Just as expected stated in our last weeks update this week is awesome! First signs of the flowers are showing and the plants look very beautiful and green. These plants are as good as it gets really loving these, the faint smell that they spread in the tent is very smooth and gives me a happy smile on my face every time i open the tent to give my lovely ladies some attention and nutrients. Day 45 --> Restart some light LST for the final weeks of Flowering. 🍇 Really intense aromas from stomper n GWK (like sour,sweet grape tannins). ⚠️ In this project we experimented with a super soil like mixture. Biobizz all mix was 65% of the mixture which 1/3 of it was placed on the bottom of the pot and the rest 2/3 was mixed with 35% Canna terra. About 10% perlite was added on the mix and it was sprayed with EM microorganisms (Soil activator). 🏁 The target is a tasty organic flower fed only with tap water and a slow release organic fertilizer(6-3-18) which being applied on the end of the 3rd week and, becomes available to the plants 7 days after. In our case which we transplanted on day 9, we used it on day 30(9+21) from seed. ℹ️ Facts Until the 3rd week plants were growing under LST with no problem (Day 17-19) was when preflower started). In the 4th week development slowed down and initially we though that was due to some drop of temp like midway veg in ➡️ (RQS fem induction). After days were passing and the development of the plants was not satisfying (even though the plants didn't show any symptoms of deficiency or environmental stress) we noticed shiny leaves and dark green colour starting from Stomper#1 which was the smallest plant and was the only one that had some visible burned tips on the leaves. GWK#2 was the only one that did not appear dark green colour or shiny leaves (like SS#1,#2 and GWK#1) but had drooping leaves without having overwatered her or noticing any issues.(Conditions on week 5 and 6 were a bit unstable as the weather got weird and we had high humidity and low temps). Reaching 7th week plant development continues to be average, stems of the most plants became dark red without having low temps inside the tent even though plants look a bit better after they were let to dry a bit more. 🔬 Symptoms 1)Dark shiny leaves 2)Slow growth 3)burn tips 4)Drooping leaves 5) Dark Red stems Matching the pieces of the puzzle we assume that we had NITROGEN TOXICITY and knowing that we do not use any liquid fertilizers it seems that our problem was that our super soil was too "hot" for our baby mephs. If our rooting system of our plants reached the final layer of soil( Biobizz all mix on the bottom of the pot) in the 4th week, it was when it had the highest availability of nitrogen. Availability that seem to be "too hot" for Sour stomper and Grape walker kush in early Flowering. Also in the last weeks we had cold weather so we had an electrical heater on increasing the temp of the room which led to higher temp and transpiration inside the tent.That being said it is likely that due to higher transpiration our plants let higher amount of N to enter the plant and that forced the plants to show us signs of it's toxicity. For a start we let the pots dry to reduce the nitrogen availability and then in Day 45 we water with 6,5 ph tap water + EM microorganisms (700ml each pot). ℹ️ Day 48 : Ideal humidity + temps and the plants have started to drink and eat a lot better the last days. After the second water (700ml) of the week yesterday (D47) with microorganisms only, we find the first signs of deficiency on Sour stomper #2 today. We were expecting this cause our dry fert has only (6-3-18) --> 3 phosphorus (slow release), so our leaves look like having phosphorus and calcium deficiency, we are thinking that the roots locked calcium too with the deficiency of P as these too are collaborating. - So we are going to feed all the plants with organic liquid fert. from Plagron - green sensation PK (9-10) starting with stomper#2. * Every plant in tent has its private watering schedule as the maturity and needs, have changed over the last week. - If the problem continues we'll consider a cal mag solution. * Will be appreciated any comments or same experiences!! Start of week 5. It looks good to me, healthy but I thought it would stretch a little more. At the beginning of this adventure I had problems with fungus gnats, which I thought had already been resolved but it isn't, there aren't many of them and they aren't harming the plant, at least for now.

Still trucking along. I had my light turned up a bit high for the first week, I turned them down a few days ago and all the plants seemed to enjoy it. Nothing else to report really.

