Today is day 56 and things are looking pretty good. Watered with half strength nutrients and will probably switch to straight water in the next couple days. The smell has really developed over the past couple weeks, I would say it was weak and just sweet/fresh but now it hits hard with sweet cream and funk/gas.

Ladies and gentlemen today is day 80 and as you can see, we still have a ways to go.. As always I'd like to thank Zamnesia Seeds and Plagron for putting this contest together 馃挌 .. as you guys can see, this girl has got some size to her especially for being in a smaller pot .. she is a little low on nitrogen but I don't think she has more than 3 weeks left so i'm kind of torn as to whether or not I should hit her with some .. i think next feeding, I'll give her a little nitrogen, and then that'll be it. Aside from another feeding or two of green sensation, then we flush .. i hope everybody's doing well and so are there ladies 馃檹 .. god bless everybody and happy growin 鉁岋笍

What a difference a week makes. Feeding every watering (every 3rd day) Fox Farm Trio and seaweed. Running hot in the tent! 87 degrees during the day. Cooler weather is on the way. Anyone using CO2? I think to grow in the summer I鈥檓 going to have to use it. Most of the plants have shown a calmag deficiency but so far so good

Had a bit of a cat-tastrophy this week. I left my tent open to go and fill a bucket of water, came back and zipped it up. What I didn't know is that the cat got in. Not 5 minutes later I can hear all sorts of shit moving around so I came in to find I had zipped him and and he went bonkers and bent almost every branch on the Skunk. So I had to do emergency tie jobs, but I ended up losing 2 medium colas and 1 small one. Could have been much worse if the skrog net wasn't there to stop them from snapping. Injuries look like bent plastic straws, so I'm going to be watching her closely to see if she herms from that massive amount of stress. Some of the pics have cat hair in them, thank the little brat. Anyway, Skunk is a 45-50 day finisher so I'm going another week and then she gets the chop. Lots of microscope videos today and finally found an amoeba. Also something moving in an egg...what is it? That's at 400x so I think it's a nematode egg based on what I found online. If you look closely at the super zoomed in trichome shot, you can see the reflections of other trichomes...just fucking epic.馃憦 All the food stops now, too much in the soil for her to start senescence. Nothing but water and FFJ now. New pistils are still coming in so who knows, maybe she'll keep going a few more weeks.

Hello Diary. At the end of the story, I am very happy with the whole cycle and finally the outcome. 馃槏 More or less all the information is in the diary, there are really a lot of photos that speak more than words. What I would point out at the end of this story, the Hulkberries were different. One was more developed in width and that eventually had a higher yield as well. He reached a height of 105cm, while the other was more developed in height and grew to 117cm. But the Hulkberry is a great sativa strain, I didn鈥檛 have any problems throughout the cycle, I didn鈥檛 do any training I just did a little defoliation twice. 馃憣 The branches were dried for 12 days after which they were finished in jars for another three weeks. In the end I would like to thank the Royal Queen Seeds for making this wonderful strain, Grow Diaries where I can learn, and share something I really love. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and looked at the diary, squeezed the like button or commend the diary. See you soon with new journey.

08/23/2023 Starting week 2 flowering AK #1 is now 17" tall AK #2 is now 12.5" tall Bruce Banner is 16" tall All going well no more bug issues fed a little bit of nitrogen this week in the form of (901 C release) 1/4 strength trying to push some Carbon on her, no more Nitrogen will be used after week 2 of flowering, only P-K will be from Fox Farms Big Bloom 0-0.5-0.7 mixed with Bio-Remedy Hope that they have more stretch in them but time will tell. Either way flower are exploding all over her! Going to give them some Fresh Aloe Vera water, there loaded with Amino acids other good stuff. 08/27/2022 Not sure if auto flower goes through different flowering stages, if they do phase one is fleeting first flush of pistils fading and fresh ones popping up everywhere . Bruce Banner is a resin monster even some bigger leaves getting resin rails.

American Pie tastes very fruity but has a rather tart smell. The flowers look great! Purple in places and full of trichomes. About 100g of dried flowers were harvested from one plant. American Pie is a medium to strong strain, which is nice when you don't have much left.

Day 50: Feeding day. As planned, I raised the dosage to 4ml per liter for the 3 base compound and gave each plant 1L. They drank it all. Call me weathercock but I removed the ScrOG netting since it was more of a handicap than anything that helps. I'll continue flattening everything with LST. Everything is looking good. Day 51: Another defoliation today, removing new leaves and smaller budsites. Nothing else to read. Day 52: Video update to show the flat canopy, budsites and how I LST the highest stems and redirected them to the center of the plant to expose the most budsites to the light. Day 53: Feeding Day, still 1L each. No burned tips or anything since last time so the dosage is alright. Day 54: I woke up to 2 of my girls praying to the light god. 50cm is the sweet spot. Day 55: Nothing to read. I don't have a microscope but I'm pretty sure to see the first trichomes :) Day 56: Nothing to read.

No update last week sorry got busy. In week 10 of veg they were cruising along and got bushy as can be from the heavy Defoliation. I wanted to give them a chance to really recover unlike usual before doing any more cutting or defoliating. Now we are in week 1 of veg and the single GMO Zkittlez needed nutrients so I gave it 21 ml/g of the A and B, 9 ml/g of Voodoo and Bud Candy and 10 ml/g of Cal-mag plus since I know it's a heavy feeder from growing GMO sherbet in the past. The rest will be getting the listed nutrient mix this week on their next watering. I defoliated them heavy this week again to allow any branches to stretch to the net that want too. I also took off any branches that were dying from being severely shaded, that just would be in the way later on, or were not worth keeping. I added in some green lacewings (eggs as we speak) to keep any pests at bay and prevent any future issues as part of my new organic IPM regimen. Everything looks amazing and I can't wait to see the end result!!

I probably won't grow this strain again, just due to the growing difficulties, short lifespan, and low yield, although the bud is definitely quality. I learned a lot as this was my first grow, and the next I'm hoping for better yield quantities.
