Week #8 Baby Boom By Kannabia Week #8 Dec.16th-23rd Baby Boom this week she had stated to get trichomes on her buds and she's starting to get some density to her buds additionally she does have a slight hint of blueberries.

Well I’m closing this one out. I had a lot of problems with humidity outside and bud rot, in hindsight i read a few reviews in the last few weeks and purple kush is susceptible to bud rot. I did 2 separate harvest, one on the 9th and one on the 14th. I collected everything I could smoke, there is still buds left on the plants but because of bud rot and immature buds I’m saying fuck it. Sonoma seeds quotes 9-10 weeks flower i harvested at week 8 and week 9. I harvested just shy of a pound total, and just over and oz of “purple” looking weed. Between you guys and i, the purple one was pretty shwaggy as far as bud goes. Would i grow this again outdoors? NOPE. Would i try it indoors? You will have to stay tuned for my next grow. If you plan to grow this strain outdoors do not do it. The fact that it’s pretty much 100%indica it does not like to get wet,🤦‍♂️🏻 if you are in the desert, indoors or live in Afghanistan (lineage) go for it. The taste is also not quite what I expected, all the reviews say grapes, but i taste a neutral taste. Some of it smells quite good in the jars but as soon as you smell each bud it smells like spicy woody herb with some dank undertone. Trimming it i had some sort of dank spicy smell i just can’t put my fingers on, except it was all over them. The buzz is “ok”but nothing to knock your socks off with. It is a stimulating feeling followed by a calm “not sleepy” feeling. I haven’t grown many outdoor variety’s but I’m sure most of them turn out the same. I’m waiting for my indoor no name to finish and I can start trying to redeem myself with my leftover seeds, and hopefully get the true quality/if there is, with this purple kush strain. I’ll try them next again, then I should remember the net for trying a Scrog. It’s a old classic strain that no one forget ;-) if you not have try the white widow, then you must go on !

11th week has started! Amazing strain!

Wow! Super fun strain to grow. Smells like stawberries and cream. For real. It is mindblowing. I hope fresh frozen live rosin will be fire when I'll make it in a week. Very sturdy plant, but not very resistant to high temperatures - some phenos tend to foxtail then. But apart from that it is one of the best I've ever grown - up to par with MAC1 👽 or Grandpa's Cookies 🍪 Top tier terpenes and resin production. I love it 😍 It is my personal record - 3064g (wet) from 3 plants from 4x4ft tent 😎💪 Should be ~800-900g of dry flower if I'd ever dry it (but 99% of it is ment for fresh frozen bubble hash and rosin pressing - flowers are already in deep freeze apart from small 10g sample I'm drying normally). Seeds are not cheap - you have to but 20, but I highly recommend this cultivar. Yield blown my mind. I hope it'll taste and wash as good as it smells 🙏

Good morning all Day 63 and everything goes wonderfully I think for most that feels the end. Some begin senescence including my gorilla glue from fastbuds and northen light auto from RQS I start rinsing all of my 5 plants except the bubblegum which has not started to flower after 63 days I specify that in terms of performance the blueberry auto of pev seeds and the most prolific it is beautiful. 😍 The gorilla glue from fast_buds is smaller but is not left behind because it is loaded with nitroglycerine 😋 We are no longer far from the harvest I am doing a final defolliation in order to let the light reach the lower heads I think that within a week for some to two weeks for others they will all be harvested What a pleasure for this run even if the weather is long approaching the harvest ... patience is the mother of all the virtues 😉 May the strength be with me 💪 And in french langage Bonjour a tous Jour 63 et tout ce passe à merveille je pense que pour la plupart cela sent la fin . 17/08 - I had a 5 days travel, which worried me a little, mainly because my irrigation system did not arrive in time. But when I came back the plant seemed very healthy. The medium was dehydrated but as you can see even after some defoliation the plant continues to be very bushy. 19/08 - Very wide canopy! I have a 60x60cm tent and half of it it's taken by the Rhino Ryder. Had to rearrange the tent. The Rhino is a bit behind the other plant. 21/08 - Did a defoliation to open more the canopy.

Coming up on third base! No issues at all from the recent wetness and really getting some nice purps on the GG4xGSC and the Green Gelato. Ironically nothing yet on the Ayahuasca Purple.

Hello. All photos from flower day 6. On flower day 3 I switched the Sanlights up to 80%. On flower day 6 I sprayed the plants with Spruzit, to prevent any kind of insects. As you can see everything is okay besides that algae but nothing too bad so far. All under control. See you next week. ✌️

Light on Spider farmer SF4000 was turned up to 70 percent plant is doing better. Light is still 36 inches above plants in a 2x4 tent. I turned the light to 70% from 50% 3 days later I think I see some nanners starting. Possible light stress? I am going to let it all play out really interested in seeing what happens. I am all about the learning.

Turned on the reservoir for a couple of minutes. (Till the AutoPots are full and the valve closes) Rised the pots aswell, so the canopy is very even. I let them recover from the heavy defoliation i did, and next week i will slowly increase the light's strength. (Now still at 50% 50cm)

Hey guys, Great week! Nothing too much to report here. Things seem to be going great........the stretch is coming along nicely, about 8 inches since flip. The signs of buds forming is there and I can spot some tiny crystals forming near the center 😁 Started using the flower nutes this week as well. Today I will start using the co2 and terpinator. Also I was recommended to try a 2nd net as well for some support which from what I've read these buds can get quite big. The clones I cut a couple weeks ago are ready for friends. I learned from quickly from some rookie mistakes and greened them right up along with lots of new growth, they are nice and healthy as well. go spread the happiness to others!!! I did do another quite big defoliation that really cleaned up all weak branches and leaves. only the strong survived. no wasted energy. This is where the fun really begins as I can now get to watch the buds grow!! 😲😎 Thanks again for following along, this has been a very exciting journey so far and now it really begins!!

After a lot of research I realized that my plant needs more food. I increased the PPM to 700PPM and plant seems to love it. Also I started spraying with Neem Oil and Copper Fungicide since I noticed some rust on the leaves. Also this week I added Roots Accelerator.
