🌱 Red Pure CBD: Nurturing Tranquility with Crimson Flowers 🌸 - A Grow Report
The seeds of Red Pure CBD showed impressive vigor right from the start. After just 32 hours of being planted, they had successfully germinated, with small, healthy roots emerging from each seed.
Following germination, the seedlings were given their first exposure to light at the 44-hour mark. At this stage, they appeared strong and well-prepared for the vegetative phase. The rapid germination and early light exposure have set a promising foundation for the growth journey ahead.
The first week of vegetation is now behind us and the 1 liter pots are already well rooted. They will now be repotted in their final pots in the 2nd week.
Everything is still going according to plan and now all the plants will move into their final tent.
The plant is developing extremely well, was not impressed by the topping and is pushing well! It was topped after the 4th node and should fit so well in the tent.
The grow continues to go very well. However, on closer inspection, some people will recognise that there is a potassium deficiency on two leaves.
I was not prepared for this plant to enter the flowering phase so quickly and no flowering fertiliser has yet been given.
Let's see how it develops over the next week.
The Red Pure develops extremely quickly. I have therefore not been able to keep up with the fertilisation scheme in time to switch to the flowering fertiliser and also adjust the CalMag ratio.
You can recognise a slight lack of potassium and magnesium.
Nevertheless, it continues to develop very well and you can see how the flowers and leaves are slowly turning purple.
So far everything went quite well, but at the end of the week she showed a magnesium deficit, which I can't really explain, as I pay extreme attention to these values.
She was defoliated and continues to develop well despite the deficiency.
The CBD Red Pure also showed a severe lack of magnesium and potassium. I therefore increased the Bloom fertilizer to 8mg/l once. I use organic fertilizer here and this strain seems to show a high demand for nutrients.
However, we are in the last few weeks and I am sure that I will get them through until then. Again, learned a lot from this grow but I think I will try a new fertilizer after this grow as I am reaching my limits with the organic fertilizer scheme here.
Let's put it this way, the leaves show clear problems, on the other hand the buds continue to grow well.
I was only able to counter this a little with the fertiliser, but you can also see in the timelapse that it hasn't worsened any further.
I have uploaded pictures of the leaves, you are welcome to give your opinion/assumption.
This week the time had come, she was ready to be defoliated and chopped down.
And it's now hanging to dry, I'm curious to see how high the yield will be.
It really is an extremely fast plant. I have hardly been able to keep up with the normal fertilization scheme, and it seems to be very hungry for CalMag.
Despite the deficiencies, the result is surprisingly good.
