This is the final week of this girl. She has done well, the colas are big and juicy. Nothing much to say, I'll harvest her this friday. I'll update with my impressions.

Started their 48 hour of darkness today, am going to chop Wed. I think they did a great job finishing up over the last week, super excited to see how they turned out. Keeping this week's update short and sweet, the next update will be much more detailed. Will post the final update after I finish drying and trimming.

2 Girls 1 Cup week 7 is it? How time is flying by. Day 42- still eating like pigs, so I'm bumping up the formula and doing 50/50 tap/RO for now on. Bubbled of course. Spots of calcium deficiency on GC here and there for the last week and I have seen a few spots on WG also. Still used 5mL calmag per gal as max dose to hopefully keep spotting from spreading. Raised my bucket to 374ppm prior to nutes. Decent defol tonight and I got a net back out to hold these down and spread em out as much as possible. One branch on WG has taken over as the main I guess and it's hard as f. Only place it's going is up lol.. 22in from the light as of RN, getting 37.2 DLI. Going to work up to 40 this week and see how they like it. GC really needs to hurry up. Can't let WG get too amber and can't leave dead rotting roots in the system right? Crossing my fingers GC hurries TF up in the end, or it may get cut early. RES change around 6pm tonight, modified week 2 bloom GHE medium. Breakdown as follows: 2gal water/calmag - 374ppm Hydroguard - 5mL Micro - 12.6mL Grow - 12mL Bloom - 15mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1453 @ 5.71. Plants 14in ^ Lights 22in ^ DLI 37.2 =========================================================================================== Day 43- McGuiver'd some external RES together tonight. Waterfarm site tube is now extended into a return line to the external RES. Small cat drinking fountain pump in the base of the external with a 1/4in fitting plastic welded on the 3/8 outlet of it. This thing trickles, just like I wanted. 1/4in line runs to my old fill port on the front of the waterfarm. Constant circulation from one res to the other. Waterfarm started life as a 2gal RES system. Roots fill it up and take up precious space. Roots were even coming out of the site tube lol. When I pump it out for a change lately, Im barely getting a gallon... side res and waterfarm combined now hold a little over 4gal now with the root mass filling a large portion of the farm. Ill actually measure one of these times. If I raise the farm up more, I can hold more in the side RES. 4 or so should cut it, they don't have much longer right? Filled with same formulation as last fill, just 4 or so gal instead of 2. Mixed 5, left with 1? in the bucket when I hit fill line. This may help conserve some water once I finally get their EC dialed in. Not only do I play my plants music throughout their day, I even sing to them from time to time.. Hopefully I don't lose any watchers with my horrible singing in the vid tonight 🤣🤣 =========================================================================================== Day 44- Why didn't I start this experiment off with an external RES? Damn the stability of more volume is a definite PLUS! Haven't had to adjust PH or top off 2 or more times a day since. Been letting the level drop and watching numbers while keeping PH in check. I think I've finally found a stable EC too. For now anyway. Water level drops, EC drops slightly, ph rises slightly. Taking almost 24hrs to swing from 5.61 up to 6.12 instead of 8-12hr. Been thinking about cutting back GC and just keeping it alive so dead roots don't disrupt WG but let WG finish as best it can. GC is THAT far behind from the looks of it. Trimmed em both up late in their day yesterday. Open it up a bit so the lowers on WG can bulk up too. Adding to the list of things I should have done differently and will share at the very end. =========================================================================================== Day 