harley an email and he replied the same day! Not a canned response either. So cool. Thanks Harley! AND he took a look at GrowDiaries and this grow✊😃 What a kind gentleman. 😇 Hope I didn't go overboard but I watered again today with amino acids and cal mend to try to fix this Calcium def. Will Brix leaves tomorrow and see if this makes a difference. The brix line yesterday was very clear and very easy to read indicating a calcium def. Maybe locked out from too much phosphorous or hard water? Watered Oct 29 & 30 Temp 20 PH 6.4 EC 1.9 Runoff EC 1.9 to 2.3 after at least 2-3 Gallons of water put thru each pot. Some pots Runoff were way off the charts😵EC 3.6! . Put water thru until EC hit 2.3 on 2 pots others were EC 1.9 to 2.1. Put 56 Gallons or 220L thru plants over a 2 day period until I reached a better EC.

13 hours and 33 minutes of daylight when I took these photos and this video on August 27th. I've been slacking this month on uploading, having to play catch-up with this just like everything else in my life. I'm so glad it's going to be September in a couple days. The weather is cooling off thankfully🙏 So, I cover most of the situation in the video, but basically GG (Good Girl) is looking great and her flowers are coming along nicely, whereas PC (Problem Child) is still continuing to be a Problem. Child. First of all, PC is a much heavier feeder than GG. I have to give her almost 2x as much food as I give the other plants for her to have the same color. And since I've been running around all August and haven't had much time to tend to my beauties, I haven't been feeding as much as I could have. The other photoperiods are fine, They're still getting nutes from the soil and hopefully the mycelium from the substrate blocks have moved into the root system and are acting like good roommates and doing their part to support the soil foodweb. But this isn't enough for PC. Her flower development is definitely behind and her color is a brighter green than the other plants. Hopefully I'll have time this month to just put the groceries to her and encourage those flowers to bloom because now I'm worried about the frost that will start coming in early October. Frost and ripe trichomes don't mix very well. My apologies for repeating myself in the video😬

3. Woche Blüte beginnt Sonnig, aber die nächsten Tage soll es wieder kühler werden, naja dafür aber weniger Regen und mehr Sonne. Also bis jetz bin ich zufrieden wie die gute wächst und hab gute Hoffnung das das erfolgreich wird. Die Blätter um die Blüten werden langsam auch "frostig" 😁 hoffe wirklich das ich die noch anständig bis zum ende durch bekomme und ne anständig und hoffentlich schmackhaft Ernte einfahren kann. Riechen tut sie auf jeden Fall hervorragend und auch ordentlich also is schon en kleiner stinker der deutlich wahrnehmbar is 😅, bis jetzt sind aber noch keine Beschwerden gekommen. 53. Tag komplett auf die 2ml/l Organic Bloom laut Plan gegangen. 55. Tag Die Blüten werden immer praller und trichome auf der Blüte und den Zuckerblättern sind schön zusehen 💎🤩

A little late on the diary but great growth. Horizontal and vertical stretching. Trimmed 2 large fan leaves with no ill effects. Lowered light this week to encourage branching out. No topping ot LST for this girl.

Die Autopots sind im Einsatz, nach anfänglichem zögern wegen dem ph-Wert. Der sich durchgehend verändert hat, von 5,6 bis zu 6,8. Habe ich mich dann erstmal durch etliche Foren gelesen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit das Wasser zu demineralisieren. Allerdings halte ich das für sinnlos, da die Minerale ja durch den Dünger wieder zugegeben werden. Bisher haben sich diese ph-Wert Schwankungen nicht bei den Pflanzen bemerkbar gemacht. Eher im Gegenteil, das Wachstum ist beachtlich. Zum Ende der Woche habe ich das Wasser im Reservoir ausgetauscht. Noch einmal ein paar Blätter rausgeschnitten und angefangen die Triebe mit den Hanfseilen herunter zu binden. Bei der einen Pflanze ist aus dem topping eher ein Fimming geworden, finde ich jetzt nicht weiter schlimm aber seht selbst. 😉 Grow on!

- Because it was very windy, I added some soil to support the plant. Once a week it is poured with 1 liter. - Dadurch das es sehr windig war habe ich etwas Erde dazugegeben um die Pflanze zu stützen. Einmal die Woche wird mir 1 Liter gegossen.

Day 65, 17th of November 2020: Welcome back at the beggining of the 3rd week of flowering. They seem to be stopped streching and now concentrating on buds. All of them are gorgeous..... The 2 Zamnesia genetics Gelato and Kalini Asia are pretty and buds are forming nicely. Kalini Asia might strech a bit more but not long. The Sweet Seed ones are really nice and I am so happy because Red Hot Cookies is already getting red.... pistils and around the leaves.. I hope the same happens to the Red Mandarine and Tropicanna Poison also. They are so gorgeous. They calmed down I don't expect more strech. Fertilization still the same every 2nd day with the ratio and mix above. Some lollipopping (Defoliation) is also done. I removed all the LST the plant remains in the same shape from now. The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

Vamos familia, actualizamos la octava semana de floración de estas Permanent maker de Seedstockers. La temperatura que estuvo entre los 24-25 grados y humedad dentro de los rangos correctos. En cuanto a las plantas pues estas últimas semanas cogimos un poco de trips y pues ahí ando combatiendo con planchas pegajosas de color azul, estiraron bien y ensancharon bastante también. Las flores se están llenas de tricomas y están acabando de madurar, aún con la plaga, por el momento todo correcto, ya está semana solo recibieron agua, estoy esperando para desinfectar todo por la plaga y poder empezar en nuevo proyecto. Day 64 - Starting the 10th week today and she’s just chugging along. Getting fatter and filling in more everyday. Gave her the first feeding of the week today and thinking about giving her a good flush at the end of the week and just water her till the end. Day 65 - Man oh man I’m looking forward to chopping this girl. She just gets fatter everyday. Debating on starting to flush this week so she’ll get a good two weeks to use everything up. Seeing some of the pistils starting to get a neon orange so I’m starting to think the end of week 11 will be it for this girl. Pretty much all milky trichs with a couple amber in there and no clear. She’s coming to the end of the line. Day 66 - Gave her a full gallon of pH’d water today and counting down to harvest day. I lowered the lights to about 8-10” because the heads on the buds really seem to be stretching and not looking normal. Don’t know if the lowering of lights will help, she’s “foxtailing” a bit it this is just normal for this strain. Hopefully lowering the lights will help. Day 67 - Decided, after some research and advise from here, to raise the lights instead of lowering because that would make the foxtailing worse. Will most likely chop her in about 10ish days, so going to start flushing tomorrow. Despite the foxtailing, the buds are still FAT and heavy! Day 68 - Seems like raising the lights kind of helped with the foxtailing a bit but we’ll see what happens her last week and a half or so. Flushed her with 2 gallons of pH’d water and some of foxfarm’s sledgehammer. Will give her straight water from now until chopping day. Hopefully she fills in a bit more but either way, she’s definitely fat and happy for the most part. Day 70 - End of week 10 today and will most likely chop next weekend. Letting her dry out still and thinking about no more water till chop but we’ll see how she looks throughout the week.
