6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

This week been quite busy. I had to be very careful to my bending clips, because I had left them too long on some branches and they were very hard to take off without breaking everything. It was very stressy for everyone in this story...but i manager to limit the damages and took off all of them. The final result is not bad, i think they are having a good shape, even if it is still quite a job to maintain all those branches They are very strong, and making nice big leaves. I had to defoliate them, but i don't want to do it too much, not so easy to judge. They are now flowering and look healthy, will increase a bit their cocktail this next week. I've started to give them 4 hours of night time this week, will see if that got an effect. Feel free to let me know what u think about it.

This strain of Kings kush is a smelly one, I still can put my finger on the terp profile yet. Almost a kushy herby dank is all I can describe atm. Growing these plants, I would suggest pruning every second node once you get her into flower since the bugs tend to push up against each other and may cause bud rot. Say ontop of defoliation and try to qork on them on a daily basis rather than lolipoping. Another key thing is to keep rH in range during flower, I will recomend to set it to 40-50rh in flower. Also if you are growing outdoors, Be sure to cover them up during rain when in flowering, I uses a transparent tarp for the last 5 weeks of flower. Save my plants from 9 huge rain events during the last 5 weeks, my plants would of died from br. This strain had some decent cold resistance also! She stay alive with with few events of temps getting down to 4 deg c.

The grow was really easy and without any problems. The brunches were so heavy that the lady got bent to the side a bit. Totally sticky fat buds with a strong and sweet smell. I‘m really looking forward the dried and cured result. Really happy about that strain.

So this has definitely been a slow grow, but I also mainlined it and topped her twice... I'm not feeding her my regular feed, which is like steroids. Added cal-mag this week as I noticed the leaves on my GDP were turning yellow, but also seems the are a bit purple now too... I think the real issue may have been PH though as I tested the run off and it was closer to 5.5-6 vs the water which I had been trying to keep at least 6.5 but as I'm learning I need a lot more PH up now to keep it balanced with the amount of nutes. Probably should have flushed at some point to help correct the PH but I have just watered with slightly more basic solution, ~7 reducing slightly each watering to 6.5, picked up a PH pen as I'm getting low on the test liquid. The buds are getting fat and sticky, the smell is nice as well. 3 weeks left, harvest should be on 55th day of flower, the 8th I'm estimating at least 2 ounces dry from the cheese, hoping to get at least 3 or 4 off the rest of these though. 👏 time will tell. Bottom growth getting no sun at all because the girls are just way too stout. I had to defoliate and almost do some lollipopping so that the bottom nodes get some light. So far, it doesn't look like it's going to be much of a harvest. But hopefully they burst one they transition. Fingers crossed!
