Well i figured i would try some different this week. I main lined her and topped her on day 9. Lets watch and see how she responds. I feel as though doing this early in veg will allow her more time to adjust before flower. Towards the end of the week 2, four days after the HST....we see 2 new main top braches coming in, as well as some action at the internodal cut point which is indicating a "Fimm" job rather my prior presumption of topping the plant. None the less i am excited to see her grow, and i intend on letting her grow naturally beyond this point....just to see the results.

The smokeberry is really packing on the crystal now and by week 8 this plant will look like a plant with fresh snow on it. Testing shows this strain consistently comes in at 20%-24% THC, strong in beta-caryophllyne and Terpinene. Locally bred on Prince Edward Island🇨🇦 Canada’s secret garden.

42 days into my project - "Girl on the balcony on the north side" she is already blooming :) she looks really good, knowing what conditions she has to endure, this week there was not much sun, there was a lot of wind and rain, I used a little LST for the girl, the girl drinks = every other day 1.5 liters of water 6.3 ph, every 3rd watering I give biobizz nutrients :) good luck to everyone :).

Wow well she does look sorry for herself.
A couple of days ago I sprayed her with pesticide. This has damaged her leaves.
I hope she can bounce back from this as it's a critical time in her growth.

Last week's topping turned out to be a FIMing. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I wasn't planning for it. I guess that makes it a true FIM. I tied a branch too tight during LST and it snapped while the plant was growing. Reminder to avoid training too tightly.

Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023
1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal.
Added
39 Gallons of Water to my system
SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil
Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil
Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil
FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil
FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil

Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023
Everything is looking good the roots are making thier way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green.
Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023
Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light.
Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023
Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track..
Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023
walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!!
Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023
Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy.
Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023
Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1.
Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Welcome to the Week 10, Day 70 update for the Sweet Seeds Cream Mandarine XL Autoflowering grow. Not much to talk about this week as the last two plants remaining in the tent are on cruise control to harvest. I used fertilizer for the final time at the beginning of Week 10 and it’s flush time for these plants until the big chop! They are still being watered every 4th day and they are still drinking about 3.5 litres per plant per watering (0.875 of a litre per plant per day). These remaining two plants have virtually no Powdery Mildew so I am only defoliating as needed if the leaf is already dying. All of the pistols/hairs have turned orange and are receding back into the buds so I’m guessing that harvest will be in Week 11. I have included a brief video above with my photos showing pretty much everything used during this grow. I wanted to give people a quick look at how simple it really is to grow and harvest your own high quality cannabis. Hope you enjoy! I will post next time with my final harvest update- this might take a short while as I generally prefer to know the final dry bud weight as well as having some great photos of the dry, uncured product. She is taking shape nicely, but in the meantime I noticed some CalMag and N deficiencies too. On the next feed I will go with 2/3 strenght and the following one will be 3/4 if needed.
At the moment I’m switching from tap water to rainwater, the problem is that Biobizz PH down doesn’t hold the ph for more than an hour. Hence the deficiencies.
I ordered a PH- from Growth Technology, it solved the issue.
The watering regime is as follows:
•Clean water in the tray for 3 days, top up if needed
•Turn off the air pump, drain the water
•Wait 12 hours
•Pour the feed in the tray (4 liters - 1/2 strenghth)
•Leave the feed in the tray for 24 hours, air pump off
•Drain the leftover of feed
•Clean water in the tray, turn the air pump back on

Barneys Farm Pineapple Chunk update 5th Jan 2020 11th week of veg over and done with.
Ive done quite a bit since the last update as far as this girl is concerned 1st of all i erected a greenhouse that covers all of my Photo period plants.
and secondly I transplanted the Pineapple chunk out of the pot she was in and put her straight into the ground so I'm expecting and hoping that she will explode once the stretch starts in about 5 weeks or so. The soil I moved her into is really nice and fertile as it was used to grow winter vegetables and Broad beans.
The growing of legumes can benefit the soil by bringing nitrogen to the surface to be made available to anything else growwing in the same soil.
I gave the area I transplanted her into a good dose of Azospirillum and Mycorrhizal innoculants after she went into the ground.

I think she has finally completed her stretch, it’s getting very shiny and sticky in the tent and the buds continue to grow nicely. She continues to be super thirsty and I think i will shorten the tank change intervals. From the 11 cuttings I took in flower around 9 made it and started to root quite nicely. However I think I was a bit to generous with the nutrients, which is corrected for the next week. A third net was installed in anticipation of the main colas getting to top heavy at a later stage. I also increased the canna boost by another 25 ml.

Well, as it's been 8 full weeks now it's time to change to flora, today the 24th of July 2023 I'm changing the time from vega to flora so they will take 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness thus starting the flowering phase, today I should have watered with top bloom from top crop but it ended up that I watered only with water and I'll wait for the next watering I'll already water with top bloom from top crop and let's see what these beautiful girls do, I was going to leave another time in vega another two weeks apparently i'm going to move so i don't know if i'm going to have much time left in this house so i'm going to take advantage of the time i have and already putting them to bloom

Still some issues with black flies as they keep coming back despite of the nematodes. I'll treat the soil with nematodes again this week. It doesn't look like it is affecting the plants anymore but I don't want them ending up in my stash 😉. The plants are looking very strong and healthy, growing even faster than last week. Still not sure at this point if I want to do LST or just let them grow. According to the strain info this ladies can grow up to 135cm inside so it's probably a good idea to do LST at some point. I'm also cutting back on the Alga Grow this week to prevent excess nitrogen in the blooming stage.
