The end of last week and the beginning of this week we had very good weather (Indian summer) 😊, but the temperatures started to drop at the second half of this week with lots of rain and humidity. 😡 First signs of budrot accured and I had to install 2 ventilators to move the air. 👿👿👿 With small scissors I cut away the entire top that has bud rot 👻 Now that I have harvested the last pepper plants, I have been able to give the cannabis plants more space. This will also hopefully result in a lower humidity level. Defoliated - did some funky training on the "mutant" as it is super noodly! Sour D's looking super nice... one of these - on the stem rub... i swear, its super close too the classic "sour diesel"... My goal of this grow for the Sour Ds is mainly too try find one as close to the original Karma SD so super happy! (Seaweed drench once a week)

Days 78-84 - Been lax in updates, but I still log every week to completion. Back injury in addition to The Nineteen, Rona Style, has been a bit of a pain in the posterior. (That means ass) Plants are gigantic and sassy. Had Dangergirl come out and defoliate/lollipop the bottoms out of the girls, saving me painful labor and increasing my yields, so yay for her! Plants are happy, pompoms are getting thick, and everything looks good. Switched FF01 to flower on day 84.

Dec 12: Growth has been good, leafs started yellowing as I tried a regular watering as opposed to a feed, and they did not take well to it. I’ve read that it’s good to incorporate waterings between feeds, but 24hr later noticed a bit of yellowing on the lower section, 48hr post watering even more yellowing. Dec 18: Going with feed only and yellowing has halted, stretching has officially begun. No adverse effects from the short term nitrogen deficiency (that’s what I narrowed it down to). Playing with budsites to maintain an even canopy, and as soon as I see stretching halt, and fattening begin, I will up the bloom nutes. Dec 20:

A week full of events, one of the main branches broke, thank god so late in flower and during flush. It also gave me a rough idea of the harvest, that single branch made quite a good amount of weight but see yourself in the video.

Following the plan, the girls are beautiful and were already quite big during this stretching phase. I hope everything continues as it is now during this growth and weight gain phase. For the rest, just wait for time to pass. 🌱🌿✌️✌️

Almost half done flowering. Shes fully recovered from defoliation. She’s starting to smell pretty darn nice too! The stretch is completed. NOw we wait.

I wasn't impressed with the bud structure on the herercane a few weeks ago but I have changed my mind. She has some fat frosty buds and she is going to pack some weight. Lowered the temps to 72. Going to keep the juice pumping

Welcome to week 3 📅 Day 15 6/21/2021 She is now feeding from the reservoir and things are going great. The micro top has almost fully recovered and the undergrowth is growing nicely. I would like to say a few words about Mars Hydro. the TS 1000 is a great light and I love the fact that the power supply is capable of being separated from the light and located outside of the tent to keep the heat down. I also like the fact that you can control the light intensity and daisy chain with another light witch is what I plan on doing. Update Day 18 6/24/2021 she is growing fast and drinking lots as I have had to top up the res. I have also put the TS 1000 at 100% and the plants love it

After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process.
