The buds are still bulking a little more as of day 64. The trichomes are pretty milky/frosty so the harvest is getting close, but I am not going to rush it if the plant is healthy and the buds are not suffering. My best estimate right now would be between day 68 and 78 for harvest. Day 67: areas of amber colored trichomes are appearing on the calyxes, under 10 percent of total. this is what I have been watching for to indicate harvest time so I will be giving water from here out and begin cutting down the plant in a few days. Heute habe ich meine Girls ein 2 mal getoppt, und einwenig entlaubt. Vor 2 Tagen habe ich von jeder Pflanze 2 Stecklinge entnommen da das Wachstum sehr gut ist, und sie mit dem Stress gut zurecht kommen, bis jetzt zeigen sie keine Mangelerscheinungen. Futter gab es heute nur einwenig da ich sie nicht übersättigen will. Ich werde sie ein drittes mal toppen wenn meine Girls in den nächsten Tagen keine stress Symptome anzeigt.

After three weeks in the solo cups I transplanted to 1 gallon pots and three days later I noticed yellowing on one of the plants so in 16oz of water I mixed in 1/4 tsp of Epsom salt and gave it to both plants in fear of magnesium deficiency but the other plant is thriving and growing strong. It’s day 1 of week 7 flower. She’s looking a little hungry today. Last week I reduced the feed as I had a little nute burn, the general appearance of the plant is looking slightly lighter in colour, so this week I’ll add back the extra 0.5 ml of each nute. Three more feeds of 1.5 l then on to the plain water.

Start week 9 , Bio Bloom 4 ml/L + Sensi Cal-Mag Xtra 2 ml/L + CarboLoad 2 ml/L + Top Max 4 ml/L + Overdrive 2 ml/L (Ph 6.7).

Harvest & Trim Report — RollerCoaster Haze (Zamnesia Seeds) Overview We’ve reached the end of the RollerCoaster Haze ride. After an intense and rewarding flowering period, the girls were harvested and processed with care. This is a full documentation of the final stage: harvest timing, drying method, trimming workflow, kief collection and pressing, and final yields. This harvest produced excellent results from two phenotypes — a true tribute to the genetics and the ecosystem we built around them. Final dry yields: • Pheno #3: 138 g (dry, trimmed bud) • Pheno #2: 224 g (dry, trimmed bud) Total dry bud: 362 g We also collected kief and pressed it into a beautiful resinous hash using heat and pressure; this sits alongside the cured flower and will be part of the upcoming smoke review. ⸻ Harvest Timing & Rationale The decision to harvest was made after careful observation of trichome and pistil development, the overall fade, aroma intensity, and the plants’ finish-line behaviour. The last weeks of the run had been dedicated to ripening: we completed the last balanced feed, then transitioned to plain water and a spectral end-season program (reduced whites/blues, elevated red/far-red/UV). These cues — combined with visible trichome development and the natural fade in the canopy — indicated the plants were ready to come down. ⸻ Cutting & Whole-Plant Drying • Each plant was cut whole and hung to dry intact. • Drying duration: two weeks (full-plant hang), at the environment you maintained (consistent conditions around your final stage set point). This allowed a controlled, gradual loss of moisture and preserved aromatic compounds and trichome integrity. • Drying environment was monitored and managed with the same attention as the grow: consistent airflow, humidity control and gentle circulation to avoid hotspots while preventing too rapid desiccation. (Notes: this section is a narrative of what i did. For clarity on local rules and safety, always follow local regulations and recommended practices.) ⸻ Trimming Workflow • After the two-week hang, the plants were moved to a dedicated trimming area and placed in the trim bin for processing. • Trimming method: primarily hand trim, using delicate, precise trimming tools and patience — “delicatessen and love” as i put it. The emphasis was on preserving trichome-rich surfaces while shaping each bud for appearance and even curing. • Hand trimming allowed you to selectively manicure the buds, remove the remaining larger fans, and leave the finished colas in a state ideal for curing and later consumption. The results were clean, visually appealing buds with intact resin heads. ⸻ Curing & Storage • Trimmed buds were carefully placed into Grove Bags for the finish of the cure. The Grove Bags are being used as the controlled environment for the slow biochemical processes that refine aroma, smoothness, and terpene expression. • The plan is to allow the flower to finish its cure under stable conditions until ready for the smoke review. This prolonged, stable cure should bring out the nuanced haze profile the genetics promise. ⸻ Kief Collection & Resin Press • While trimming, kief was collected from the trim and from screens. The kief was then pressed into a concentrated resin/hash using heat and pressure. • The result is a solid, aromatic hash — glossy and packed with the strain’s signature terpenes — a beautiful secondary product from the harvest and a perfect complement to the flower in the smoke review. ⸻ Sensory & Quality Notes • Aroma: intensely hazy — a dominant hay-sweet note with mature, layered complexity. The smell in the drying/trim room was strong and very characteristic of a classic haze. • Appearance: colors trending golden to warm yellow tones, heavy frosting of trichomes, dense calyxes and robust colas. The buds visually convey potency and quality. • Structure: each phenotype expressed the haze identity; long internodes on some branches, dense stacking on others — overall excellent structure that translated into heavy colas and great yields. ⸻ Recap: Seed → Harvest at a Glance • Germination: pillbox water method; seeds cracked and into soil within 48 hours. Gentle Aptus start mix supported early vigor. • Vegetative: bottom-watering to promote downward root growth; transplanted and vegged with controlled training and canopy management. • Flower: early flip to 11/13; progressive nutrition with Aptus + Plagron mix; inner canopy lighting (ICL300) to support middle/low bud development; spectrum tuning (red/far-red/UV) toward the end of flower. Final flush and plain water to finish. • Harvest: judged by trichome and pistil maturity, aroma, and overall plant condition. Whole-plant hang for two weeks, then hand-trimmed and cured in Grove Bags. -Seeds were germinated directly in soil 2cm deep with 60ml of pH'd mineral water and covered with cling wrap for humidity. -Lights cycle: 18/6 - Seeds popped after 3-4 days, 100% germination -Cling wrap removed after germination -Day 1 of grow is 8/10/2020 -Day 1-4 seedlings were feed pH'd mineral water -Seedlings received their first nutrient feeding on day 5 -Nutrient water pH'd at 6.3 and oxygenated with air pump + air stone -Mycoroot was fed via top dressing Struggled to get the pH with in range, I had to mess around with pH up and down to get it in the range of 6.3. The growth looks good so far just a bit worried up about the colour of the leaves. Temp varied from 26C-28C and humidity ranged between 42-52%. I had to play around with the oscillating fan speeds and positioning as well as the amount of air inlet vents. I found that just having one opened helped get the humidity up and the temp had only a slight increase. I let the oscillating fan run on its lowest setting and put off its rotating function, I also made sure the fan was not directly hitting the plants which assisted with the humidity micro-climate. The distance of the HPS was at 90cm from top of plants after the popped out of the soil, this was readjusted to 60cm once true leaves were showing. They got the first nutrient feed on day 5.

