Just started the beans

All is going well here in this tent with the plants really putting on some weight and a change in the smell its so much more gassy now over the fruity Strawberry smell mixed with grapes. Either way im not too fussed they really do look good for day 42 of flower. They claim 9-10weeks flower so we will see 😂 Also added another scrog layer like I did in the 3x3 tent. The buds are already leaning some so this will help in the next 3-4weeks 😅 I also ordered another Mammoth light but this one is 720w of their incredible Nova sun series. It is overkill for this 4x2 tent but I'll be using it on a lower power and with out the canopy lights until I can get my bigger tent setup. Its time to get rid of the Spiderfarmer g4500. They are fairly decent lights but only really deliver high ppfd to a smaller area than their ppfd maps say. Just waiting for these girls to be done then I can move into a bigger tent👌

Gave her a good clean up on day 47. Weather finally good enough to start bringing outside, trying to get hardened off so can plant this upcoming week. Was hoping to do at the end of past week but had to many rainy days and still getting too close to frost at night. Outside 2 days this week temp ranging 18-28 degrees sun/shade as day progressed

Flower Week 7 is over, and we’re officially entering the final 1–2 weeks of this journey! This week has been a little challenging due to the stormy Berlin weather, but despite that, the girl keeps doing her thing. She continues changing colors while the flowers slowly transition toward full maturity. The colors are becoming even more impressive. The parts of the fan leaves that previously showed pink tones are now turning reddish, giving the whole plant an almost fiery appearance around the bud sites. 🔥💜 The smell has also stepped up considerably this week. It now completely fills the tent overnight, and every morning when I open it to move her back to her daytime spot, the aroma hits me straight in the face. She has developed these beautiful earthy and lavender tones that really remind me of some of the Cali weed I’ve smoked in the past. At this point, I’m mostly just waiting for the lady to finish her flowering phase so I can finally and happily say that this balcony experiment worked! It’s incredibly satisfying to watch the flowers mature after all these weeks, although I have to admit that counting down these final days is getting harder and harder. 😄 Next week, I’ll start checking the trichomes more closely. Most of the pistils have already turned brown, which is another sign that this lady is slowly approaching the end. The finish line is finally in sight! 🔥

Smells Strongly like Mintz with a dark hint of peppers

Day 63 Today marks day 63 of flowering and the plants are really showing their final form. The buds have packed on a lot of weight over the past week, and the colas are looking dense, swollen and sticky to the touch. The pistils have mostly changed color now, with a good portion curling in and turning orange and amber, which gives the flowers that mature, finished look. When I check the trichomes under the loupe I can see that the majority are cloudy, with just a few still clear and the first signs of amber starting to show. This is a good sign that the harvest window is opening soon, though I’ll probably let them go a few more days to really finish and develop that extra potency and flavor. The smell is very intense at this point. Every time I open the tent I’m hit with a strong wave of aroma that’s a mix of sweet, earthy and slightly fruity notes, depending on which plant I’m leaning into. It’s sticky enough now that just brushing against a bud leaves resin on my fingers. The leaves are starting to fade naturally as the plant finishes up, showing yellows and some purples, which also makes the buds stand out even more. I’ve stopped feeding nutrients and have been giving only plain, pH-balanced water to let the medium flush out. Runoff is looking clean and the plants seem to be using up the last of their stored energy. Temperatures and humidity are steady, and the airflow in the tent is keeping everything fresh with no signs of mold or rot, which is always something I watch carefully this late in flower. Overall the garden looks amazing and I feel like I’m right on track for harvest. The next week will be about patience and daily trichome checks until I see the balance of cloudy and amber that I’m aiming for. It feels like the long wait is finally paying off, and the excitement is building to finally chop, dry, and cure these beautiful buds

This was the final vegetation week. Retied some of the training. Two branches snapped in the process. Mend with tape. Affected branch seems to be recovering. During the week they withered a bit. Added 500ml of water with no effect. Increased the distance from light from ~25cm to ~38cm. Next day they looked more stiffened and rigid.

This week has been all about maturation. I’ve been watering only with plain water, starting the flush to clean the roots before harvest. The buds are looking dense and compact, covered in a nice layer of trichomes that keep getting frostier day by day. The lower leaves are yellowing, which is normal at this stage since the plant is using up the remaining nutrients stored in the foliage. Trichomes are mostly clear with some turning milky, so I think she will be ready for harvest in about a week. Overall, the plant looks healthy and stable, with tight bud formation and a great aroma coming out. Even though she stayed quite small, she’s packing some nice, solid flowers. Woche 10 Grow Diary Mimosa x 🍊👊🏻 Barney’s Farm So ihr lieben, beide Damen sind nun geerntet und damit geht dieser Grow offiziell zu Ende. Es hat wirklich extrem viel Spaß gemacht diese Sorte anzubauen und ich kann sie absolut weiterempfehlen. Gerade gegen Ende von Woche 9/10 kamen nochmal richtig schöne Farben durch, die Blätter wurden immer pinker und selbst die Stämme waren teilweise komplett rosa verfärbt was das Ganze nochmal brutaler aussehen lassen hat. Die Buds sind schön frostig geworden und insgesamt lief der Grow echt entspannt durch. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Barney’s Farm für die Teilnahme an diesem Grow und natürlich auch danke für den ganzen Support während des Runs.
