Day 15 - 7/29 - This is her last feed at half strength, will move to full strength tomorrow - Fed 500ml today - 3.5" tall still Day 16 - 7/30 - Full Strength today!!! - Moved her to 600m at 752ppm - 3.5" tall still Day 17 - 7/31 - Gave her another 600ml today - ALMOST 4" tall LOL - Will move to a full pot water starting tomorrow, her leaves are about to the edges now Day 18 - 8/1 - Moved to a full pot water today!! - Still using about 740ppm at 6.1ph - Just dumping 2500ml into the coco around her now - I will let her dry a bit before watering next, not too dry just a bit dryer on the top, probably in 2 days - 4" finally LOL Day 19 - 8/2 - Still wet, just like I wanted. Afghan is a massive plant and is almost ready to flower. Branches are very thick and sticky. Great smell. Starting to defoliate the bottom canopy. No issues, no pests, no need 4 food.

Wow well she has absolutely shot up this week! She's grown 45cm!!!! But what I do notice is she has massive internodal spacing. Not sure if it's something I did wrong or what... She is growing well after her flush. All the new leaves do not have the spots on. They are solid green! Again, thanks for the heads up @BigDaddyK on that one!

it's always a pleasure to do business with Barney's Farm!!! They have never let me down even once!! Even in the worst situations and conditions they have always been able to bring out the best for me!! I really enjoyed forcing these plants to see their reactions, but I wouldn't do it again as a technique because it only serves to keep the canopy low but not to increase the yields...or...at least in my case I didn't find it of fundamental importance....maybe a simple cut of the apical top and that was it! but that's fine!😋

Growth seems to be steady, one of the GSC girls is a day behind all the rest but only as I planted it a day later than the rest. Not sure what I think of fem autos yet as I normally only grow feminised seeds. Keeping a close eye on temps, humidity. Foliar spraying them twice a day or so. Can't wait to see them over the next few weeks. The Stardawg seems to be slightly ahead GSC with growth rate.

These cali genetics are blowing my mind 🤯 super sticky, very frosty rock dence buds with extra strong smells. All 3 strains are 10 out of 10, very impressed. Done last defoliation few days ago, preparing for the harvest so it's much easier. Stalks are super fat, same as buds. Got big surprise from Atami, plant food, and many extras. Crazy. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! Our Slurricane is one of those plants that I always say are my favorites, I am fascinated by low internode plants for their style. It is one of those plants that is doing well I would already promote it but to avoid the risk of speaking too soon, let's see what grass it will give us. For each strain we have at least two plants there is also a specimen that is growing straight that you do not see in the photos for now for each strain of her I have a very small one still probably I will do another diary. We have done our best Zamnesia has put superb genetics and at home B&B we are working to show you the plants in all their possible meanings. This plant like all the other photoperiodic ones has been worked with a topping x16 buds, simply repeating the topping technique without doing anything else than cleaning the leaves from time to time and now the branches that I believe do not give me good flowers at the bottom. The 16 florets are perfectly aligned and the growth is very regular. The flowering fertilizers have helped us get back to a good balance in a very short time and now we go straight to making big buds. We are still using soil, fertilizers and all the additives recommended by Plagron 100% organic. The plant has been flowering for 3 days, in the diary I leave it indicated as the last week of vegetative growth but let's move on to the flowering fertilizers. We have now moved on to the flowering start program which maintains the same additives Power Roots, Sugar Royal, Pure Zym and adds the flowering stimulant Power Buds. Now the basic fertilizer is now Alga Bloom with which I find myself very very well even more than Alga Grow which sometimes I have to understand well how to dose in some particular cases (topping). Probably I will try to prepare the soil with Plagron Super Mix or with the Zamnesia Pellet. She’s looking much much happier in flowering! I’m not sure how but I’ve grown her bigger than she is rated for maximum height. The end of this week she was 60” or 152cm tall, her rated maximum height was 39” or 100cm so I’m a good 50% taller than rated!!