45- ditched the net AGAIN tonight. No leak, shit was just annoying being in my way. Also been thinking ALLOT about my choices in life... latest is why did I plant two diff strains in the same pot and how can I make the best of it? They don't grow at the same rate or eat the same. WG is a PIG! Thought long and hard and have made the decision to cut back GC some to give WG her room to bloom. WG didn't stretch much and GC is still going. Keep supercropping it to keep it out of the fan and same distance from the light as WG. I have to keep both alive till the end, unless I throw in the towel on GC at WG harvest and chop em both. Really don't want to waste the experiment, so I may get creative at the end. Only have the one tent and was planning on drying in it since I've got the closet its in dialed in. Really don't want to make a cardboard dry box... =========================================================================================== Day 46- Going to wean these girls off the N next RES change. GC is starting to stretch more, and still refusing to make the transition. maybe less N will do the trick?? kick up the bloom a bit as well. WG is ready for it for sure. GC may have an issue with it, but she'll survive. gave em both a defol before lights out today. heavier on GC than WG since WG isnt bushing up as fast as she used to. the light frosting is getting more populated also. side RES is working out beautifully! =========================================================================================== Day 47- little prune on GC today to keep it out of WG's way. Plucked a few here and there off WG to keep it opened up. Colas everywhere! Going to be one short dense plant that's for sure. If GC gets to a finish, it's going to be a bunch of popcorn from the looks of it. Time will tell. =========================================================================================== Day 48- light prune on GC to keep it out of the way, since its decided to be like 3wk behind WG. maybe tonights RES change will punt it in gear, and itll start exploding in flowers... yeah, i smoked before typing this so the pipe dreams are real on this one.. dialing back the calmag plus (since it has N in it) to 4mL a gallon. dialing back the N in the modified formulation from GHE week 3 "mid bloom" medium feed. formulation as follows: Tap/Zero Water - 2.5gal/2.5gal 81ppm calmag plus - 20mL ^ to 307ppm Micro - 26.5mL Grow - 26.5mL Bloom - 41mL RES totals after PH corrections - 1148ppm @ 5.63. Measured the total volume needed to fill both the waterfarms RES and the external RES and it came to 18.4L. i scooped nearly every drop out of the side RES, but didnt even tilt the waterfarm. so there was prob a quarter to a half gal left in the farm. safe to say roughly 19L capacity. a HUGE increase from a measly 8L from factory. thats before roots fill the RES too, leaving you with NOTHING for water/nutes. so ill have to measure once again when the system is empty and see the true total volume without fillers. tis the end of week 7 i suppose. i will update the timelapse tomorrow afternoon to wrap up the week. i have a 3 week day 27-47 vid on YT if you're actually reading this and want to see the up to date clip. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKtqPxKeMNM *edit* looks like GC is finally starting to hit the transition harder closer to end of the day today looking at vid.. =========================================================================================== As always, thanks for stopping by and checking out my current grow experiment. Chug chug chug! I think I have about a week or two left for most of them and probably like 4 of these will need an extra week or so aha. Frosting up beautifully; the camera does no justice! But I believe I should start reducing my feed or either flush with molasses and kelp like I’ve grown fond of doing come close to harvest time. Again the smells emanating from this tent is so beautiful, candy sweet orangey smells 🌬️🌬️🌬️