IT'S THAT TIME!!

Damn we r gettin' close to the end 💚. Week 6 of flower and the buds lookin' pretty frosty ❄️ and feel dense, too. The smell is very strong and kinda sweet 🤤.

Moving forward, blooming nice, this second gen is taking form and gaining weight. A few weeks and we will have a nice harvest. Tent is nicely populated and filled. Once i have setup the “semi scrog” it has conformed to it in a couple of days and did a massive difference. It really opens the canopy and create a huge surface to take advantage from the light as opposed to letting it go naturally. I’m defining the technique as semi scrog because i did not setup the net in a traditional early way knitting in veg... It was done later.

Everything is looking good so far. Plants have really exploded in growth since the flip and are filling out the screen nicely so far. We will keep tucking till she stops stretching and hopefully get most of the screen filled. We flipped her a bit early In the screen fill stage do to a shortage of stock so we need a quick turn around on these girls cause even in Canada with legal weed it’s hard to find good medical grade that’s not ridiculously priced at a legal store. Wayyyyy cheaper to grow our own. Water was changed out at beginning of this week as well and nute’d at 3/4 strength with Remo flowing lineup and UC root at full strength. These girls are also the early version so should be 45 days or so apparently.... we will see...lol

📆 Semana 8: La Auto Pablo Escobar está en su punto álgido de floración. Los cogollos se muestran densos y pesados, cubiertos de una capa de resina que brilla a la luz. El aroma es profundo y penetrante, con matices dulces, terrosos y cítricos muy marcados. Algunas ramas pueden necesitar soporte por el peso. ¡Seguimos creciendo fuerte! 💪

The stretch came in with a bang. Gonna have to stay up on my training. Ladies look lovely no complaints as of yet. Smell pickn up quickly. I think the new amendments and bigger pots are payin off. Cant wait.

I love this time of the week, when I sit down and think about what to write here. It reminds me of how simple this organic living soil method is. There’s really not much to say!! The girls are doing great, the leaves have a slightly yellow hue, but the plants will get their final top dress today (day 103, F43) and should be done 2-3 weeks from now. So excited!!! My little population of hypoaspis mites seems to get out of hand. I’ll admit, it scares me and I can get quite hostile with them. I’ve made my peace with them for now though! I’m sorry little guys 💔 The smells are so intense. Reminds me of those pineapple cheese sticks at parties. Absolute stank city, I can’t wait to smell them post-cure 😎 See you next week growmies!
