My first grow....

Big week! I got my new EarthBoxes and a bunch of goodies. I picked up the Probiotic Farmer's Alliance kit from BuildASoil, so I also got some EM-1, Kashi Blend, dolomite lime and Malibu compost. Alongside that I picked up Colorado Worm Compost (vermicompost), Gnarley Barley (malted barley, corn and hemp) and Craft Blend (aprox 3-5-2 organic mix). Unfortunately there was a bag of soil missing, so I ended up using my own mix though I am somewhat scared of it being too clay-heavy for the SIP. I inoculated with EM-1 and began fermenting a batch of activated EM-1 to make the bottle last longer. It looks about a week from LST, after that I hope to set up a two-tier SCROG setup and begin growing the bushes. I will begin spraying AEM-1/EM-FPE/EM-5 alternatively once a week for IPM, I will try to avoid using neem this round (unless I find this approach lacking). I also brewed a batch of EM-FPE with aloe that smells incredible, I can't wait to give it a go.

Pensé que algunas plantitas se pondrían más moradas o rojizas pero que va, están con un toquecito de color y nada más. Última semana usando el AK47 (1 ml por litro) Volvieron los bichos, así que hoy 1 de mayo volví a aplicar el Tec Fort. Además tuve un accidente. Se me cayó el TGL60 cuando lo estaba subiendo para fumigar. Lo bueno es que el foco no dio contra el suelo, pero cayó sobre la malla y adiós a una ramita de cogollos. No era mucho pero igual dolio. La corté y la puse a secar, no tendrá mucho thc ahora pero entre que se pierda y fumarla igual, pues me la fumo.

Much more leaves appear on her body compared to the last week. All the leaves look green, healthy, and much larger. My only concern is that her stem does not get any thicker or longer these days. I try to feed some nutrients with their density far smaller than what is written on the instruction paper. Now I attach a small camera on my pot and record her growth. Her leaves look full of energy from morning to evening, whereas they look losing strength at night. It could be nature, according to my cannabis-grower friend, so I try to prevent from interfering too much. It would be problematic, however, if it has a correlation with her thin and short stem. Wall of Girls (3 x Gorilla Zkittlez) smelling very potent and doing quite well. 20 gallon GZ pot girl should be ready to harvest in approximately 14 days or less. Fingers crossed

Esta es mi primer planta que cosechó con éxito, y estoy muy feliz con mi resultado final 😄 obtuve una muy buena cantidad de flores premium con alrededor de 15% de thc (desde mi punto de vista claro 😅) Tuve algunos problemas durante el cultivo, principalmente que deje que se estirara mucho, debi hacerle LST a la punta principal para que no siguiera aumentando la altura y tener más flores del mismo tamaño, las flores más bajas quedaron chicas y les faltó madurar un poco, también tuve problemas de sobrefertilizacion aun a pesar de que seguí las instituciones de los fertilizantes y de sus indicaciones que me dieron los de servicio al cliente, incluso ya teniendo en cuenta eso siempre use la menos de la dosis de la base ya hasta que crecieron más le fui aumentando, igual creo que es muy cierto lo que dicen de que “menos es más” a la próxima empezaré usando muy pocos nutrientes, aparte creo que si hubiera usado unos leds más potentes, las plantas hubieran aprovechado más los nutrientes, pero igual me sirvió de experiencia, pienso cultivar de nuevo esta genética y sacarle más provecho. Hey all! Sorry for the delay! And this is it, the last week! Pistachio was cut a little earlier than Matcha because I wanted to give her a little more extra time to allow her to mature a little more, but sadly I couldn't give her too much time since most of her trichomes were already starting to oxidise (which might sound appealing to some, but not so much for me). Still, I think the time given was enough! Thanks to semi-flush I gave to my girls I also managed to see what was happening to Matcha! The poor girl was suffering for so long! Anyway, my next update will contain the harvest information regarding my ladies! Thanks!

Buds really got phat this week. I been following the fox farm recommendations on the feed. Im impressed by the flowering sunlike leds I'm using on this grow it really made the difference. And comparing this plant to a plant i did nothing to I gotta say LSTing is the way to go.

I already lost 3 buds to budrot.. this strain doesn't tolerate humidity over 65% so well.. 😬 So indoors in northern Europe, you germinate best in autumn so that you have the flowering time during the heating period, and don't overload the tent. ✌️ Also she needs a sufficient amount of calcium, that could also help against the mold.. Beautiful week for these purple ladies! The purple urkle has really took off and has fat colas forming whilst already piling on trichromes too! 🙏😌 the grape ape is a little smaller and fatter showing a big indica vibe to her so expecting a strong aroma and flavour and buzz when it comes to harvest 🙏 I can’t wait to see how these next weeks go as everything right now is perfect! They’re 4 weeks in bloom Monday! As that was the day I made the switch! They’re going to be some fat nugs

Three of the four original seeds have sprouted and are growing well. I planted the fifth and last seed as an replacement.

The tops on these girls are getting so heavy and the smell is crazy lemony and piney so strong it smells like your smoking a joint right at the window all the time even with my carbon filter. I'll be breeding with this lemon skunk strain in my next grow. Stay tuned for new genetics and making my own genetics going to be running chemo,blueberry,m39gdp,gg4 and will be crossing with the lemon skunk pollen fingers crossed 🤞🙏

So far they are both not looking like winners :(, but I’ll keep them runting away for the contest sake. But I can honestly not understand what stunted them like this and caused this kind of mutation. The rock-wool was properly balanced, light was also dimmed, no sign of nutrient burn or deficiency….Very strange. The one that didn’t popped was replaced by an Afghan auto which so far is not showing any issues on the same feed.

Another week without any big issues! I am still figuring out this light though, I started lowering it now and it is at 100%. I am surprised how little heat it is putting off. I haven't had to remote mount the driver.