Week 6

This was an overall amazing strain to grow i had little to no problems with this plant. The ease of growing it was great because as being a newby to growing weed for personel use that was super helpfull. I liked how the smell was strong from day one and just how she grew so fast . i would recommend this strain to anyone because it smells great piney , citrus, earthy sticky . Dinafem did a great job of making my life super easy when it came to growing it . As long as i can get a priper cure on this bud it will be amazing smoke for sure.. I hope anyone who sees the journal enjoys it and ill be doing more in the future i love this forum and the other amazing growers out there ..it says 8 weeks its been hard maintaining entries at first and timely so she is over 8 weeks flowering when i chopped it..smoked some of the plant that was chopped up alittle while before this girl tastes very good and the stickiness of the buds is very impressive i would like to enjoy this plant and grow her again some time ...

3/25/2023 Week 6- Day 1 of Veg (Day 52 overall) Added my first between changes SILICA Top offs. Was worried that when you add it to pre mixed Nutes that it can make the whole thing turn into a gummy looking substance. I was ready to drain the system and start it over for the week if needed, but no issues adding it to the tank. the Silica going into the Res didn't gummy the system up, it did drop my PH by quit a bit causing me to have to bring it back in balance. 36 Gallons in the Tank Silica Add .5mil/Gal = 18Mil I topped some that needed to be topped, I defoliated some that needs to be defoliated. Since I have moved into Week 6 I have increased the light intensity up to just over 500 maxing it out for Veg Cycle. Next increase will be Week 1 of Flower. 3/26/2023 Week 6- Day 2 of Veg (Day 53 overall) All conditions looked great. Other than me not putting one of the humidifiers back right which means it didn't work last night so Humidity was lower than I like. But got the Humidifier back on it's stand correctly and it is now pumping away. With that I decided to give the plants a day off from any stresses, no topping, no FIMing, no Defoliation for today. Just some good old soaking up the light rays and the ability to get all the Nutes they would like.. 3/27/2023 Week 6- Day 3 of Veg (Day 54 overall) Looking kind of Bushy today, so I defoliated some, and topped some. 3/28/2023 Week 6- Day 4 of Veg (Day 55 overall) PH was a little lower than I like 5.74 so I added a few Mil of PH UP and brought it back up to 5.94. Not much else at this stage, just I topped a little and I defoliated a little. 3/29/2023 Week 6- Day 5 of Veg (Day 56 overall) Topped a little, Defoliated a little Watched them grow!! 3/30/2023 Week 6- Day 6 of Veg (Day 57 Overall) Main action today was breaking down my old tent and setting up a new tent and getting my second RDWC system setup and ready for clones. I Topped a little, I Defoliated some and started taking a good look at what I would like to take for clones in the coming days. I have a few bottom branches that look every promising for my clone material on each. 3/31/2023 Week 6- Day 7 of Veg (Day 58 overall) #3 is at 16" Tall #2 is at 13" Tall

Heading into the final weeks! Switched the light so that it’s like only 11 1/2 hours of light and a half hour more of darkness. Also slowly reduced the nutrients to a minimum as we are heading for the flush soon. I try to keep the temps relatively low from now on. The Candy Rain produced some really fat and frosty buds at the top, some of them were so heavy that I had to tie em up 👌🏻

I did so defoliation about 3 days ago and they are back with a lots of leafs lol.

Week 12 comes with no issues. Humidity dropped to 35-45% and temps increased a couple degrees both during the light and dark period due to weather change. Feed remained the same. Autoflower plant is harvested so they got a little more space in the tent now.

Antes de podar dentro de la carpa era una selva, al cortar las ramas bajas y hojas grandes se me pasó un poco la mano y pensé que no tendrían la fuerza por ya haber pasado a floración a volver a llenar la carpa.

I was already disheartened that the plant did not reveal sex, so I didn't take many pictures, but decided to go to 12 by 12 to see...

dia 58 5 semana de floracion ,viendo otros cultivos de la gente de la cepa quick one a 16 horas me dan ganas de llorar al ver mis plantas q si saco15 g de cada una flipo.... una pena pero bueno y otro problema q tengo es que la feminizada la kritical gb esta estirando q flipas y mi armario solo tiene 1 . 40 de alto y creo q la voy a tener q sacar a la calle y se va a poner enorme y mis vecino van a flipar no se estoy to rayao gente ... dia 59 los cogollos van engordando de momento aceptan bien la comida DIA 60 siguen engordando de momento tienen un verde bonito sin deficit espero q todo siga asi DIA 62 todo sigue bien la kritical gb sigue estirando mazo por dia y creando flores satelite y las quick one juntando cogollos en la cola principal debido al poko espacio del indoor los satelites intentan engordar pero van lentos sigo esperanzado y dandolas comidaaaaa jajajaj dia 64 y siguen engordando tiene una pinta q flipas q ganas de fumar no se cuanto les quedara yo las miro y mucho pelo naranja pero los terpenos no consigo una foto clara ( no tengo pasta pa una lupa ahora mismo jhajjaja) asi que ando un poko perdido pero a las auto yo las echo un par de semanas mas creo dia 70 por mas q las doy de comer no noto diferencia de crecimiento creo q ya todo llego a su fin en las quick one las dare de comer una semana mas y las pasare ya solo agua para q deskanses se limpien y al secadero ejjejeejje la kritical le quedan 3 semanas minimo
