Bloom Week 10 - It's a wrap. About to enjoy another Oaxaca Old Fashioned to celebrate. Yeah - I'm into mixology too. These are the frostiest buds I've ever grown. I'm looking forward to harvest. Something tells me I won't be disappointed. Regardless, I'll be honest with the results.

Strain Check: Durban Poison (African Queen) - Growth style: Less height (expected 2m+), more lateral explosion – new shoots daily make her look like 3 plants in one. - Flower status: White pistils stacking at branch tips. - Smell: Still discreet (neighbor-safe… for now). - Health: Vibrant green – zero stress signs. Blueberry - Surprise stretch: Nearly hit 2m (like a sativa!). Half Durban’s width but elegant. - Stem power: Thicker trunk than Durban – mini-tree status. - Color preview: Purple stems emerging! Buds may follow suit (fingers crossed). - Support needed: Prepping for heavy buds to avoid branch snaps. Care & Environment - Feeding: Pure Bokashi juice (no extras) – they’re thriving on it. - Pests/mold: None spotted. Dry summer helping. - Weather: About 20° C and really high humidity. A more difficult week. I've been battling the water consumption on two of the girls. I ordered and hooked up the Blumats auto watering system. I followed the instructions to a T but they don't work on those settings for this type of plant. They must be recommending for succulents cause the girls dried out right away with the settings. So I've been slowing dialing it in the get the proper amount to release. This girl is doing fine with the water. Prolly because she was stunted and doesn't need as much. Was a bit dissaointed, turned out my PH pen was faulty..... Made errors. Nearly lost crops. Got a new PH pen and EC pen. Back on track. Excited about my greenhouse starting September. My second grow room, and the seedling stations. 👌👌

Day 5 since time change to 12/12. Hey everyone ☺️. Finally the time has come :-) The lady moved into the flower tent on January 6th, 2021 😁. The day before, of course, a cutting was taken 👍. In the flowering tent, the distance between the plant and the lamp is 40 cm so that she can get used to the strength of the lamp. After 3-5 days I go down to 30 cm. This week it was watered twice with 1 l per plant. GHSC enhancers were added to one wash :-). Flower fertilizer will only be added in 12-16 days as soon as the first blossoms are there :-). Otherwise the tent was completely cleaned and the humidifier refilled. For the next few days I have filled fresh osmosis water in canisters again :-). Next week I will remove the bottom shoots so that the energy doesn't end up going into small popcorn buds 😉. There is nothing more to report this week and I wish you all a lot of fun with the update 😀. This plant was an absolute joy to trim. This plant consisted of buds and stems only, so I am actually curious what the dry weight will be.

1 more week to go for the chop amazing pine and lemon smell

Light still on 500w and stretch is in full flow, not put on as much height as the other side of the tent in the Wilmas but obviously due to such a large plant (5ft square in a 20L pot) in a single pot. Day 21 I will defoliate and maybe trim away a few smaller bud sites
