Artisan purple queen

Johan2 After harvesting royal gorilla today we were looking for an all day smoke , not to intense. I came across a purple strain in my younger days in Australia outdoor throw back . Looking forward to the nostalgia 😟

Johan2 Started out wet paper and seed popped in 2 days . Small seed tiny seedling to start . Starting to look better day 5 dark green and purple stem . Excited to see this grow

Johan2 Really happy with the growth spurt, big fan leaves, starting to branch out , smell has really dropped down to a manageable level. Light hours changed this week to flower 12/12 Decided not to top and will go for a gold medal main bud!

Johan2 Really strong smell, switched to 12 hour cycle this week , just used rain water with no nutritional added, she really loved the flush , great stretch this week . Really looking good Kind of looks like a queen chess ♟ piece

Johan2 Start of week 4 flower. Really starting to look like a good yield , was a bit worried week 3 about yield . Lower buds are quite far from light in my opinion , we choose not to top as I wanted to go for a big colar this time. Still no real purple coming through. Really sticky . Best not to touch it to much as she gets a bit angry with odour.

Johan2 Took a 4/5 big shade leaves out to get more light to the lower buds , Fattest main bud I’ve had really looking forward to see how fat it gets, lots of frosting really sticky. Slowed down on water intake . Stretch seems to have stopped . Strong skunk kinda smell

Johan2 Strong smell like skunk , not really that thirsty so I’ve dropped the water to every 3/4 days . Lots of frosting every where , really sticky . Not much purple bit disappointing. Plucked a few big shade leaf out to help with lower buds , lower buds are looking like lollipops. Hairs starting to turn orange. Maybe two weeks to go .

Johan2 Still no purple coming through, really sticky and getting fat , buds are really heavy and starting to need some support , however this is letting the light penetrate to lower lollipops. Trycs are half cloudy half clear , 8 days flushing. Should be ready in 10 days

Johan2 Trycs are are showing lots of amber now , will pull her 3 days . Still flushing very thirsty girl right now . Amazing smell now and very frosty , stripped 90% shades out for the last 3 days , lots of finger hash from the leaves and they should make great butter for cookies 🍪 Buds are so fat and heavy 1/2 stems have snapped ☹️. Should be fine .

Johan2 Decided to harvest 3rd day of week 13. Will post dried weights after the cure . Lots of amber , and decided to pick during the dark hours early afternoon

Johan2 42grms of bag quality, as good as the royal gorilla, smokes really smooth , strong blueberry flavour 😊. Good head and body stone , Put in a seed called green gelato 🤔 Great grow very little purple. Loved the structure, bit to long to grow , great result though
