Sorry it took so long for an update. I got married in the meantime and went on a honeymoon. Before I went though I took the plants down and had a friend take care of the drying and curing. It looks like I got 2 pheno's. One is has more red hairs and is a bit more skunky and peppery. The other has bit more sativa like bud forming and smells a bitt gassy in addition to the tangieness. The yield is also definitely not disappointing. Plant 1: 76gr Plant 2: 68gr Plant 3: 65gr Total:209gr I am happy with that. Especially since it's my first LED grow.

04.08. Girl Scout Cookies Day 101# The plants are progressing well, most of them went into preflower a few days ago, the others are slowly entering... I was too lazy to photograph and record each plant separately, so I took a picture and recorded everything together... this grass has grown too much, in some places it is half way up the plant and you can't see how big the plants actually are, these days I will mow it under them and around them and in the next update I will post individual pictures where everything will look nice...day before yesterday I watered them with clean water, the next watering also with clean water and then I will most likely switch to food for the flower, I will see from the situation. Three days ago it was the end of their fourteenth week, the pictures and videos are from day before yesterday. I found a broken GSC this morning... last night there were strong storms, it was the only one that broke, it broke exactly where the tree splits into two main branches, right in the middle... I tied it with laces and will monitor the situation in the coming days. Stay High and Keep Growing!!!

Our prayers were answered! Honestly, I'm not sure how well the plants would have done if it hadn't rained during the week. We got enough rain to keep the temperature and humidity just where we needed it for most of the day. However, at night, it was a big hassle because water got inside the greenhouse, affecting the humidity big time. After that, it was super hot, so the water evaporated quickly. Transferring the plants into bigger pots was pretty simple, but I definitely recommend the process for outdoor plants ONLY. This whole experience has been a learning process. We gave them nutrients a little too soon, but since we were able to catch it, we've only been giving them water and nutrients once a week moving forward. We've also been spraying them with neem oil since we don't know what could be festering in the greenhouse by now. Nevertheless, the plants are thriving and starting to grow more than just three leaves... hehe.

Week 2 is actually week 3. Only giving water. My dog decided he loved the plant so much, The he would dig her up when left outside! I guess I am lucky the plant was young and she seems like she recovered very well. I think she is stunted, because she looks small compared to others I have seen. I’m about to crack open and beer and wish for the best.

Jetzt geht’s rund! Bin mal gespannt wie die jetzt abliefern. Hab ne kleine Defoliation gemacht. Gelollipoppt wurde diesmal nichts, weil ich n canopy diameter von 30-40cm hab und das alles im Bereich ist wo das Licht stark genug hinkommt. Sie sehen jetzt auch wieder top top gesund aus und beten zum Licht. Die trichomen Produktion gefällt mir bis jetzt auch gut, da ziehen sie ordentlich an! Ende der Woche nehme ich falls nötig nochmal das ein oder andere überflüssige Blatt ab und dann lass ich sie in Ruhe.

Harvested on week 12 exactly. Was a little worried about bud rot during the early drying phase but it seems it just came out a little less bright green than I am accustomed to as there is no sign of rot after drying has completed and curing started. Don’t have a working scale anymore but my eye scale is legendary and I’d say probably got between a half oz and 3/4 of an oz, but would be shocked if it were over 1 oz. My best guess would be around 18g. Tried a small bit tonight right after I transferred to a jar for curing, nice hashy flavor with some pepper undertones. Smells very fruity in the jar, but definitely can smell the flavor without consuming too. The buzz is pretty nice. Balanced and relaxing but not too sleepy, definitely still functional. Seems it’d be best for lazy afternoons, winding down after a long day, or even laid back social events. Overall very happy with my first grow experience and excited to use what I learned next season. Had a small issue this week where temp dropped a bit, I was on vacation for a few days and a window got left open to the room the tent is in. The room got down to 62f with the lights on. lights off temp wasn't much cooler. I noticed some canoeing on leaves near the center of the room, I am hoping this was just caused by the temperature stress that happened by the sudden drop. I fixed the temp and issue and it should be back to normal. Trichome's look great under microscope. Getting tightly packed and very cloudy, very little amber color at this point. Cheese #1 Has swelled up quite a bit over the last 5 days, The buds on it are noticeably larger than the ones on Cheese #2 I have moved the led light to cast more on cheese #2 in hopes to get the buds on it to catch up to #1 Still dealing with small calcium deficiencies, I will do a light flush this week of 1/2 strength nutrients and Cal at 6.5 Mid Weekupdate: Flushed plants with 1/3rd nutrient dose and full strength cal mag. Adjusted ph. to 6.5 to allow for better uptake of calcium. The calcium issue isnt bad just some small spotting but I am trying to get ahead of it as there is supposed to be 4 weeks left on the strain. The buds have started to tighten and get more dense. Hairs are about 40% red, some are receding into the bud. Smells like citrus.

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

Today is Karen Kush day. Zamnesia has created this crazy strain with truly exceptional aromas and we have tried it. First of all, I invite you to look at the other specimen in the diary "BIG KAREN KUSH" which has been worked with topping, lst, fimming and even a central splitting. Very beautiful at the top, many buds but let's move on to our plant which lacks nothing, grown straight with an important main cola and a crazy appearance that makes it impossible not to love it. The outside part of this plant is the only thing I can't show you: the smell, guys it's an absolute wonder and it is combined with that fantastic oily effect that resinous plants have, pulensola was all a cream. The plant requires some skills in controlling fertilizers, it is very voracious even of nitrogen at the beginning it discolors, but we know how to look at what the plant tells us and we have always kept it under control with a slightly higher dose of fertilizer than the others. In flowering it also seemed to tend to go into deficiency but Plagron does not allow this, if you use Plagron and you know how to recognize the deficiencies in the initial stage you can forget about seeing yellow leaves before time. Especially in flowering Alga Bloom is perfect for reconstituting a plant with deficiencies then the enzymes, amino acids and many other bio elements present in the additives do the rest. Guys I recommend not to underestimate the additives it is true we can grow even with only the basic fertilizers but the additives give a pimp that you do not expect, I have used a significant series now and I have had immortal results I must say. Thanks to Zamnesia I have another important news for you ZERO HERMAPHRODITES. I bet photoperiod growers have had this problem a lot lately. Threw a shade cloth over the top to help with a week of 90's into the 100's. Due too some time limitations and dry room space restrictions, two of the furthest along girls will be harvested in the next 7-10 days. Then 7-10 days after that the last two will need to be harvested, hoping they get far enough along :).