12 semanas de floración y la planta sigue engordando los cogollos, que son enormes y muy densos, la planta conserva muchas hojas todavía y el consumo de agua sigue alto y estable, creo que al menos le quedan dos semanas más de cultivo, lo cierto, que aun a pesar del largo tiempo de cultivo de esta cepa, primero bloqueada por más de 4 semanas en el crecimiento vegetativo y ahora con esta larga floración, propia de sativas en exterior, está mereciendo mucho el cultivarla. De todos modos observo que todos mis cultivos se alargan mucho con respecto a las observaciones de los productores, yo creo que la nutrición variada y la salud de las raíces son cruciales en este aspecto. Por ahora muy satisfecho con el cultivo, la planta está respondiendo muy bien a los nutrientes y deja ver crecimiento en las colas día a día... puedo decir que en estos momentos es la planta dominante de entre todos mis cultivos, espero una cosecha de primera. Los rastros de insectos han desaparecido, las hojas grandes amarillean a un ritmo pausado... todo normal!! In the penultimate week, the buds are dense, resinous, and most of the trichomes are amber. The smell is surreal; I believe this will be a very significant harvest... In these 15 days before harvest, I start watering only with RO water and a pH of 6.2. At the beginning of the last week, and around 3 days before harvest, I flush with RO + Cleanse 10mL.

7/26/2021 - 1st week of flower. - Mites are super active on the layer of trim I left on the soil surface. They're not on the actual plant, so I'm much more confident in thinking they're beneficial soil mites.

Hello again, since it's been so fun so far I've decided to give it another shot and threw two more seeds in some cups of water: #1 Sweet Mango Automatic by Green House #2 Royal Jack Automatic by Royal Queen After 36 hours the Sweet Mango had popped beautifully and was ready to be transferred in some juicy soil, didn't have the same luck with the Royal Jack tho 😕 I'm really curious about this strain so I'm a tad disappointed by it (also about the price 😓). I'll leave it in the cup and hope it will do its magic. - update 2 #1 SMA everything is going as planned, the stem looks really good and the first fresh leaves are coming out. aaaal good #2 RJA guess what? the little bastard is slowly slowly and slowly breaking and a little root is coming out, maybe I haven't lost it just yet.... still in the cup :D

This was a pretty explosive week for growth! These girls really took off this week! I have been topping off the res with just plain RO water this week after the change and for this run I have kept the strength of the nutrients pretty low and have been hanging around 0.6 EC, I don't see much of a need to increase at all. I am going to continue to keep a lower EC and just watch the plants. I think last run I may have fed a little hot a time or two so gonna go low and slow this run and it has been working out so far. I will be putting my trellis net up either today or tomorrow because I think I am really going to need it this run. I noticed yesterday that it looks like these girls are showing signs of entering the flowering phase so I need to get set up and be prepared for the stretch! I'm getting a little nervous about the height of the plants as well because they are growing fairly tall pretty quick, but hopefully the net will help a bit. Die Blüten wurden zur Hälfte nass getrimmt. Die Trocknung erfolgte im Growzelt mit Ventilator und Abluft bei einer Temperatur von 22 Grad Celsius und einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von ca. 56 Prozent über 7-9 Tage. Bei der täglichen Kontrolle habe ich wenige Blüten gefunden, die ich entsorgen musste. Sie braucht schon etwas Aufmerksamkeit, die Shaman. Anschließend wurden die Blüten trocken weiter getrimmt und zum Aushärten mit Boveda 62% in Schnappdeckelgläsern bei 20 Grad in einem Eichenschrank gelagert. Das Endprodukt und ein abschließender Konsumreport folgen. Ich bin ziemlich happy! 💚

Last two weeks have gone well. She is growing steadily and becoming a monster. I can't even imagine how big she is going to be by fall. I did some defoilation to allow more light to penetrate further in and I adjusted the lst ties to open her up some. Took a few clones from her that are doing well. Can't wait to get her stuck in the ground. She is going to be the biggest plant I have grown based on her current size. I know I am going to have to brace her branches when flower starts to be safe.
